Please people there are much better insurance companies out there.

Please people there are much better insurance companies out there .I've had farm bureau in other states .palaka is the worst I've seen .they let my homeowners insurance get cancelled because my debit card was stolen I called to fix problem got them new card on file with them .but they aren't smart enough to get info to homeowners company.so it was cancelled due to lack of payment.not one word from anyone didn't know for 3 months.watch out for yourself because they don't look at for you ..switch companies no problem.just letting everyone know how bad they really are .

Called and asked for a quote. Left my name and number with the lady who answered the phone. Called back 24 hrs later and spoke with another woman who took my name, number and info to process a home insurance quote. Never heard back. It has been about 2 weeks. If you get insurance here, will they call you back when there's a claim? Sounds like they won't. Would avoid!

I'm was looking at the reviews on here and was shocked my agent Charles Rankin is great he was $500 less every month than everybody I called over the past 2 weeks around Jacksonville. all I can say ask for Charles.

John at Florida Farm was able to cut my auto insurance and save me some major monthly cash!

He took the time to explain the coverage's to me and even made some suggestions. He always responds to my questions (which is very important to me) in a timely manner. He's a good guy and does a great job.

I would definitely recommend John and look forward to working with him for many years to come!

We can not say enough "Good" about "The Farm Bureau Insurance" company and staff. We have been with them since 1997. The very first claim ever was this year after we lost a large amount of shingles and had leaks because of this. We of course patched until the agent could have someone out, which to our amazement was within 2 weeks, then a week later we had the check to pay for a new roof. Truly amazing!!!
Just a week ago the agent came out to take the updated photos for our policy file.

John Long with Florida Farm Bureau is excellent at providing affordable and quality insurance. John is my go to person for all of our insurance needs. He is professional, helpful, honest, and a man of integrity. He explains my coverage in terms I can understand and looks out for me as the consumer. We bought Security First for homeowners through John. The insurance company was amazing to work with. They were timely and took care of our claim effectively and efficiently. I recommend John Long to all of our friends and family for their insurance needs.

Tried to insure a commercial vehicle through my farm. Was given a policy quote from Chad Hollingsworth at what I felt was a great rate. After placing multiple calls and emails over a span of three weeks in order to place the insurance without a returned phone call or email from Chad, I finally called the main office to get another agent to call me so I could pay the premium and have the insurance placed. Not only did I not get a call back from any other agent, I received a voice mail from Chad at 6pm on a Friday (three days after calling the main office) that the policy was one that Farm Bureau wasn't interested in placing. This is after I have the policy quote in hand from three weeks ago??? Not a great first experience with Farm Bureau at all. Will take my business elsewhere.
