I had gotten a glowing reference from a good friend for Francisco, Ysrael, and their team at Best Roofing Kansas City. They presented an estimate to replace the flat roof on a house addition, which also indicated what possible hidden underlayment repairs might be needed and what those could cost. I had to wait until after the estimate expired to get back to them, and, I know this is legitimate because it happened to a friend adding a screen room, I was informed that the cost of materials increased after the estimate expired, given the new estimate, and I accepted it. They appropriately delayed starting until potential rain was out of the forecast. The day the work was started was particularly hot, and they finished anything that could potentially leak rain; plus, they didn’t want to be walking on the hot roofing and damage it. The work was finished the next day. They used a drone to inspect the work, showed me the images, and indicated if anything else came up, to please let them know. Everyone was honest, fair, professional, knowledgeable, and left the area spotless. I will be using them when it comes time to replace the house roof.

I cannot recommend Francisco and Best Roofing Kansas City enough!! I've had two separate jobs done on my roof. THE NEXT DAY they are on my roof fixing it.

Then I accidentally put the payment on the wrong card. Francisco worked diligently to get the payment remitted and the invoice back over so I could put it on the correct card. Any time I encounter roof issues, I keep these guys on speed-dial!

Fransisco came and gave us a very detailed bid and encouraged us to contact our insurance company. During his inspection he noted hail damage. The insurance company came out and confirmed. Fransisco’s team came out within 2 weeks and had our new roof and gutters up in 2 days. Both groups were very professional and did a great job. Francisco came out about a week after completion to inspect and make sure everything went well and reinspected the roof. I would hire them again and i would definitely recommend them to others. They came out and applied three different choices, that we were struggling over, so we could see what they would look like on the roof before, they applied it permanently. Needed a repair on a rooftop pipe that was damaged in a recent storm. I called around to several companies and was given estimates that were extreme and/or they needed to do some work on their customer service (organization, communication, etc..)
When I called Best Roofing KC, I was pleasantly surprised and relived to have a quick response to my inquire. I had someone out the next day to give me a reasonable quote and immediately emailed the quote to me for confirmation. The actual time to repair came quicker than first estimated. I’m sure some of that was due to the owner realizing I needed the fix done before a snow fall that could cause more damage if my pipe wasn’t fixed.
