We are thrilled with how the pergola turned out. The adjustable louvers, controlled by remote or phone app, are amazing. The rain sensor that automatically closes the louvers to protect furniture is such a smart feature. The screens are top-notch and can be opened or closed using both the physical remote and app. The phone app’s slider functionality is especially impressive,
it allows you to adjust both the screens and louvers precisely to your liking. The integrated heaters keep things cozy, and the lighting is beautiful.

I had to reschedule my appointment twice and each time their scheduler was so kind and accommodating. The project manager I finally met with was even better and offered some great help deciding what I wanted for my space. We decided on the glass room look for my back patio so it could double as a sunroom. The 3D design they made me was great but it didn’t compare to the final product. I LOVE my new glass room. Living in the PNW we have an amazing view of the water and trees, we had no way to enjoy our view without being out in the cold most of the year. My husband and I knew we wanted a pergola of some kind but had no idea where to start. After a few google searches we found Pergomatic and decided to give them a call. We decided on a complete glass room with guillotine windows that move up and down to open and close. Another bonus is they even offer heaters as an add on which we happily took them up on. In our glass room you can see straight through to the water with no issues yet we get to enjoy the comfort and warmth of our pergola. This pergola has truly changed our lives and the way we enjoy our home. I now find myself out there every day taking in the views and enjoying a nice drink. This is one of the best companies you can work with in the area. Our project manager Spencer was excellent and their installation team was very friendly. The louvers open and close automatically with the sensors we had installed and it keeps my outdoor furniture dry year round! A major plus not having to replace the cushions every year. I have 2 indoor cats who love to be outside so this was a great option for me to give them a space to feel like they’re outside but still safe. Their project manager came to my property and took some measurements and pictures and a few days later provided me with a 3D model of what my finished project would look like. I was stunned. It completely changed the way my back patio looked and felt. I decided to move forward and the time between then and installation was about 3 months. They then installed my glass room within a few days and I was beside myself after seeing the finished product. I LOVE being able to be out in the sun with my cats but still be in the comfort and safety of the sliding glass doors. The sunshade on the top is also very helpful for days when it gets too hot to be directly in the sun. Thank you to our project manager, Spencer and the rest of the team. We had been looking into covering our space since we moved in a few years ago. Wood covers seemed to be the best fit until we discovered Pergomatic’s retractable pergolas. Our biggest concern was cutting out too much sunlight from our already dimly lit living room/kitchen. Pergomatic did an incredible job on our patio cover. Both my husband and I work from home since Covid. Through this, we realized how important it is to have a getaway at home. We tried a collapsible canopy which fell apart after the first year. With that, we discovered how much we enjoy having a morning coffee on the rainy days outside. We decided to invest a little more money and got a DIY aluminum cover from amazon which lasted a bit longer, but we had to replace the top after each winter. Love it. This company is a well oiled machine. They were able to seamlessly integrate their enclosed cover system into our outdoor kitchen/patio. First, Steven came out to give us a quote where he showed us samples of their powder coated aluminum pergola. He was very knowledgeable and even pointed out some other things that we didn’t know about general construction. We felt as if we were being educated rather than sold. Then just a few days later, he provided us with 3D renderings showing us what our covered outdoor living space would look like when the project was completed. After that, we decided to move forward with the project and waited a few months for our pergola to be fabricated. The install took just a few days until they were able to finish everything. We had some issues getting our system to connect to our smart home devices, but Steven was able to walk us through getting that set up and working. It has been a dream to have it, we would recommend this company to anyone interested in a patio cover.
