BRAVADO GROUP RESTORATION

We had a great experience with Bravado. They did repair work on our basement as part of an insurance claim and all coordination was very smooth. Work was high-quality and the crews were very friendly and timely.

Our church had a severe flood in June and Oscar and his team were very professional. They went ahead and completed the work on time and put everything back in its place. I would highly recommend them and Bravado if you have a commercial location or a home.

After purchasing my home in 2020 I had a leak in the kitchen that led to a Geico insurance claim- homesite selected Bravado as the contractor for the repairs. They tore up the tile, re did insulation and vapor lining in the crawl space, and did painting. The paint job was not done professionally (they didn’t remove a hanging mirror and instead just painted around it, edging issues…).

Recently was doing work in my crawl space and saw the state of the work they had done just a few years ago (pictured).

I have emailed them several times about repairing chipped tile they had installed (pictured) with still no response.

I would highly suggest using someone else.

Update 9/5/2023:

I finally got someone on the phone regarding my concerns. I was told that it had nothing to do with their work - despite it only being a few years old and looking as it does in the pictures. I was then told that I do not properly maintain my crawl space - despite the last people in the crawl space was Bravado doing this work.

The individual on the phone said he was comparing the photos of the completed job to what I sent him (attached) and that it was my issue.

This company is truly trash. I have also attached photos of the paint work Bravado did - painting over the light fixture - and not removing the bathroom mirror to paint behind it.

If you want corners cut and work that will fall apart in a handful of years then Bravado is the company for you. I would never use them again in the future - I hope the insurance company HomeSite also stops using them.

I had a major plumbing disaster on Christmas and after approval of the repairs Bravado Group came and did an amazing job restoring everything back to normal

They even put the furniture back in place!

Bravado helped us with the final stage of a long journey in our sewer line repair. Staff was very professional and friendly from the office staff to the workers who came for painting and installing the new floors.

I definitely DO NOT recommend this company. They do not return calls and leave you waiting weeks to continue or complete a job. We have been waiting almost a month for them to finish our basement. The contractors were great, it's just that the company is not. Please don't waste your time with this company. Take it from me

Bravado did the rebuild work for us after a pipe had burst. We had water damage on all 3 floors of our home. They did a comprehensive job repairing, replacing, and rebuilding everything that was damaged or destroyed. They worked closely with us to find & choose the paint, flooring, and fixtures that we really liked which were also the best quality and most appropriate for the project. We even upgraded some of the flooring to solid hardwood, which we absolutely love! Alex, Raul, Roger, and their teams/coworkers were very professional, addressed all of our questions/concerns, and did great work. I highly recommend choosing Bravado for your contracting needs!

They left my kitchen like this for weeks! No returned calls. Runaround saying they would schedule in a couple weeks just to find they had sent the check back to the insurance company. Once back on track they basically had none of the information we had discussed during the 2 in home visits as far as materials I had chosen flooring cabinets. Then they just didn’t answer their phones. I’m a super nice person too. They just flat out flaked which is weird because they were so professional. They flaked so hard my insurance company is removing them from their approved contractors list. And my wall and floor are still open to the elements all these months. We have mice and all manner of bugs. It horrifying!!!

The two guy who came to restore the floor were so courteous and polite.
Excellent at their job and left no mess at all.

We called Bravado immediately when a leaking pipe behind an office wall had leaked slowly, probably for weeks, and we found the wall buckled over a length of 3 yards, although once inspected, water was found to have damaged panelling and insulation over twice or more that width.
Carpeting also needed repair or replacement. We preferred repair and Bravado did a superb job of cleaning the carpeting over a large room.

Bravado always shows up right on time, whether their estimator or the workmen, who were so terrific and spent such long days, thoughtful and courteous at all times, that we felt it right to tip them before they left.
The workmanship is terrific and all dealings with the company have been equally professional, clearly communicated, and appropriate. This was exactly the case when we first used them some years ago for a similar but worse problem.

We've lived in our home and home office for 35 years and of all the companies we've used for any repair or construction work, this is the
one we would unhesitatingly call again should we need to.

The repair work was done very professionally, with great care to match the existing wall area. The two young men were very polite, and their work was great! Would definitely use this company again.

We had a pipe burst in our home that caused water damage that ended up being pretty extensive. The crew arrived and got straight to work drying everything out! The process of replacing drywall, tile, vinyl flooring, and painting was very thorough and professional and I really trusted them to make my house look beautiful after such a crumby situation. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the communication between the office admin and us (the homeowners) was bad. Sometimes we wouldn’t even know the crew was coming that day and they’d show up at the house. Issues like this were small, but they happened frequently. Communication was lacking. But overall I’m so pleased with the work that was done and the results were beautiful.

The Bravado Group did a very nice job. They were courteous, polite, and very steady workers. My floors look beautiful. I had to call them back about an issue that needed corrected and they responded quickly and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I would recommend this group to anyone! Great job guys!!

