We utilized Alzamora Services for many many home repairs and updates. They are spectacular, professional, and affordable. We had indoor and outdoor home painting, garage door repair, siding replacement, door frame repair, deck painting, new light fixture installments, etc. done on our home in Leesburg, VA. We couldn't be happier with the results. We've since moved to KY and our biggest regret is we couldn't take this team with us for our home needs in KY!!!

This happened in spring of 2022.

A small portion of the roof came off after a storm. I called Alzamora to fix it. After they came out I was told that the whole roof needed to be replaced and that I should go through my insurance company.

My insurance company came out and determined that the entire roof DIDN'T need to be replaced, and at the end of the year dropped me from my policy over this.

Also, Alzamora's estimate was more than twice as much as the company that that ultimately did the repair-- they estimated it for 900$- the company that ultimately did the repair charged a little over 400$.

I am a new homeowner and for the reasons stated above I believe the company was trying to take advantage of me-- by overcharging me and encouraging me to get work done that I didnt need, to maximize the payout for themselves.

This company caused me actual financial harm.

I cannot say enough good things about Carmen of Alzamora Services!! Carmen and her team made numerous updates on our home before we put it on the market. A fantastic job was done with everything- always on time, excellent workmanship, jobs finished on time or early.
What Alzamora Services offers is top-notch service, fair price, on-time completion, and excellent customer service.
We are more than satisfied with their work, and highly recommend.

Highly recommend. They were very responsive with scheduling. They showed up the next day exactly on time, which is almost unheard of. Our drywall repair was flawless! I feel like they were very fairly priced too.

Over the last few years we have used Alzamora Services repeatedly for large and small jobs. We had them perform the following large services...
Rebuilt the Master Bath from the studs up.
Rebuilt the kitchen from the studs up.
Performed extensive drywall repair in the dining room and living room.
Painted most of the interior of the house.
Installed hardwood floors in 50% of the house.
We'll be having them replace our roof in the next year.

There has not been a task they can't do in a superbly professional way.

More than anything else, we trust Carmen and her personnel implicitly.

We will be having them back to do more work as needed.
