Mad City Windows & Baths of Milwaukee

From start to finish our project has been very easy. From scheduling, a time to get an estimate and meeting with the sales rep, to having the a member who comes and measures everything to assure that all of our equipment is right the first time, to the install team, the plumber and even the follow up to make a small change, A week after it was installed. Mad city has been a great team to work with. And I would definitely recommend them. Yes, and use them again in the future. For another project, should we have one arise. Thank you for making the process so easy.

The salesman was slick. No interest financing for 18 months. That was a total lie! I kept saying it over and over, so I have 18 months to pay it off, no interest right. Yes sir. Next thing I know I’m getting a bill from a finance company asking me to pay them $402 a month! If I don’t then they’re adding it to the total of $ 14,000.00. I owe. That comes to an additional $7 grand plus. I had just purchased my house, and had my $ budgeted, and an extra $400 a month was not part of it. Be super careful to what you’re signing, and what they are saying. It’s two different things. Now I have to figure out a way to come up with $400 more a month. I will never do business with these criminals again!

Les and his coworker were phenomenal at the installation of windows and doors at our residence. The installation was quieter and quicker than expected. The professionalism showed in the obvious accuracy of measurements taken and the quickness of the removal of the old windows and doors, not having to be taken out in small chunks as I've observed at other homes. The installers communicated very well with us as well as with each other, no rowdiness or rough language heard.

This was a awesome experience to transform my new bath tub that I was not possible mad city windows made it possible excellent work from the team and very polite and I love my new tub thank you mad city windows and your salesman and your team awesome job.

Joe Mahas did our install and he was amazing!! He put up with my husband all day and that is worth more money than you can imagine. Very friendly and personable. I literally cannot say enough positive things. When we get the rest of our windows done we would like to request him to do install.

Brian and his team did a great job on installing new windows in our kitchen and garage. They were very efficient, thorough, and quick!

My boyfriend called mad city windows over a month ago and asked for estimate on a bathroom remodel. He told them he didn’t want to move forward with it due to the price and since then they have NOT STOPPED CALLING HIM!! Some days they call him several times. Every time he tells them he’s no longer interested and they still call him back. Twice yesterday and again today. The guy he spoke with today claimed he would ‘put a note in’ not to contact him again but based off of these comments I’m not so hopeful.

I called for a free estimate and they said they couldnt just replace the surround and wanted to still come out, after saying no and that i wasnt interested/bills came up, they still refuse to stop calling me even using there own personal cells after blocking them straight up harassment

Joe Mahas did an incredible job installing our new patio door! Before and after the installation, he explained everything very clearly. He also kept everything contained to a small area and left no mess behind. I highly recommend him this company to anyone looking for professional help with similar projects!

1 star only because NO stars was an option. Appointment was set a week in advance, 40 minutes before arrival it gets cancelled. We were told we would be placed on a list and called back to reschedule the appointment. 4 days later we’re still waiting. Big loss for them as this was a 20+ window project and they knew this going in.

In March 2025 I had my kitchen cabinets redone. It was just one person doing all the work, which is a lot! He did a fantastic job and even stayed late one night to make sure the work was done. My kitchen looks great now!

We had a shower install using Mad City Windows and Bath. Marshall the installer did a GREAT job! He was here on time and did a thorough job explaining Mad City's warranty and up keep of our new shower, and any questions we had.

Les and Mike did an excellent job on our windows and patio door. They are on time, fast and efficient. We are very happy with everything. Thank you Les and Mike!!

Madcity sales team was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to sit down with us and really show us their product so we felt comfortable with the investment. We had a shower done by Mad City. Very expensive and highly over rated. The idiot sales guy told us we would never have to clean our shower again, I still clean mine like a normal person and still developed mold all over the caulk. I wanted them to replace it. It would have cost 175$ even with warranty. Or I could use a bleach solution and wait weeks for it to clear up. I'm doing the bleach, not sure if it works yet. And he told me the tub needs to be dry all the time and bleach after every shower. My old shower did not need this much work and time to keep it clean. I think you can get a shower much cheaper and easier to care for that will as nice or nicer. DON'T GET MAD CITY

We had windows installed by Lesco and Mike who were so quick and efficient! They were respectful of us and our property and took care in handling the windows and anything that may have been in their way. Having new windows from Mad City we notice a huge difference in our energy bill and outside noise reduction was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend them!

The in home quote was extremely easy and quick. They are very professional and answered all and any questions we had. The team who came to do the work were fast and efficient. The project was completed much quicker than I expected. We were able to customize everything to our liking. I would definitely use them again. Job #990346

Rusty and crew installed my shower on 6/6/25. They did an outstanding job from the moment they came in setting up w tarps on the floor w no mess behind when they left. Throughout the time Rusty was here it was obvious he knew what he was doing. He was focused and knowledgeable. He made sure to explain all parts of the install and made sure I understood it all. I was impressed with work ethic, performance and politeness. All around great job. The shower looked beautiful and I love it! I would highly recommend Mad City Tubs and Showers to anyone looking for a new shower.

