Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I called on 1/5 to get a quote on a leaking roof. I was told to expect a call back. 3 weeks goes by without a call. They say the person that originally was assigned to work with me is currently not working. If that’s the case why wasn’t i assigned to another worker instead of being forgotten about until I had to call back? They tell me that I am being assigned to another worker now and i will get a call back before the end of the week. Week goes by still no call back. Today (2/6) i call them and all I’m told is that they will put me on the list to receive a call back and they don’t know when that will be. I can understand if you are too busy or don’t want my business but I just wish you would be honest and say so. That way I could have searched for help elsewhere instead having to wait over a month for a simple phone call.

Pacific Roofing is locally owned and operated. They hire locally, have their own lift and dumpsters. They were prompt, efficient, courteous and clean. Considering the constantly howling wind and the extensive wood rot that needed to be repaired, they kept to the estimate even though it took longer than expected to get the job done right. Mahalo Nui Loa!

We needed to reroof ASAP and Pacific Roofing made it happen. Very pleasant and hardworking crew. Really happy with the new roof. I especially like the way they did the valleys. I have a couple of friends whose roof leaked from the valley "joint". I would definitely use Pacific Roofing again.

Pacific Roofing and Solar are an exemplary roofing contractor. They are extremely efficient and very professional. They reroofed my house from start to finish in two days. They even have curtains to protect all vegetation on our property. I can't imagine a better roofing contractor than Pacific Roofing and Solar

Due to the pandemic, we had a little rocky start on the reroofing job, but once the project date was set, Ikaika and his crew were very professional, respectful and expedient. The demo required a large crew, yet they each knew what needed to be done and worked together as a team! I was especially impressed with the clean-up! I will not have to worry about a leaky roof nor leaky skylights for the rest of my life! Needless to say, it is without any reservation that I recommend Pacific Roofing for your roofing/other related needs.
