I lost everything in the. Lahaina wildfire, including my car. Acura of Maui gave me a great deal on a beautiful, low mileage Infiniti. Turned out it had a small leak in the valve cover gasket they couldn't have known about. They replaced the gasket for free (not easy). They didn't have to. I bought the car as is. Many talk about helping the wildfire survivors, Acura of Maui really did. Much mahalo!.

Ken and the rest of the guys here were very helpful. If you have a Tesla this is the best place on the island to go. Short wait and friendly service. Definitely will go there whenever we need service.

My 80 yr old mother took her car to hav fixed that was good bur.
saddly to say that someone stole a custom cover for her bmw that costed 500.00,im her daughter i use have the car daily i know that cover was in underneath trunk area where it not visible .They have no reason to be in trunk they where changing spark plugs taking advantage an stealing from elderly.If thats not a monkey what is?

I had a wonderful experience with Ken from the service department at Acura of Maui. I actually have a Tesla and had a tire issue Good Year couldn't fix, even though the tires were under warranty with them. Good Year referred me to Acura of Maui and Ken went above and beyond to help get my tire fixed even calling the manager at Good Year and creating a solution to help me. I left with a fixed tire and washed car and would recommend Acura of Maui to anyone needing vehicle service. Ken was, helpful and I honestly received some of the best customer service I have received in Maui, from any business, since living here for the past 18years. Thank you!!

Ken Johnson and staff were amazing!! After failing a number of times to get ahold of a service advisor at Acura of Honolulu I decided to try and contact Acura of Maui. Ken answered the phone on the first ring and I was genuinely shocked!!! I almost forgot why I was calling. But within a matter of minutes ken and his team were able to resolve my audio player issue and I was on my way!! All other Acura dealerships/service advisors should take note because this is what Acura customer service looks like!!

The easiest and fastest car buying experience I have ever had! Daniel went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. The convenience of being able to text or call him with all my 101 annoying questions, no hesitation even on his day off! Originally went in for an integra but walked out with a TYPE S. I recently had my brakes repaired at ACURA OF MAUI by KEN JOHNSON and crew. I have never given a review before, but this experience was exceptional, and I felt people should know. KEN was the most professional and efficient person I've seen in the repair business. I was blown away with the new car Ken let me borrow until the next day knowing I didn't have any other way to get to work as my toyota tacoma truck was being repaired. The price quoted was very fair and the work was excellent. Truck was washed and looking great when I arrived the next day to pick it up. I have never seen this level if service in my 60 years. And no, I'm not being paid to post this. People need to be treated fairly these days and ACURA OF MAUI was definitely a 5 star experience!

Ken at the service department always goes above and beyond! He gets me in with short notice, gives me a rental car and even delivered my keys that I forgot in the rental! Im giving this place a 5 stars. the rep that was helping my mother out on getting her dream car was DANIEL PAIVA. he is a very understanding rep that stayed with us and help us all the way not only that he went above and beyond to help my mother feel very comfortable in her ACURA. he also went step by step on helping my mother to understand her new car and all the other functions in her vehicle. if anyone in town or want to check out an acura highly go an see DANIEL he very knowledgeable

Upon finding that my 2016 ILX wouldn't start, I contacted Acura of Maui and was able to speak to Robert and Ken. Both we're extremely nice and helpful and Ken Johnson drove up to my house in Makawao to diagnose my car and give me a loaner vehicle. The service department was very quick on repairs, and I was back in my vehicle in no time. Acura of Maui went above and beyond my expectations, and I would Highly recommend them.

Outstanding Service Department. Friendly, helpful, professional, and don’t forget they can work on non Acuras as well. Everyone here seems really interested in helping solve your problem and doing that little bit extra to earn your trust and repeat business.

I found the truck I was looking for at Acura. The price and deal we made was fair. Steve, the salesman, was not pushy nor dismissive but listened to my interests and made the transaction go well. Ken, the service manager, was given a couple of tasks to make the sale final and he made sure he fulfilled those promises. After repairing a mirror on the truck he even dropped the truck at my work. Easy.

I have a kind regard for this dealership, somewhat unusual for me to hold a dealership in great esteem. Go Acura of Maui!

My original review after buying my first Acura in 2019 is below. Wanted to update my review for the excellent service I received over the years, particularly in the last few weeks. I had a problem that needed quick attention, and Ken Johnson worked me in the schedule as quickly as he possibly could (the next service day in fact!)
I love coming to Acura of Maui service department. They treat me so well.
Ken Johnson, Robert, and Gabe all treat me like a friend, they explain problems in a way I can understand and I truly trust them. I own two Acuras and I always feel very confident that I’m getting excellent service at a fair price when I see them.
You can take your Acura there, but they also service other cars and they’ve serviced a Jeep for me before as well. They do a fantastic job. Go see them,you won’t regret it.

I just bought my first Acura MDX at Acura of Maui. Buying a car can be stressful, but Matthew Viescas And John Streckenbein were fair and courteous throughout the process. We were able to come a great deal fairly quickly, but not once did they pressure me or make me feel uncomfortable. The experience could not have been better, and this is from a guy who truly does not like buying cars. I highly recommend you consider them for your next car purchase, you will not regret it.

Went in on the 4th of July to look at a 2016 Soul EV. Steve was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed and provided many options I could exhaust to get the car I wanted. I couldn't have had a better experience. Everyone who helped at the dealership was wonderful and the car is GREAT. The car is clean and performs great. They made it such an easy and fun time to get into this car. Couldn't be more thankful.
