Farm Bureau has been my insurance company for 14 years. Recently, I had to get my roof repaired on my house and a windshield on one of my vehicles replaced. Ross and Jeremy were instantly able to answer every question I had throughout the roof replacement. Mrs. Briana handled my windshield questions. Both processes were streamlined and absolutely geared towards the comfort and betterment of me and my family. I’m proud to be a member of Farm Bureau and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new insurance company!

I asked a few simple questions as this is my first time finding home owners insurance and he was so rude he even said he didn’t want to help me and find another place. I had a wonderful experience with Farm Bureau and my agent, DC Alford was great and very professional. They were very quick and efficient and saved me nearly $1000 a year on my home insurance. I would HIGHLY recommend this business and was thankful for their professional and friendly attitudes.

These people do not know what they're doing. I have to go up there for a third time with my wife for a personal articles policy. Every time they need more information and we get a different story. Save your time and money and go to a place where they can do it right the first time.
