I received a text this morning saying they were going to show up later in the morning today to install my gutter. No one showed up. I sent a text to the gentlemen who gave me the initial quote. He said he would find out what is going on. 2hrs later I haven’t heard anything and nobody has shown up. I text the gentlemen again and he said he didn’t know why they were taking so long to get to the next job.

Update: I was informed than an unexpected issue came up. I understand those happen and if I would have been told that shortly after the fact, I would have understood a reschedule. However, not hearing anything for 3-4hrs after the fact is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience and lack of communication.

I reached out to Luke regarding a leak and heard back quickly and within 24/48 hours we had someone out doing repairs where we had missing nails in our roof resulting in a few holes. They then found where the leak was coming from and that repair was completed quickly after it was found as well.

After a large storm in May did extensive damage to our roof, siding, gutters, and inside the house damage as well, we contacted Next Level Roofing. Lucas Dickinson, who was extremely helpful and after coming to the house for an inspection, provided all the information on his crews, the work that would be performed, and handled paperwork in dealing with our insurance company. The repair work started within days, and we were kept in the loop at all times regarding when the work would be completed. Within two weeks all work was completed. Replacing support beams, shingles, gutters, drywall and painting. We could not be happier. Lucas and his project manager Jason were wonderful, and we would certainly recommend this company to anyone.

I just needed a satellite dish removed from my rental. Luke had the most reasonable price and was by far the most communicative and professional of the bunch I called. I felt he was honest and fair, and they did an outstanding job. Great experience all the way around! Thanks Luke!

Called last night about a roofing issue. Luke and his team were out here by noon, theee hours earlier than they quoted.

And back out two hours later to fix it. Same day service. And the price was extremely reasonable

The owner of Next Level Roofing did an onsite inspection at a house I’m buying in Overland Park, Kansas. He showed up when scheduled and called me with HONEST feedback immediately after. Although we will not be replacing the roof and/or gutters at this time, we will be calling back when we need to or for repair work.

*This was the only roofing company that answered immediately. I have left voicemails with other companies that still haven’t called me back! If you’re on a tight schedule & looking for an honest inspection- this is the company to call!

We had significant storm damage to our roof and gutters. Luke help guide us through the insurance process and explain each step along the way. His crew was prompt, hard working and had an eye for detail. They cleaned up along the way, even chasing trash that was caught by the wind. 29 square tear off and replacement on a very steep pitch in one day. I can’t recommend them more.

My husband and I recently bought a house. During inspection they noticed a few spots on the roof. The first roofer that our realtor had come out quoted us $800 to fix it, although he said they were minor. Luke came out and said that the roof was perfectly fine. There were no leaks and it was still completely sealed. It was wonderful to have someone come out and be completely honest and not just try to make a buck off of us.
