It's rare to find a company that combines excellent customer service with top-tier workmanship, but Exterior Crew exceeded my expectations on both fronts. While they weren’t the cheapest option, they also weren’t the most expensive, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have chosen them for the project. We got several bids for the project and they came in very competitive. The owner, Vasyl, was very friendly and provided us with a range of options for our project. He also has a good eye for design. The project manager, Roman, was also very friendly, did a good job keeping us in the loop, and focused on making sure we were happy with work as it was done. A few unexpected things came up, as they often do with old homes like ours, and Roman did an excellent job communicating them to us and getting our input before proceeding. The crew was friendly, on-time, and did excellent work. Overall, we are very happy with how the project turned out and the experience we had with Exterior Crew.

We hired Exterior Crew to install new siding, soffits, and gutters on our craftsman home in Seattle. The team was friendly, professional, organized, and provided an excellent finished product. The company owner was easy to work with and passionate about the quality his craftspeople put into their work, showing up often to oversee the project. Exterior Crew was a pleasure to work with and did a fantastic job putting the finishing touches on our extensive remodel.

I had Exterior Crew perform a full siding replacement on my parent's house toward the end of last summer (2019) in preparation for its sale. Exterior Crew came in with a realistic bid and got the job. They started the job when promised and a friendly and professional crew showed up. During the work the crew was available for questions and were very courteous. The company management was always available by phone, text or email.

During the initial phases of the work I received a 'right to lien property' notice from a materials supplier, which is a standard practice. I called the supplier and asked about Exterior Crew's payment history. They said they were good payers and that I really had nothing to be concerned about. Having had problems with liens due to poor character contractors, this was good news to me.

After the job had started I noticed an exterior door that had dry rot at the bottom of the door frame. This had not been noticed previously and I asked what it would take to include the door replacement in the job. A fair add on price was negotiated and the company manager provided me a sample of available doors. One was selected and the door was put in with no hassle.

Exterior Crew also does painting but I have a house painter friend and I was able to have him come in after and do his thing. At least one of the other bidders for this work did not like that I had my own painter and I feel their bid included a penalty for not having them do the additional work. Exterior Crew was fine with this situation and just did their work with no issues. The job was completed in a timely manner and they did a reasonable cleanup after. I couldn't ask for anything more on the siding job

While the siding job on the house was underway, I had a long term commercial tenant in a building I manage request the exterior be painted ASAP. The owner's are responsible for the building exterior per the lease. By this time it was getting into September and I really needed the paint job to get done fairly quickly to beat the cool wet weather. Exterior Crew was able to get painters on the site within a reasonably short period of time. Due to the tight time frame I was unable to secure multiple bids, and I am not confident in knowing specifically how much this job should cost. As beating the weather was the most important issue I just went ahead and had Exterior Crew do the work. While I cannot attest to the competitive cost of the paint job, the most important thing to me was getting the painting done quickly and if it turned out that I paid a bit of a premium for this, then so be it. They solved the problem for me and the tenant was happy. That's all I really needed.

At time of this writing I have discovered a dry rot problem at my house. I've performed some small dry rot repairs on my own, but this one is more involved than I want to tackle. I've asked Exterior Crew to come and give me an estimate because I have confidence in their work and appreciate how they operate their business.

Vasyl's crew installed soffits all around my house. The bid was very reasonable, they showed up on time each day and worked a full day doing quality work. Each aspect of the job started promptly so there was no lag time. I am very happy with the job. Vasyl is an excellent communicator, and did a great job coordinating the workers. I would definitely recommend Exterior Crew!

We selected Exterior Crew to replace our home’s siding in early 2019 and have been very happy with the project. After meeting with other siding companies, we decided to work with Exterior Crew due to their competitive pricing and good reviews from other projects both online and from calling references. We had positive experiences with everyone we met along the way. Andrey came to our home for the initial bid and he was a great resource in helping us decide what we wanted and educating us on the options for how our house could look. Vasyl managed the project and was so friendly and communicative throughout the entire project. The crew was polite, respectful of our privacy, and very hard-working (even working as much as was possible through several weeks of intense snowstorms in Feb ’19!) After the siding was painted, the crew returned to install the new shutters and house number, making sure we were happy with the result. We are so pleased with the look of our home and we have received many compliments on it. We would fully recommend Exterior Crew to anyone looking for siding installation.