Will never use this company. How many times do I need to tell you I'm not ready to proceed with my project before you STOP CALLING ME? Maybe if I wasn't bothered by your company after I told them no I would consider coming back when I am ready, but now I know better, and will not be back. Also if you're a customer actually considering moving forward with this company, do more research.

For the installation, Les and his partner did a great job. They were very fast but took time to answer my questions. They were both courteous and professional. I would recommend them for other people getting Mad City windows installed.

As far as the windows, they look nice and work much better than my old ones. However, I can’t rate window quality just yet. Time will tell if they are up to the task of longevity.

We had windows installed, have not been happy with them at all. We have called a couple times to have some things addressed. A technician came out but the problems have not been resolved. One bent screen was fixed. The last technician that came out never got back to us or resolved the issue in any way. Ultimately not satisfied with our incredibly over priced windows that are not any better than the ones we had previously.

Do not contact mad City Windows, they will constantly call you ,email you, text you,even when you tell them to stop, I have a recording on my phone where I told them to stop contacting me or I was going to sue them for harassment. They've done nothing short of harassing me. I am getting sick and tired of mad city windows, my next step is to contact the lawyer. Look on the internet and see how many lawsuits they have against them
This is not a good company.

I want to start by sharing I like the appearance of our new showers and tub. I typically only write reviews for positive experiences, but I couldn’t let this one go and do not want anyone else to have a similar experience. Our initial time with our salesman went very well, we really enjoyed him and were excited for our new bathtub/showers.

During the installation, there initially was some confusion from the installers regarding what material/finish goes into which bathroom (we had two separate finishes in each of the two bathrooms we had done). This seemed strange, and I was confused why they didn’t have a copy of the contract while working to verify accuracy. My husband showed the installers the photo renderings we had from the salesman to verify the finishes for each of the two bathrooms before the work began. The photo renderings shows the correct finishes that would go in each bathroom.

After the installation, there was a big mistake made - the original finishes for our shower walls were swapped. When we got home, we saw the finishes were the opposite of what we wanted and signed in our contract. When we informed the company, they apologized profusely and did not offer a discount for their mistake. There was also a work order of sorts that was created that said we, the customers, “requested” the change, which is inaccurate. It seems they were trying to cover themselves for the error and how it was handled does not sit right with me. Also, our electrician worked on our bathroom the following day and informed us of multiple mistakes/poor craftsmanship that Mad City’s electrician made in their electrical work - in one of the bathrooms and in the attic. My husband and I would have appreciated an offer of a discount, especially for such a large project that costs us a lot of money. It all feels unethical and really cheapens my view of the company, their products and their services - especially the customer service aspect. The way everything was handled is very unfortunate and one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I hate to have to say this, I absolutely do not recommend Mad City for their services.

When does look better than I possibly expected. Brian and his team did a wonderful job from start to finish. They showed up promptly on time and had the job completed early. I will definitely be a return customer.

The salesman came and was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. The team that did the install were the most respectful. They covered all the carpets and areas that they walked on and even stayed late to finish so we wouldn't have to worry about taking off work the next day. They were congenial and talented at what they did.

It took 2 days to complete my kitchen cabinets. Covered furniture, floors, counter tops and closed off where kitchen and living room ajoin. All was kept clean. And cabinets are beautiful !! We are so pleased…

Very pleased with every aspect of my experience with Mad City. Very professional, prompt and true to their word. They exceeded my expectations. Will definitely consider them for other projects. Just has windows un my living room done by Brian. Super happy with the new look. Beautiful work. Professionally done. Clean-up great. Again satisfied with Mad City!

Updating my original review, they managed to come back and put on our screen door free of charge which was very much appreciated.

Sales person provided a very thorough explanation and was not high pressure. Delivery of windows took a little longer than originally told but so worth the wait. They are beautiful. Install team was fantastic - very personable and professional. Too soon to tell if we will get the warmth we hope for. Would highly recommend this company. Had more windows installed by Brian - great install very personable, very happy.

Windows for looks, not meant to be opened. No matter how many times they come to fix my window the counter weights break again in under a week. Tired of getting my fingers crushed (very dangerous) and having people in my home to fix the same window over and over. Should have just kept the old windows. The windows from Mad City would not pass a fire inspection considering they cant even stay open on their own.

7 months later: Every time my finger gets crushed by the window I sure remember Mad City Windows!!!!!

2 year update: Windows still broken!!!! Too bad they did not include a wooden stick to hold the windows open. Mad City Windows you owe me a working window!!!

It would be easier to do a good job than to pay for fake 5 star reviews!!!!
