I was looking to buy this car as a surprise gift to my wife, and Noe went above and beyond to make that happen! Taking the test drive, walking me through all the features, and streamlining the sales process. Noe made this experience stress-free. She was a joy to work with, kind, patient, and personable. Even had my new Tesla complimentary detailed after the purchase.

Drew (finance manager) was very flexible working with me to keep this a surprise for my wife and was able to do all the paperwork efficiently in house instead of over email. With the ebs and flows of the unpredictable EV market, after doing some market research, he was also able to match the going market value of the car, which saved me some cash off the initial sticker price. This let me drive the car home that night instead of purchasing another elsewhere off island and waiting for shipping.

Would definitely purchase from here again in the future after working with this team.

Zach was very helpful, explained why and what needed to be done and broke down the cost so it was very understandable. Completely fixed the rattling and shaking in my vehicle. Bmw mechanics are not cheap but they are worth the cost.

BMW of Maui got me in quickly when my BMW was leaking fluid because of those pesky speed bumps.
They suggested leaving my car on site, while, waiting for parts to come in.
Before, I brought it to them, the car couldn't go uphill.
They fixed it to hold fluid and our transmission worked once again and I was able to zip all around town with ease.
They even gave us tea and coffee, when, we couldn't make it to the coffee store, due to the car being in the shop.

Superb experience! Found a car I liked on the BMW of Maui website, filled out a form and received a call from Bryan Garcia shortly after. I went to BMW the same day to test drive the car and immediately fell in love with it. There were a few things about the car that I wanted fixed/changed, and Bryan was able to make it happen! I’ve been car shopping for a few months and no other dealership came close to the customer service I received while shopping at BMW of Maui with Bryan. Drew Sebring, the finance manager also completed the financing quickly. He was helpful, answered all my questions, and didn’t push anything I didn’t need. What stood out to me the most was that he took the time to step out of his office to introduce himself while I worked on my finance application. All in all, my shopping and finance experience with Bryan and Drew was quick, simple, and wonderful. Definitely looking forward to what my car looks like after the changes that Bryan was able to make happen!

Its all about $ i buy pre owed car with them cant even do detailing b4 they give the keys to you the interior is dusty and dirty nxt time make sure b4 you give the keys to the customer make sure the car is clean brand new or used

Great Team. Shawn was very helpful and Marc helped execute everything. Happy with the results. Switched my Spark plugs. 3 out of the 4 were faulty but they were replaced under warranty at no extra charge.

The service department always does a great job finding any problems and getting them taken care of. They do not tell you to do things that dont need to be done. Ron was helpful in scheduling the work and getting in and out of the dealer.

BMW completed the warranty work on my 2024 Countryman in a very timely and efficient manner. I highly recommend BMW.