We hired Exterior Crew to side our new construction home. The scope of work included siding with Hardi panels and lap, perforated Hardi panel soffits, t&g soffits for all living areas (entries and patios), t&g accent wall, and metal siding used for our chase and as accents. The entire house was ready for paint when they were finished.

Exterior Crew has been one of the most refreshing contracted companies we worked with during our build. Their attention to detail is unrivaled. While siding and soffits (and caulking!) are not typically the first things people comment about a house, we constantly have visitors pointing out how great it looks.

On top of the perfect end result, their crew (Alex and Alex) was friendly, courteous, and kept the cleanest job site imaginable. They involved us (the homeowners) in the design and offered suggestions as the project progressed. Andrey and Vasily (the business/project managers) would check in often to make sure everything was progressing as it should.

We typically never leave online reviews (good or bad) but feel like Exterior Crew deserves extra recognition for their detail, workmanship, communication, and overall ease with which our project went from beginning to end.

Exterior Crew did an extensive remodel on the outside of my home. They replaced all of the siding with Harding Plank. They painted, used cedar accents, provided lots of extra touches. I cannot recommend this crew enough!!!! They were professional, hard-working, accountable and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. The work was completed as it was bid and they met all of the time lines we agreed upon. I would use this crew again ...... as a matter of fact, I will need to replace my roof soon and will hire them to do this job as well. If you want a great result, hire Exterior Crew!

Exterior Crew just finished my siding job recently on our older house and our house looks amazing! I could not be more happy with their price, workmanship and reliability. I called Andrey about replacing the siding on the sun-baked southern side of my house. He came out when it was convenient with me to check it out and to prepare an estimate.

We discussed different options, and I added a gutter replacement because I was so impressed with the proposal he provided.

The work that his crew did was excellent. They cleaned up all the demo and worked quickly. The demo, residing, painting and new gutter installation all took just one week. They matched the existing cedar shake and the paint color on the rest of the house perfectly.

Our project included adding exterior stone walls to the front of the house. Andrey was the project manager and present from the start till the end. He provided an estimate within a few days of meeting us and provided us a few different estimates based on different scales of the project. He also provided us a few samples that we wanted to see so that we could actually put it against our house to see what it would look like (other companies did not do this, but told us to go to a material store). After having a few other estimates and exchanging emails/calls with other companies, my wife and I were completely comfortable having Andrey and his crew work on our house.
As soon as we signed the agreement, the project started within a few days. The whole project took 5 days. All the crew members were on time, hard working and very neat. They would clean up everyday before they left. Andrey would show up to see how the project was progressing and was very responsive to any questions or issues.
Result: A beautiful job that transformed our house. We had multiple neighbors come up to us (some even parked their cars to ask who did the wall!) and compliment on our house.
Of course my wife and I (and our neighbors and friends), love the work Exterior Crew did but was impressed with the responsibility and responsiveness of Andrey executing the job. When it comes to big projects like these, trust is something that must be prioritized and Andrey and his crew earned a perfect score!

We are a general contractor doing a project which had a very difficult and intricate siding replacement portion.
I called Andrey and we met at the project and I explained to him what we were trying to achieve. He fully understood and had some great ideas about the best way to carry out these repairs.
Exterior Crew carried out the work in a professional and timely manor. They had to deal with a sidewalk closure and pedestrian traffic, also a bus stop closure. At the time this was difficult but their crew did a great job making everything work smoothly.
When the job was completed both the building management company and the building owners were extremely happy with the results. The end product exceeded their expectations. I look forward to working with Andrey and Exterior Crew in the future and I would highly recommend them.
