I can’t brag about Hudson remodeling enough. They came out and completed everything they said they would and results are better then I thought possible. Even with COVID going on, they still were able to come and were always trying to do as much as available to them.
I would definitely use them again!!

As a homeowner for over 40 years, I’m aware how we might dream of ideal contractors but often reality falls short. For my project, Hudson Remodeling surpassed what I dreamt of as ideal and then some! Their suggestions, provisos, plans, staff, workmanship, ethics were all superb. Their surpasssing my expectations gave me both comfort and satisfaction knowing the job was done really well. No worries! What more can be said? They made me very happy and very thankful for a job well done. I recommend them!!

One year after we purchased our town home we had water intrusion inside the window frames. The builder did not seal the windows properly and installed the wrong size flashing around them.

Hudson found the solution immediately and properly resealed the windows and installed the accurate size flashing.

No hesitation, they are the BEST~Professional and Amiable.

The Hudson Remodeling team was superb in every respect in completing our kitchen remodeling project. They are excellent problem solvers, have exceptionally high standards, and care deeply about doing the job right. They are the best contracting company we have encountered in Bellingham, WA after dealing with at least 10 others over the last 20 years. Hudson Remodeling will always be the first call we make for any future projects.

We hired Hudson to do a whole house remodel while living in the house. We remodeled the bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, fireplace, decking, and hardwood floors resurfaced. We added a bathroom, laundry room, fireplace, and addition lighting. The crew showed up everyday and on time. They were professional and very knowledgeable. They always took the time to answer any of questions and any last minute changes. At the end of every day the crew cleaned the workspace thoroughly. This is very important when there is a 4 year old running around. Stewart and Susan were there and available throughout the whole process. This is our first home remodel and truly could not be happier. I can not say enough about all the staff employed at Hudson. All jobs big and small are created equally with this company. Their craftsmanship is top notch. I would highly recommend this company for any home remodel.

Our remodel was not a huge job. The folks at Hudson could have blown us off in favor of bigger "fish". In fact they did just the opposite. Susan and Stuart were thoroughly professional throughout the process of planning, demo, and rebuilding a wall and fireplace. Their workers were always prompt and professional and left no mess each day. I highly recommend them for any job you may have, large or small.

Not only does Charlie tell a great story - he does great work, as well! Nobody wants to take on a remodel by themselves - if you're in need Charlie and his crew will take care of you!

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
