Highly recommend!! After a tree fell on our roof we had 4 other roof companies quit when they hit a roadblock with our insurance company. Huston said “challenge accepted”. He got us the entire roof, gutters, and skylights FULLY covered by insurance! He refused to give up on us. His team did a fantastic job with install, they were very professional and moved/covered all our landscaping and patio furniture. 10/10 recommend this company!

I had roof damage after a hail storm. I was told to contact Huston he came out assessed the damage and started the claim. He assisted me throughout the whole process. He was there each day and available if I needed anything even on Father's Day. I highly recommend Huston for any and all rood issues

Installation was quick and easy, we then had a lot of difficulty with our insurance company however they persisted and eventually it was dealt with.

CLEAN-UP WAS AWESOME! I couldn't believe what an excellent job they did! Our roof looks great. It made it though some really bad weather. They put up new gutters. I was very impressed with their work. Friendly, great work!! They even came and got roofing plastic out of my neighbor's tree. My neighbor even plans to use them because they did such an excellent job for me. My dog even liked the owner. Can't say enough good things about them.

The company answered all questions, great customer service, referred by my insurance company. Not one of door to door companies after a storm. Cleanup and magnetic sweep done several times to insure no injuries or mess. Scott Burroughs is top notch!

Had wind damage to my roof in March of 2021. The contractor (Scott) came out, took detailed photos (even drone photos) of the roof and damage and ensured it would hold up until insurance came through. I'm glad he did because it took months of dealing with the insurance company. Scott and Josh handled tons of details with the insurance company and kept me informed throughout the process.

When it came to roof installation, the contract was clear (and electronic!) and Scott went through everything with me and answered all my questions. Roof installation went fantastic and the roofing crew did a wonderful job protecting my and my neighbors property. They kept the area clean throughout the job and were everything you want when it comes to workers on your property. The contractor was on the jobsite ensuring all the needs were met (materials were available, property was protected, and installation was occurring correctly). After the crew was done, they made a final sweep to clean up all debris and ran a magnet over my driveway and lawn to check for nails. The contractor came back out and ran an extra sweep for nails, take 'after' pictures, and answered any questions I had.

The roof is fantastic and you can tell from the metal work and installation that these guys are pros and know what they're doing!

Scott came on time and did a thorough inspection of my roof for an insurance claim. He explained to me what he observed simply, but in detail. He emailed me a report. He was knowledgeable, professional, polite, and patient. I had three other companies out and did not feel comfortable with any of them. Scott was honest and I trusted him to come back when the insurance adjuster was here. They came up with the same results that I don't need a new roof right now. It was so nice to have someone here that was not trying to convince me or the adjuster that I needed one. NOW...that's integrity! When it's time for a new roof I will absolutely be calling Scott and getting my roof from H & H.

Jeremy came to one of our properties to provide a quote for a new roof and four exterior walls. I tried reaching out to him directly with no response so I called the main office and they said that he will be in touch. After a week I still haven't received my quote and the office apologized and said I'm he likes to fish and is at a tournament. She said let me get in touch with the VIP and see if we can get that quote. I never heard back from them. As a business owner who buys several homes a year have found several reputable companies. Be ware and do some research.

Had a very bad experience with a sales consultant named Jarad Christian, who did so many shady things there are too many to list. However, the owner Josh Heller, contacted me and made everything right. This guy insisted on making things right, and actually did it himself to make sure. He is old school in this regard. I hope Josh parts ways with Jarad, who is a horrible rep for the company. I cannot say enough good things about Josh. Thanks again for making things right.

A hail storm damaged our roof in mid April and caused ceiling damage in our Kitchen. The next day, H&H was the first to respond to my request for a roofer on Angie's List. My roof was sealed back up that morning, mitigating further damage to the kitchen. Charlie from H&H explained my options and met with the insurance adjuster. In a few weeks the roof was replaced and later the ceilings were repaired. These guys worked hard to get the work done and make things right. Give them a call!

After installing a new roof 10 years ago, H&H is out here repairing and fixing a significant water leak around my fireplace chimney at no charge to me. Obviously, their lifetime guarantee is good! Their efforts to identify the elusive water leak problem has been thorough and I'm sure will fix the issue. Highly recommended for quality, fair work!

Love this company! We discovered a leak coming from our ceiling. Chris came out the very next day, took a look and turns out it wasn’t even a problem with our roof. A pipe had become disconnected and was causing condensation build up in our attic. He fixed it for us, free of charge and ensured that there was no other problems coming from the roof. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, he even had a little treat for our dog! We will definitely be using H and h again in the future for anymore problems. Thanks Chris!!

When we discovered a leak in our roof we called H&H and asked them to take a look at it. They arrived within a few hours and fixed the problem that same day. They were very professional and easy to work with, and did good work. We have not had any more problems with our roof.

I worked with John Balmer to secure our new roof last year. It was done in time and on budget, and despite very heavy weather and extreme temps the past two years has held up well. We have a larger roof and the total cost was near $15,000.

We had one small repair that John has personally seen to. The crews worked early and late to make sure we were taken care of before pending rain hit - which it did.

Their costs were in line with other bids we received, and they really did a masterful job of dealing with our insurance company.
