They were so great to work with and truly cared that we get the right look and style of window that we were looking for. The install was done by a professional carpenter and with attention to detail. Unlike some of the bigger name national window companies they really focus on the client and the quality of the work and selection of window. Their focus is on quality over quantity of sales. Could not be happier.

We had to replace all of our windows and sliding glass doors in our home. It came out to over 40 windows and doors in total. After two other quotes, I called Premier Windows. Their price was the best. John’s presentation was informative and gave me a sense of peace. We also had a big change on one wall from French doors to a picture window. Nelson and his team were absolutely AMAZING and professional during the install process. Nelson was so very helpful on every aspect of the install. Communication with all of the team members was exceptional! The windows and sliding glass doors are stunning and function very well! I recommend this company a million times!

I have been considering siding and windows for several years. My house is 32 years old which I have lived in the entire time. I had gotten a few estimates over the last few years but just couldn’t make up my mind. At the recommendation of a friend I contacted John Lambert with Premier. He was very prompt on our appointment and told me things I should look for regardless of who I got to do the job. I learned so much from his visit. He left and emailed me an estimate for siding and windows. He told me he wouldn’t contact me again unless he heard from me. No high pressure sales before or after deciding. His estimate was very fair and assured me of top quality on installation. His reviews backed that up. I had my siding installed last week and windows will be after first of the year. I used John to replace the windows at my house several years ago, so when it was time to replace the huge glass block windows at my office with energy efficient windows I knew who to call. This was not an easy job by any means. They had to do so much work to break up the old glass blocks. Despite it being an even harder job than anticipated, they finished the job in amazing time, and they look phenomenal! I can not express how awesome it was when it came to ordering my windows. John was fabulous when selling us our windows, he is such a gem to do business with. He quoted us 6-8 weeks and was so surprised that they were here in 3 weeks. He set up for Brody to come out and install them the next week. Brody arrived on time and started to install all 14 windows. We asked him if he had someone coming to help him install, no he did them himself, put all my shades back into the windows and cleaned up everything. Brady is awesome. Our first experience with Mr. John was about 12 years ago, when he worked for an HVAC company. We were so pleased with that experience that we sought him out when our need for windows arose. Rarely will you meet another person that has a command of his product, more so than John Lambert. Expertise is an understatement. He is honest, upfront, reliable, and extremely qualified. His install team at Premier, Nelson and David and Conor, did a fabulous job with our two phases of windows. Including a window that was nearly 10' tall - these guys handled it with ease, making it look easy. Minimal dust left behind, too, because the guys kept the workspace clean as they went.

It was so nice to stand in front of a window this winter, and not actually feel the elements coming inside. Plus, the HVAC system has not run nearly as much since the upgrade.

My wife and I had some water damage because of a leaking builder grade window. We had 5 separate quotes from various companies and we chose John from Premier. Just the process of getting window quotes is intense and frustrating. It’s like amplifying used car sales creepiness by 10 and inviting that into your home. John was different. He respected our time answered our questions and gave us a viable quote.
We sought financing and ordered the windows and had them installed. The installation team was efficient and worked to be clean while being friendly the entire time. We had some minor issues after installation which were addressed immediately.
Overall we had a good experience with Premier and we are glad that we went with a local company.

These guys were awesome to work with. Our house is way far out in the Ozarks and it didn't bother them at all to come out, measure and install. If you live in a small town or out in the country, this is a company that doesn't just work in Conway or Little Rock. The owner is super easy to work with and accessible and texts like a teenager, so you can really stay up on your project and get updates. I even did my measurements over Labor Day weekend and he responded the same day. The installers clearly know their business. I do a lot of my own work and I know what good quality is and these guys did a phenomenal job. I'm planning on using this company anytime I need windows or doors.

Had the owner come out to inspect my siding project. After he quoted me $7k over the other competitors he got really upset when I told him that I would not need his services. The problem wasn’t what he said about how his company was superior, it was how he belittled me. I was recommended this company by a friend but I did not share my friend’s experience. The owner was unprofessional and treated me very poorly. Maybe he doesn’t treat everyone equally. I cannot recommend this business.

