We had a lot of phone calls and door to door salesmen after a recent hailstorm. We had our insurance inspect our roof and determined it needed replacing. We decided to go with Blackridge Roofing because our neighbors recommended them. Brian was helpful from the start with recommending colors and scheduling us quickly. His crew was quick and efficient. They were considerate in covering plants and moving decor. They finished our roof in one day. The clean up was great too. Brian was great to submit his invoice to the insurance. It was an easy process and we like how our new roof looks!

The installers that worked on my roof did a quick job and were very considerate. I had some gripes with the finished product (starter shingles were not installed along the rakes AND eves = no wind warranty) but feel they did an overall good enough job with my asphalt shingles reroof. My main problem was with the manager. He was rushed, didn't communicate well, and when difficulties arose in our coordination he was belittling and angry. One communication difficulty was that he was not on site and the workers who were only spoke Spanish.

I think homeowners who are knowledgeable about all things roofs (including knowing what questions to ask and the ability to recognize what things should be on the estimate) could do well with Blackridge. I wish I would have used a different company.

Following a wind storm, our roof was in need of quick repair. Brian and his crew at Blackridge roofing were fast to respond, provide an overall assent of the roof, not limited to what I thought was the issue, and gave a good quote for having it all complete. The job was fast, and well managed. Thanks to Brian and his crew. Highly recommend them if you are in the Eagle mountain, Utah valley area.

The crew was so fast and courteous! They removed the old and installed the new roof in one day. They were careful to watch as we had to enter and exit the house throughout the day. They did a good job cleaning up after.

He offered a roof repair service that helped extend the life of our roof and cleaned our gutters. Friendly, competent, and kind!

Blackridge Roofing will be our go-to for ALL of our roofing needs on any of our properties in the future. They were thorough, professional, VERY efficient, and we were absolutely amazed at the turnover time. From signed contract to complete removal of old shingles, to repairs and new shingles installed, took four days!
Now. . .I have no idea if that is standard for Blackridge or not. But with past experiences of other roofing companies, and two experiences with "doing it ourselves", we are sold to putting Blackridge at the TOP of our choice for our OWN roof or those of our other properties from now on!

Brian and his crew were incredibly professional. Along with honest estimates, clear timelines for removal/installation, and exceptional service, I appreciated the communication and follow-up. What impressed me the most was when a crew member made a mistake and spilled some paint on my driveway. He obviously tried to clean it with the materials on hand, but rather than leave it or try to hide the mistake, he showed me, apologized, and promised to return and remove the paint. Luckily, I happened to have a pressure washer, and we were able to clean it up without an issue. I have dealt with other crews that are not as honorable and forthcoming when mistakes are made. Aside from the minor mistake, we have loved our roof!

The estimate was competitive, provided quickly, and once we made the decision to proceed we were scheduled quickly as well. Job was done in a day, and with the ridge venting that was installed, I'm already noticing a significant difference in attic and indoor temps during this hot summer. I'm very pleased with the result and would recommend Blackridge for anybody looking to replace their roof in the near future.

Bryan came out almost immediately, and walked me through all my options. He’s done most of the roofs in our neighborhood including next door. He gave us a very reasonable estimate on everything. I didn’t even bother getting another quote. His team came out on the day scheduled and got the whole roof done in one day! Gutters the next day. They did a wonderful job. Guaranteed the work. I highly recommend them. We had a great experience. Five stars.

The crew came right as scheduled. Completed the tear off of the old roof, installed the beautiful new roof, cleaned up and the dumpster was gone before we went to bed. EVERYTHING ALL IN ONE DAY!

We hired Blackridge in July to replace our cabin (asphalt) roof with a metal one and was very disappointed. Their workmanship was poor and sloppy. It took 2 months before the job was completed when we were told 2 to 3 weeks. The crew left a huge pile of mess after the job was done and Brian had to clean and haul it away during the final inspection. When we questioned the "eye sore" piece of metal running across the roof beneath the windows, he said that was the only way they could do the flashing because of the existing vinyl siding. The overall finish work was poor but he thought it was good and said it was the nature of working with metal. Unfortunately, we acted in good faith, took his word and paid the final balance.

Brian's complacency and explanations just didn't sit well with us so we called some roofing companies and had 2 of them examine Blackridge's work. Everyone we spoke to and met with confirmed the flashing should go behind the vinyl siding. The people we met took pictures showing silicone slopped over large gaps that will be compromised in harsh weather. The caps that prevent the snow retention bar from sliding were missing so they slopped on more silicone. There are pieces of bent up metal including the flashing that should have been hidden if done correctly.

We told Brian of our findings and sent him pictures. We called him a week later and he said everything was fixed. No surprise, when we got to the cabin, very little was done and most importantly, the flashing is still the same. We may have no choice but to hire someone else to fix Blackridge's shoddy workmanship to avoid potential water damage in the near future. We have lost all confidence in Brian and his installers. Our next step will be to file a complaint with the Better Bussiness Bureau.

He was professional, conscientious, and took the time to educate us in the process, answer our concerns, meet our needs, and came with an estimate that was very competitive. He and his team worked expeditiously and professionally, keeping the site clean during the process and making sure that all nails & debris were thoroughly removed at completion. The roof looks great and the install was done with precision. The level of stress and apprehension I felt coming into this project was pretty high and I can honestly say that Brian met all my concerns and questions so that I felt very at ease in the end. Brian is the best! He worked with my insurance and we got a new roof on my twenty year old home. The crew he sent was “ All Business “ they stripped my old roof off and dried it in in one day. Then it stormed for a couple days, and when the crew returned my roof was totally installed in one day. The crew cleaned the mess each day to my wife’s exacting standards.
