Very easy to work with and get my new property insured for us.
Their concern was genuine and if we need their service in the future, I would definitely do business with them.

Guessing it's a pick and choose type of office. Not waste your time, gas or monies with this office.
I was informed couldn't insure me or the vehicle. What changed in 15 minutes drive there with no additional contact call of the change nor a Sorry.

Well, did all the necessary processing to get insurance with the Yellville FB office. All was a go; was one the way for needed signature and payments, get there and was informed couldn't insure me or the vehicle. What changed in 15 minutes drive there with no additional contact call of the change nor a Sorry. Guessing it's a pick and choose type of office. Not waste your time, gas or monies with this office.

We had a vehicle problem and had to stop in their parking lot today while waiting for a tow truck. The staff was so friendly and considerate while we waited with our two dogs in the 101 degree heat. Their concern was genuine and if we need their service in the future, I would definitely do business with them. Thanks very much!

The agents are stellar. Aside from the new software that is presenting a steep learning curve. The whole office is professional yet down home friendly.
Even saved us $$ compared to KFB.
Our 3rd year with farm bureau and not looking to change.

put in a roof claim, no problems, someone came looked at roof,. got a check minus 1000 deduct, in no time, Carla shipman always willing to take calls for my questions. And helpful when my husband passed away and my income was cut in half. She makes sure I am taken care of.. I really like this insurance.