Bravado Group showed up within a couple of hours after I filed the claim with my insurance company. They were very friendly and professional. It was obvious they took pride in their work. When the job was finished they went through every step and asked was I satisfied. Whenever I had a question the crew couldn't answer, a quick phone call to their office always gave results.

The gentleman working for BravadoGroup came into my home after a fire and basically did a remodel of my bottom two floors. They provided excellent service in a timely manner. I feel like I have a brand new home and I love it.

Do NOT use this company!!! They were assigned to me by my Homeowners Insurance to assess damage in my home after a water leak. I took off work and had an appointment with a three hour window but nobody ever showed up or called me. It was only after I reached out to them that I learned they couldn’t make it out to my house. Nothing was communicated with me and had I not called them to find out what was going on, I would have never known. Very poor Customer Service! I didn’t even want to give one star but had to in order to be able to post my review!!!

The Bravado Group reconstructed 2 bathrooms after we had major water damage. They worked seamlessly through the project with our homeowner's insurance company. They were more than fair and patient with us as we chose new everything for our bathrooms. Erci was the most amazing project manager. He was so helpful. His crews were professional, on time, and worked so very hard to complete our job. We could not be happier with the results!

Friendly staff, answered all my questions, and the workers walked me through everything they were going to be doing in my home. Their ability to match the cabinetry stain with a cabinet no longer available commercially was amazing. Definitely would recommend them.

Bravado came in to repair multiple damage sites occurring as a result of
a sink overflowing for a full hour - yes, I was extraordinarily negligent -
damage on all three floors of the house. They were clearly expert at all they repaired, did a great job with tile, finding matches for that, replacing a floor, ceilings, areas of the walls. Then called upon a variety of craftsman, all of whom knew. very well what they were doing. After one miss on the first day, they communicated clearly and professionally, were punctual, and did it all so well that we determined to contact them first for any further ongoing standard home maintenance jobs or add-ons.

The Bravado Group Remodeling was referred to me by Liberty Mutual Insurance. This company was very professional and courteous. They contracted with a company that was exceptional in service. I was very pleased with the work performed and everything was done in three and half days.

I used Bravado Group through my insurance company's referral program when my basement flooded. The company was professional and responsive in getting my basement remodeled. The crew who did the work did an excellent job re-doing the flooring, painting and doing the trim. They worked efficiently and were very clean and polite throughout the process. I had an excellent experience with Bravado Group and would definitely recommend them to others.

Bravado was the best. The team that came to install my new floors were fast, polite and VERY clean. They even took the time to move all of my furniture back to where it belonged, and made my bed after putting it back in place. :) I was so happy to see the finished flooring, absolutely beautiful work.

I had damage to the side of my home as a result of power lines being yanked out by a truck. Bravado Group got the job done in a day and it looks great. Everyone was very friendly, courteous and patient.

Having many worries about hiring a company to fix my basement following a terrible sewer backup, I chose Bravado Group. My husband is a retired builder and extremely picky about other people's work. He is highly skilled at carpentry, dry wall work and finishing. He always expected quality work from his workers and would accept nothing less. The gentlemen from Bravado did exceptional work for us (checked at lunch time and after work) daily by my husband. Each time I questioned him the response was "these guys know what they are doing" or "this is top quality". With a sigh of relief I knew I made a wise move having Bravado complete our basement. The finished job is flawless and we are both so proud to show it off. Bravado will be my first phone call when we need work done in the future.

They were selected by insurance company, can't say enough good things. They came out on a Sunday night and stayed past 11pm getting fans etc set up to dry our home after a major flooding. Great service, explained everything and answered all my questions. The crew was so polite and helpful.
They also did the work to put things back together after all was dry, including painting, baseboards, drywall repair.
Great work, and they dealt with the insurance company and negotiated for me, to get everything necessary covered to minimize our out of pocket expense.

State Farm had recommended Bravado/Lowe’s when our basement flooded. For us they could not have been any more accomodating and did a great job. They showed up on time every day and quickly worked to restore it back to better than original. We had an excellent experience with them.

Could not get beyond their customer service representative to even have an appointment scheduled. Her name I believe was Antonia? she was awful, presumptive and overall rude. I called the insurance carrier and received a new company who came out and attended to my flooded basement. They had to tear the carpet up totally for over 1300 sq. ft. It’s stressful enough to have to deal with a flood and then to have to deal with a smart vendor, no way they have more than one restoration service and to me CUSTOMER SERVICE means a lot because if you are on the phone talking to me like you are in charge of what I pay 2k a month for you have me messed up. Rainbow came out that night and was back the next morning very respectful and I gave them the same courtesy. A team that works together is a team that gets things accomplished.

Called them as a tenant to schedule appointment after landlord filed a claim with the insurance company. The lady Valentina felt she did not have to deal with me as a tenant and so stated that in a disrespectful way. In the meantime the carpet is wet and she cannot accommodate my scheduled. I politely put her n her place called the landlord and then called the insurance company myself and got a new contractor. She had me all the way messed up, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY to any successful company. The new company coming out tonight to suck up the water and we hit if off from the start. Thank you Valentina for being a poor representation of your company, if I could give you a zero star I would.
