Arkansas River Valley Roofing

We recently used Arkansas River valley roofing company after the April 5th storms. Ernesto and Brian were wonderful to work with. They came out multiple times to get an accurate report for our insurance company and Ernesto met with the insurance adjuster to get our roof approved. Once approved, the roof was replaced in one day and looks fantastic. My neighbor even commented how polite the crew was since some of our shingles fell into her fenced backyard and they went to clean it up. There were no nails or old shingles left at the end of the day - just a new roof that looks great. We were very pleased with Arkansas River Valley Roofing and would definitely recommend.

Chase came by to look at a minor leak in our screen porch area. He found debris that was causing the leak and cleared it while he was there. After the storm on Memorial Day weekend in Salesville, my roof had some damage so I called Arkansas River Valley Roofing.
The Mountain Home rep Robert Alexander along with Carlos and his crew, did a great job of replacing my roof. I had them do a few things that the builder didn’t do properly (bathrooms vented to the attic) and they had no problem taking care of those things while they were here.
I feel confident that if I were to have any other problems Robert and his crew will be sure to make things right.

I had hail damage on the roof when I purchased my home. Long story short, it needed to be replaced and asap!
Brian came out and walked me through everything. He was beyond awesome! Any question I had he answered even if I asked more than once. (Which I did). He talked to me not at me. He is professional and courteous. The roof was completed in a day and the inside work was a day the following week. He was very accommodating to my schedule and made sure I was happy with the work before moving on to the next step. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone, hands down!

We were given a short timeframe to replace our roof after our insurance decided that it was too old. I did a quick Google search to find a good company to use. Chase came out that afternoon to give us an estimate and cover the process and materials that would be used. After I made the down payment, Chase quickly scheduled us for that same week.

The weather had other plans for us, but the team came out the next day to get started and had the entire project done in 2 days.

Fantastic service!!! From the time of contact to a new roof was two weeks. And that was only because it had to be delayed due to rain. We would have had a new roof in a week.

Great roof work by ARVR. The sales person was low pressure, laid back, and clearly aware of the process and insurance practices. The work crew was efficient. It was a huge mess around the house and for some reason it seemed cleaner than before! They were kind before starting, asking if we needed to move cars out of the garage, they were very friendly and as non-intrusive as they could be. If I need another roof, I can now skip the shopping and go straight to them.

Our contractor , Chase, was the most reliable, efficient, and professional person We have ever worked with on house projects. He checked on the progress of our roof installation many times throughout the day and stayed late into the evening to help the installers clean up. I HIGHLY recommend working with him. We have a 2 car carport that was in desperate need of a new flat roof, repair of a water damaged support beam, and a paint job to cover the original 54 year old paint that had become an eyesore. Naturally, I provided the paint and associated materials and did some of the prep and touch up. Chase did a great job of painting that completely transformed the look of the carport underneath. My house only had one whirley on it, I requested them to add 1 more but, they added 2 more for me so that my house would have proper ventilation. They did this at no extra charge to me. We had a severe hail damage from a recent Strom that came thru causing a leak from the roof. But Mr. Nick Watson help walk us thru the hole process. Brian Aliotta and his teams have done an amazing job of roofing and restoring our home since the March 31st tornado. We had both outdoor and indoor damage here in Indian Hills in North Little Rock. Since he began working with us on April 26, we have a new roof, trim, and windows. Two holes in our home have been repaired. This week our ceilings and decks will be repaired. I have been researching the whole process as far as what’s involved when you need to get your roof checked by your insurance agent and then follow up with a roofing company if it needs to be repaired.
