Farm Bureau Insurance

My family has been using Farm Bureau for a long time. In my time using their services I have always been able to go to their office and speak with someone face to face about any issue. Thus far all needs and issues have been met and resolved to satisfaction.

Buying insurance is fun and a great way to spend your day…said no one ever. When faced with the prospect of getting new insurance coverage, I think most people envision hours of time spent with an insurance agent who speaks in incomprehensible terms….

Our experience with Abby Godwin dispelled both of those beliefs. Abby helped us purchase the right kind and amount of insurance through Farm Bureau Insurance for our new home and property. We are not by any stretch of the imagination insurance savvy and frankly knew we needed insurance for our new home and property with some kind of coverage to protect our assets in the event of misfortune, but not what kind or how much. Abby was recommended to us by our new home’s general contractor who he knew and worked on his own insurance needs and assured us that she was the correct insurance agent to guide us through the insurance purchase. He was so right. Abby was an absolute pleasure to work with and she, unlike our fears, did not speak in incomprehensible terms. She worked with us to explain every aspect of the insurance we needed and why it was right for us. By the time we finished our insurance purchase, we felt we not only had the right coverage, but had forged a relationship with Abby not only as our new insurance agent, but as a friend.
