I hired J Edward Renovations to fix a leak from my roof. They came, and attempted to repair it. When it started to leak again, I contacted them and they said they would come right out to take a look. It's been 4 months and they have not responded to any of my calls, texts, voicemails or emails.

We had to fire our first contractor mid job and John and crew stepped in last minutes notice and coordinated a 4400 square foot remodel and addition to our building that would blow your mind!!!!! Thanks for making a world of difference in my business and my new home as well as making my dream of having my own museum a reality!!!!!

Had an appointment scheduled. No call no show, and no response after leaving two voicemails.

*apparently this is a false review. We called under the name Isaiah, you were supposed to come at 3:30 on Friday May 12th to a Franklin address to check out a deck. We left a voicemail after 4pm and then again the following week, neither were returned.

John and his crew recently repaired the front cedar siding on my house and repaired a damaged soffit. The crew pays attention to the little details and the workmanship quality is excellent. The price for the job was very reasonable. I intend on using the business for an upcoming bathroom remodel.

I was wanting to get a bathroom and laundry room remodeled. There was a person from the company that came and looked over the work that I was wanting done. I was told that I would get an estimate within 3 days. About 3 weeks later I called again to see about the estimates. I was told they are still working on it. How? I was given a timeline of 3 days. I was then told give them 3 more days. About 2 months later now still no estimate. So if you want someone to tell you stories this is the company to get. But if not, go with someone else.

We had our family room updated and John, Jason, and crew did an amazing job. We needed a lot of repair work done on the walls, repainting, flooring, trim, and tile work. They were hard working and timely, and we are extremely happy with the results!

My roof had some damaged shingles that had begun to slip out of position. J Edwards' crew came out extremely fast, assessed the damage and was able to repair same day! They communicated with me politely, honestly and without trying to pressure me into repairs I didn't need. This team is truly top notch! They have my business for life!

Great company to work with. Professional, timely, and cleaned up every nail after our porch remodel. Having an old home (120 years to be exact) it presents challenges with every project. Jason was able to make the necessary changes to make it all come together beautifully.
We’ve dealt with many contractors as we renovated this old home. J. Edwards was second to none.

We used J. Edwards Renovations for a large house renovation a couple years back. They did such a great job on our bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchen flooring along with a bedroom and full bathroom in the basement we didn’t hesitate to contact them when we decided to do our kitchen countertops. They did beautiful quality work on all our projects. We needed some guidance on materials and they didn’t hesitate to give us input and I am so happy they did because everything turned out better than I could have ever imagined. I highly recommend J. I have hired John and J Edward on multiple occasions now, for a roof, entire kitchen remodel, and a great 16x32 garage. The quality of work is top notch. John was very helpful with the design and scheduling. I will definitely be hiring him again.

My husband and I asked John to do a complete tear off and framing out a small area of our roof, fix a rotted out section of wood in our kitchen, and replace a fire escape door with a double hung window. Overall, our experience was everything we wanted and more. We are so grateful that the crew was able to come out before the weather got worse, he was very fairly priced (actually the best quote we got!) and the quality of exceeded our expectations.
John gave us his best recommendation on what we should do about our roof without cutting corners, communicated with us efficiently throughout the project, and the crew worked so hard...and it shows!

John does very detailed work. Helped me find flooring, countertop, cabinets, plumbing, lighting, etc. Had very good ideas on items and details I would not think of. Especially lighting and use of waisted space. Worked very clean. Able to make changes on the fly. Followed up to make sure I am satisfied with the outcome.

After meeting with several companies for roofing estimates, we decided to go with John. He was recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. He's a busy guy, but managed to get our big roofing project on our house done in a timely manner. This was my first time replacing a roof and he had many great recommendations and was accommodating to our busy schedules. Great guy, great service, and great value. I've already recommended him to others.

I hired John and J. Edward Renovations in 2011 to replace my roof, soffit and gutters. Their pricing was fair, and the job was completed on time when John promised. I enjoyed working with John and his team and I hired them again in 2013 to replace all the windows and patio doors in my home. Great job again, professional highly qualified contractors that can be trusted.
