RUN, Don’t Walk. This Company is a Disaster!
If I could give negative stars, I would. Hiring H&H Roofing was one of the BIGGEST MISTAKES I’ve ever made as a homeowner. Referred by my insurance company, State Farm. What started out as a “simple roof replacement” spiraled into a nightmare of incompetence, excuses, and outright negligence.
• Timeline lies: They promised a 1-2 day project. It dragged on for nearly 2 weeks.
• Communication, nonexistent: Calls? Ignored. Emails? Ghosted. They treat customers like an afterthought.
• Shoddy work: The crew left exposed nails, mismatched shingles, and debris (let’s not forget cigarettes) all over my lawn.
• Damage to property: They broke a light fixture, crushed two garden beds, and caused permanent damage to my driveway with their trailer. They accepted zero responsibility.
• Price gouging: Halfway through, they tried to tack on an additional $4,000 in “additional costs” with no explanation and no documentation. Just a handwritten scrap of paper.
• No final inspection: They finished (allegedly), packed up, and vanished without notice or follow-up. Now I’m dealing with leaks in multiple rooms and a roof that whistles in the wind like a haunted house.
At this point, I wouldn’t trust these guys to fix a shed, let alone handle a major roof replacement. I’ve had to hire a separate contractor just to correct the damage they caused.
Avoid H&H Roofing like the plague.
They don’t just do bad work — they leave a trail of destruction behind them. If you care about your home, your money, or your sanity… look elsewhere!
