Jesse Thompson, Hilo. Eeks. First tech drunk. Then. Jesse knocked over, almost a full gallon of paint, on my knitted, blanket. He was rushing, so much. All I am asking is for a $250 rebate. Hate going to court. I got charged around $4000. Don’t use this company. Now they are telling me. They don’t know Jesse’s address. That is the Oahu franchise. I needed my watertheater replaced and they send out a "estimator ". He gave me an estimate of $18,xxx.xx to replace my waterheater (added my roof 2 solar as well). My daughter called another plumber and they replaced my waterthearer for $18xx.xx.
My house is 14 years old. I am 80 years old.
These guys came out to my house in Naalehu and charged me $105.00 for a incorrect diagnosis of my water heater, then wanted to come back with a new regulator (which I DID NOT NEED) for $500
I took it to Central Supply in Hilo and they diagnosed it correctly and I only had to pay $70.00 for the replacement of the manifold filter. These guys are quacks, plain and simple and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy, especially after they refused to reimberse me for the $105.00 charge even after I had evidence of Central Supply doing it correctly. SNAKES!!!!! SEE YOU IN COURT SERPENTS!!!!
