Update: After attempting contact for three weeks, I finally heard back from Jason. The weather was hot and humid and there was a delay in fixing the roof for worker safety reasons, glad they’re taking that into account. Probably about 6 weeks after initial attempts to contact, the area of roof was fixed, boards underneath removed and replaced, and paint on the underside of the roof touched up.

I don’t begrudge the delays for safety reasons, definitely want to take that into account and Jason was good about letting me know if there were ongoing delays.

I am frustrated by initial lack of contact even acknowledging my attempts to communicate. That was poorly done.

I have tried to contact Jason with Sunago multiple times in the last month about an issue I recently discovered. I need to request an inspection and for Sunago to fix a leak that has caused damages after their team redid my roof. He answered his phone one time and we had a day planned to meet but he did not show and since then he has not answered his phone or responded to messages. He was difficult to get ahold of during the initial replacement phase but asking them to fix a problem they caused has been impossible.

Clearly Sunago doesn’t stand behind their work. My roof is less than three years old. Apparently you can’t trust them for a long term roofing solution and cannot get ahold of them to correct their workmanship.

Good company. Good man. Was here when was told. finished the work in one day. Very friendly and professional. Worked with my insurance to replace my roof. Very happy with them. Will used them again. And will highly recommend to everyone I know.

Sunago crew built our screened porch. So great to set out in the rain. The crew arrived on time and got it done in record time!! Good value!!
