Absolutely horrendous company to work with. My roof was damaged in a hail storm mid March and the roof and gutters were finalized May 1st. It was a constant back and forth between Vertical Solutions and my insurance company. It is now November and I am still dealing with this company because they filled out the impact resistant form for insurance incorrectly. My insurance company and I have not been able to contact them to rectify their error. I have called the office several times and was told they would “take a message”, yet no one has called back. The employees are very rude and unprofessional. I was also informed the address under the company is not the correct address, so getting ahold of them to finalize has been impossible. In fact, the address given to me by an employee is advertised as a “virtual rental space”. I do not recommend this company and would give them zero stars if possible.
