We started our new roof process with Josh Dupuis. His knowledge and communication made the entire process smooth and stress free. From beginning to end, he stayed in contact with both my husband and me. Any questions we had were quickly answered. He knew we had beloved furbabies and considered them when discussing the work, the debris and the time it would take.

Our new roof started 22 July 2025. We have a large steep roof and an additional detached garage that was done as well. Today is the 24th and they were done and gone shortly after lunch time. Aside from the new roof, there’s no evidence they were here! Everything they moved was put back, any debris was removed and the area cleaned up, leaving it looking better than it did prior.

The team of guys working were humble and professional. They worked nonstop in this hot weather (heat index is 109 today), and were smiling anytime we had to walk by them.

We also noticed, a couple times each day, a Brown’s Roofing employee/supervisor stopping by to inspect and check the progress.

The roof itself looks amazing. We bought our home new, 9 years ago. The original roof never once looked as nicely installed as what Brown’s Roofing did this week. We are highly satisfied and already recommending Brown’s Roofing to our neighbors and friends.

Josh Dupuis @ Browns Roofing is very knowledgeable and made getting our roof replaced easy. He stays in constant communication through the process. They started our roof on 22July25 and completed it on 24July2025 in 100 degree temperatures with the heat index much higher. The entire crew was very professional and when they were done you would never know we just had the entire roof replaced.

The entire experience with Brown's roofing has been phenomenal and we would highly recommend them. Josh started working with us originally to get a hail damage claim approved but after many months of going back and forth with the insurance company and them refusing to pay the claim we moved forward with them replacing the roof a few weeks ago. Brown’s Roofing was absolutely a pleasure to work with on two projects. We had a tornado hit our home in March. The result was 9 trees on our house with exterior and interior damage. Brown’s had installed a new roof on the house about four months earlier. Project Manager Chris Madere came by our house about 7:00am the morning after the storm just to check on our situation. We signed a contract immediately to complete all the repair work on both the exterior and interior damage. Chris was an answer to our prayers in guiding us through working with the insurance company and overseeing the completion of the repair work. I highly recommend Brown’s Roofing for any repair work you need on your home.

A young lady stopped by my house to suggest I might need new shingles. I told her my insurance had twice refused my hail damage claim. She told me they were quite good with appeals and so I told her be my guest and appeal on my behalf. I was amazed that Browns succeeded where other contractors had failed. All of their services were crisp and professional and they delivered everything they promised. I am delighted with the thorough and skilled work they performed on my roof.

OK, 2 views here. #1 the work that was done seems to be alright, as far as I can tell. #2 their representative, Josh, earns very low marks. He came out, measured and gave me an estimate. While working on the job he called me that there was a problem with finishing the gutters as estimated, An issue with going around a corner the additional 5ft as originally charged ....after going back and forth, back and forth, I finally got fed up and told him to complete as they now wanted (5 ft shorter than the estimate-which they charge by the foot). I was very pissed off now, Josh came to collect payment and wanted the full amount, no deduction for 5 less ft of material, he proceeded to whine how he "didn't do gutters" (so he didn't know what he was doing?) and how "he wasn't making any money on this job" (yes business's last long that don't make profits)....well my final word is if you use this company, AVOID JOSH LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

This company did my siding and it looks fantastic! The only thing I have to complain about is the fact they had no one that could speak english, which left us no way to speak to someone during the process.

Thank you to Brown's Roofing Arkansas off of Mt Carmel in Bryant! After the hailstorm moved through and damaged our roof and gutters Brown’s made the process very easy from start to finish. They communicated with us every step of the way and did a fantastic job. The roof, the “whirli-gigs”, the gutters, all look great. They were punctual and worked quickly and neatly! They were extremely thorough with the cleanup ane we didnt find any nails or trash that was left behind. They also did the same for two of my neighbors. We all had excellent experiences and would recommend them to friends.

We are very pleased with Josh and his team. They were here when they said they would be and did an amazing job. Removal, installation and cleanup was done very fast and thorough.

We have solar panels that had to be removed and reinstalled and Josh didn’t bat an eye. He had that part taken care of the same morning the roof was started and they were placed back the next morning when the roof was completed. ( it got dark on them but they worked as long as they could to finish up)

He dealt with the insurance, always a blessing, he kept us updated throughout the entire process and was an honorable guy to work with. He’s a fast responder when we had questions and showed patience when we needed to make decisions.

We recently had our roof inspected after a severe hail storm. They provided a complimentary inspection of the roof and discovered that we had evidence of some prior damage to the roof in addition to the damage from the more recent storm. Our roof is very tall and steep, but they safely took many photographs of the damage to our roof, ventilation turbines and gutters. They provided us with a document package to provide to our insurance company. After our insurance company reviewed the information and inspected the roof, our claim was promptly approved.
Josh Dupuis, the Project Manager, was hands on throughout the project and kept us informed every step of the way. The tear off/ re-roof crew were nothing short of amazing and some of the hardest working people I have ever encountered. After the project was completed, the team made multiple sweeps of the yard with magnets to ensure that no stray nails wee left in the yard. All of the debris was removed in a timely fashion.
If you have a roof project in your future, I would highly recommend josh and the Brown's Roofing crew.

Dr Smith and I were so impressed with Browns Roofing! Josh, the project manager, went the extra mile working with our insurance to cover extras that came up, was in communication along the entire process, on site multiple times during each day— couldn’t have felt in better hands. The crew was prompt, courteous and HARD working! Our 6,000 sq ft home with various shifts in the roof was completed start to finish in 2.5 days. They kept the site protected with tarps and when they left the outside was spotless. We are so pleased and highly recommend!!!

Ten years ago I needed a new roof and used the "big gun" roofer in the area. We had to call him back 4 times to fix leaks. Brown put on my new roof and the following week we had 5 inches of rain, NO LEAKS. These guys are really good, they go above and beyond what is expected. When they finished they cleaned up the yard mess and left the yard cleaner then when they found it. Quality materials, quality workmanship, and quality service. I recommend then and will use them again if I ever need a roofer. I didn't rate them as a good value because this was an insurance job as result of a hail storm; thus pricing was between them and the insurance company; so I don't know the value of the cost, only the value of the workmanship. If you need a roof call and ask for Joe, he is the owners son and he is all about service.