I have 21 windows replaced by Premier Windows in Sept, 2023. I don't know where to start but the job is seamless, excellent and on time. John came to measure the windows and gave an excellent presentation. All my questions were answered directly and honestly. I was concerned that new window frames would look bad on my old house and would change the authentic look of it. It did not. The new frames blended so perfectly that neighbors and coworker asked the business's phone number. Now, I am a picky consumer therefore, I did my homework and got several other companies visit the house and gave me their proposals. Some of them were out of my price range and the cheap ones were not able to pass my background search. Bad reviews were out there for me to completely eliminate a couple. On the other hand, I was impressed with Premier Windows reviews. The job was done earlier than expected. John was on spot with his estimated time frame. I was so happy that this job was done right before winter. Nelson and David came right on time as they promised and finished the work seamlessly! They cleaned after themselves and were just particular with their work. Nothing was sloppy. While they were working, I was able to work from home comfortably, so I did not have to take time off. Once it was time to caulk, Nelson shows his art! I am telling you; this gentleman is the King of Caulking. Entirely spotless and just perfect. I could tell he has been doing this so long that he could literally do it with his eyes closed. I am %100 satisfied with the job and the customer service. They were very personal, sweet, and great communicators. Both John and Nelson were patient listeners and men of their words. Hear me out! I am enthusiastic about sharing my experience here because good people and businesses should be recognized for their hard work. Because we all know it's so easy to end up with a terrible business and deal with lots of headaches. I would hire them again and have already given my recommendation to family, friends and neighbors. Premier added composite siding to my 60 year old house. It looks great! Communication was excellent when deciding on what to use, color, and the entire process. We had to wait a month to get the product in, but installation only took a week. John's crew are true craftsmen who obviously take pride in their job, and they were very easy to work with. The price was very fair for all the work that they put in. This company was recommended by a friend, and I couldn't be happier.

This company was great! John made sure I was kept up to date about my order status and the scheduling. My windows arrived as ordered and the installation team was wonderful. Upon removing the old windows, they discovered an issue with how the frame was initially created for the windows to be installed into. This meant that they had to manually correct the issue themselves before proceeding with the install. This turned the original one day install into a two day, very hard effort. I was not charged anything additional for the extra, unexpected work they had to do. The installers were very friendly and communicative about what they were doing and made sure that no mess was left in my house/yard. Windows have been great so far and I’m very happy with them.

This company is amazing! I found them on the BBB website, and after meeting with John, I didn't look at any other companies. We had siding, gutters, and windows replaced and couldn't be happier with the results. The installers are perfectionists and very easy to work with. If I need anything done in the future, I will contact John first!

I recently had all new windows installed and I was very impressed with the professionalism that I received. Mr. Nelson installed my windows and cleaned up everything and done an amazing job. I was most impressed with the way I never heard Mr. Nelson act or say anything negative even though I knew at times it had to be frustrating since he done my windows by himself. Very professional folks, I definitely would use premier windows again!

John was amazing to work with! We replaced every window in our house. He did a great job explaining the product and what to expect with the process.

It took 5-6 months to get our windows in because two of our windows were special order and because everything takes longer to get in the world we live in. John stayed in contact and updated us the entire time.

When the windows came in, his installation crew came when they said they would and worked efficiently. They cleaned up their mess as they went and kept us updated on their progress.

Premier Windows was fantastic! They did what they said they would do, and when something didn’t go as planned (due to supply chain problems), they communicated so well. I highly recommend!!

We chose Premier Windows because of the excellent product reviews, outstanding customer service, fair prices and it is a local business. We had 19 windows, two sliding glass doors, siding, soffit/fascia and gutters installed by John and his team in 2021. Before giving a review I wanted to observe the windows/doors through different weather patterns and can confirm the product and service has met/exceeded all expectations. The internal temperature in the house feels more consistent and we had expected that improvement. The reduction in external noise was a great surprise. In addition to improving the appearance and efficiency of our house, we now use our doors and windows more often and let in fresh air or enjoy looking outside. After ten years our exterior wood siding needed repainted and some boards needed replaced, adding the vinyl siding improved their appearance and resolved many future maintenance needs. The original gutters would fill with leaves, overflow and sag. The new gutters with screens have a 50 year warranty and perform great. The only item I would suggest spending extra time are the sliding glass doors. We love our doors and they give a much greater view and are more efficient, but they have a bulky threshold that can present a challenge for some to step over. Also, the doors do not open as wide as a normal door. Lastly, make sure you work with John to match the colors of the door and windows as they can be slightly different. I would not discourage anyone from getting these sliding glass doors, but it may take a little adjusting. As for the service, I would use and highly recommend John, Nelson and Jim any day. They will do everything reasonably possible to make sure you are satisfied. Regarding prices, John will give you his best quote up front and rest of the process will be the same way. There were no surprises, adjustments or extra fees. He and his team will be there on the day you schedule and they will make sure you are satisfied with the work before you pay. John was a joy to work with. As you can see from the before and after photos the new windows make my small mountain home almost elegant! What a difference a relatively inexpensive update can make in appearance. I couldn't even open my old windows so am enjoying fresh air in the house.

John is the man. He was professional, timely, and provided a nice product at a reasonable cost; windows and siding. Jim and his partner, who contract with John, installed the siding and did a great job while flexing around various issues that pop up. Just had 24 aluminum windows replaced by Premier Windows. John, Nelson, and David were great to deal with. They were professional, courteous, responsive, and prompt throughout the process. John will not be the cheapest nor the most expensive. What you will get is a good product with proper installation at a fair price without cutting corners. What you won’t get is shady sales tactics and substandard installation. Great Job and I highly recommend.

