Mike was awesome! He was able to get all our rugs in quickly and was willing to do extra dry time for storage. He was incredibly nice, professional and he lived up to the 500+ positive reviews!

I turned in an area rug that was full of pet accidents after doing Rover, and One Stop was able to clean it within a couple of days and the carpet was as close to new as possible. Wonderful experience working with the One Stop Team! Knowledgeable, friendly, and super accommodating. They take a lot of pride in their work, and have come back to spot treat stains on our pet-ridden carpet that have resurfaced following treatment at no cost. Pricing is reasonable, and their work never ceases to impress. We have four pets, and nothing has made our home smell or look as fresh as the work One Stop does! Such a huge relief for a "clean-freak" such as myself! This crew is awesome, and you won't regret the decision to hire them. Do yourself a favor, and book them!

Set the appointment up. Mike called ahead to let us know he was on his way and showed up on time. He explained what he was going to do and the cleaning process. We were told the cleaning would take about 1 1/2 hours. Mike was here at 9:00am and finished at 10:30am. We are very satisfied with the results. Our carpets look brand new. Mike showed up right on time and was communicative of the process and let me know ahead of time what stains might not come out. Even some of those stains came out! He was thorough, professional, and the carpets look great! Edited to add that we have used them again and were just as pleased the second time.