John and his team did a fantastic job installing our new windows. We are very pleased with the double hung windows and their energy efficiency. They change the look of the house completely. John at Premier Windows really took care of and sold us an excellent product. We had some old rustic wooden shiplap before, but now we have a beautiful batten board home with perfect trim.

Jim the contractor was timely and dilligent everyday. When they start a job, Premier Windows see's it through before moving on to the next and Jim was dedicated to doing it right. Out of the 16 days he worked on the siding 9 of them either rained, was super windy or snowed and the quality of the work never decreased. It may have taken a little longer, but we are highly impressed with the work and are proud to tell people of the wonderful job Premier Windows did for us.

Premier Windows replaced our windows on December 23, 2020. Our early 1970s single-glazed aluminum windows were drafty, some with broken balances. They have now been replaced with beautiful, energy-efficient vinyl windows and we could not be more pleased. The installers, Harold and Nelson, are polite and knowledgeable craftsmen.

We were at a cross-roads of repair vs. replace. We decided to replace for energy efficiency, maintenance-free, and upgraded look. We are THRILLED with our decision. First, John Lambert was very patient and great to work with with during our barrage of constant questions while we obtained info and competitive bids. Then, during the install, the window crew was absolutely amazing! I had no idea how they could completely replace 25 windows and couldn't even tell the window had been replace except by seeing the new fabulous window! Then, the siding crew! This crew started at 7a with frosty morning and frosty roofs and didn't quite until well past dark. Both window and siding crews were on time, professional, courteous, and absolutely craftsmen at what they do. They went over and above to ensure our home was taken care of and we were satisfied. We only had one regret on the color of the fixture boxes and they had them ordered and replaced within a week. Year Update:
It's been almost a year exactly since getting my new windows and they are still working just as perfectly as the day they were installed. Prior to having these new windows, our old ones were in poor condition, would not open, or did not have any screens on them. So now being able to open them with ease and enjoy the outside weather without fear of bugs flying in has been really lovely! Again, I highly recommend John and Premier Windows.

John and his assistant were great to work with from start to finish. They gave us options and advice on what we really needed. Communication was clear and concise and they met all their time estimates. Install day went great, no issues and no damage to my house and they left no debris behind. You can’t really beat great service, good pricing, and excellent people. There’s not a lot of businesses like this around anymore, so I’m pleased as punch to have given my business to Premier Windows. I’d recommend them to anybody.

I did get quotes from other window companies and Premier was the only one I felt comfortable with. We are very happy with our new windows and recommend these guys without hesitation.

My wife and I own a very large and older home that was in desperate need of some updated windows for our upper floor. I had an issue with 2 bedroom windows that was caused from excessive heat when the house next door burned down. I called Mr. John and he was quick to respond. John stepped up to the plate and went above and beyond what would be expected of a company to take care of the situation. I can't say enough about the great customer service they provide. Working with the guys from Premier Windows (PW) was amazingly easy and refreshing. I've waited a year after installation to post my review for a reason - I wanted 4 seasons with my new windows. These windows were hands down the best investment I could have made for my home. From the cold of winter though the heat of summer, my home was comfortable. There is no temperature transfer through these windows. The noise level from outside is noticeably reduced. The consultation with John was educational - not a sales pitch. Installation was quick and professional. Nelson came back twice to add caulk so that they were both completely sealed and had a finished appearance from outside. There was no mess left behind. I highly recommend Premier Windows - a local company who puts their customers first!

Wonderful customer service- any question I had, even before getting an estimate, John was very quick to answer. The new windows were the icing on the cake for our remodel project. They look beautiful and function much better than the old ones. John was very helpful figuring out a solution to a tricky window situation over the sink and I'm thrilled with the slider installed. Working with Premier Windows was a good experience, and I would recommend them.

We had our windows replaced at the end of December 2016. If you see the pictures posted December 28 and 29 posted on facebook (premierwindowsar), those are of our house (before and after). The windows look fantastic. We had over 20 windows replaced, including a bay window and a "textured" downstairs bathroom window. We have noticed a significant impact in how much warmer the house has been, due to the window insulation, coating and no more drafts. John and Nelson did a fantastic job of pulling one window out at a time and getting them replaced. We highly recommend Premier Windows... they backup their product for 50 years which includes replacing any broken glass and should we move, that guarantee can be transferred to the new owners.

We had our new windows put in at the end of December 2016 and there are no more drafts! Our heat is staying in the house and not being sucked out through the windows. From when we first met John, he was super professional and made sure we were informed and made the right decision on the purchase of windows for our new house. John's installer, Nelson, came out and measured every window and the sliding back door individually to ensure that all of the new windows would be a perfect fit. Once the windows came in, John and Nelson got all of our 30 year old windows out with no damage to the house and got the new windows and sliding door to fit in perfectly.
