Had an associate named Francis come to give me a quote on residing my house. He was very professional and had in depth knowledge of the company and product. Along with the to ability to offer several different financing options that helped with making the project affordable.

Francis and William introduced me and explained what Hardy Plank Siding, the sample they brought looked like what the house needs. They also showed me how the house would look with the new siding on their iPad. We could change colors and trim, this was very neat because it allowed me to see how it would look installed. They offered different financing options and we negotiated a decent deal for the siding.
Will follow up with a review after it has been installed which is happening in the next few weeks. Exited to see the finished product.

Francis drove 4 hours for a 5:30pm appointment and met our family with kindness respect. He was efficient and accurate in his assessment of the repairs and product needed with the best interest of my home and family in mind. This company is awesome and Francis covered everything we needed to know to get my house healthy for another 30 years of carefree living.

Was needing an assessment on some work needed around my property. Roof repair, and possibly some other ventilation issues in my attic. Elijah was extremely helpful in helping me understand all the options and went above and beyond when it came to explaining the details of what my roof needed. DeBella Sales Rep Eli was a great help in providing us with all the information we need to replace the roof on our manufactured home. He is exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and concise in providing information on the product, the installation process and the beneficial relationship the company has with the suppliers. DeBella has a real pro on their team. Thank you for your guidance on this process.

Eli is a very professional and experienced sales rep for DaBella. He provided very detailed estimates and product information for a new roof for our manufactured home in Washington. The information was extensive on the product, method and the company background. We appreciated the historical background on roofing material and the evolution of the technology which DeBella now incorporates into their offerings. This is particularly relevant for us as a roofing needs for a manufactured home are different. I hope DeBella appreciates Eli. He is an asset to anyone doing business with them.

Would not recommend this company to anyone. These are not professionals who let their work speak, they are salesman out to make quota. I can't speak to the quality of the work because although they're quotes are comparable for the area, I never went forward with them due to the aggressive nature of their salesman. If you sign up for a quote/inspection, be aware that they will send a vampire out that will not leave unless you either threaten legal action or sign a contract same day.
The only reason I'm giving two stars is the quotes did seem fair for the area (after saying no a few times, anyways, because they're like used cars salesman; if you say no, the price drops until you say yes and sign the contract)
Also got the vibes that they do more subcontracting, not in house work. They kept talking about their partnerships and deals and I got the feeling if i did sign a contract I'd be hit with hidden fees so just be very careful if you do sign.

We had mold and grids that neened changing on our 30 year old house. Efrain was great in exlaining about their windows and getting us the best price. He spent many hours with us makiing sure we got the kind of windows we wanted. He was very courteous and respectful. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Most impressed with Dabella sales representatives, Crystina Owens and William Wagner. They spent several hours explaining and showing me samples of products for the bathroom remodel we agreed to get done. Specifically, Crystina answered all our questions and gave excellent recommendations with regard to options. Both sales reps were very professional and extremely knowledgeable of Dabella's products, warranties, history and installation timelines. I highly recommend this company and the two sales representatives, Crystina and William.

I had the good fortune to have DaBella come to my home for a window upgrade estimate. The rep, Shanelle Pasalo, was very professional, very knowledgeable, and taught me a lot about what quality in windows is really all about. I highly recommend using this company for your window needs. I have looked into other companies, but am most impressed with DaBella Bremerton for their customer service and making great effort to help out a customer. If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would!

Tacoda and Jesse were the sales reps that came to the appointment. They arrived promptly at the time that I had scheduled. Tacoda began by explaining a little about the DeBella Company. Then he asked questions about what we were looking for. Measurements were taken, then he brought in a sample window to show and have us examine. It was their top of the line window. Unfortunately, this window was out of our budget. Tacoda had other options available that he went over and helped us find a window package that we could afford and a finance plan that fit our finances. We appreciated that he worked with us and would highly recommend Tacoda. We look forward to getting our new windows installed and realize savings to our power bill.

Shanelle and Crystina came out tonight to work with me on purchasing a new roof, they were very personable and passionate about the work that they do and the services that their company provides. For the moment i am currently looking at all of the available options to me and was not able to close a deal while they were here. But i will definitely keep them in mind when making the choice to do my new roof

Adam was great. He worked with us and our schedule for our siding project, even when we weren't 100% sure. He even worked to get us a financing option that worked for us. Overall great company and great people.

They were very friendly and informative, and took their time explaining everything to my satisfaction. Brandon was very helpful in the estimate and explaining what problems we have with our roof, very knowledgeable about all the products offered. Also very good at showing prices and why they are the way they are.

Shanelle did a fantastic Job. Explained the company very well and trustworthy. The bath system is absolutely above standard and this is definitely what I want in a shower system.

What a terrible company, like dealing with a trashy car dealer...while I can't say anything about theirr work since I didn't get past the high pressure ,absurdly overpriced estimate, that was way higher j(x3 or x4) than any legitimate good roofer...now I have to block their calls because simply asking them to stop calling doesn't work....don't understand the positive reviews other than people, must not realizie they way over paid for the work they had dome.

These guys did a real good job they were fun and enjoyable, I am very excited to get some new windows!

Sales people lied to get a sale. I verified 3 times that they had the correct work order in and they confirmed. Subcontractors had something different. Then they charged me more for a compromise. They are just a middle man company with horrible. Communication.
*update. They never attempted to contact me and calling their customer service number is a joke! Sat on hold for an hour before giving up.

Tacoda Anker was right on time for our appt. He is well-versed on the subject we discussed. He is very well spoken, polite and gave us an excellent proposal. My husband and I would highly recommend him. It was a little hard to concentrate because he’s so good looking.

CHRYSTINA met with us and thoroughly explained the product and options. Process for paperwork was efficient. A walk in shower beats a broken arm or leg anyday.

River had given us a quote for our siding after getting our windows done with DaBella. We will definitely be giving them consideration for the future.

Meet an amazing person named Jakob who walked me through all aspects of acquiring a new roof. Even though I didn’t sign any contract or purchase anything, he sat with me and eased all of my anxiety on the matter and was a real genuine individual. I WILL be calling on him for future advice and all my DaBella needs, and when I’m ready for a new roof. I STRONGLY recommend him for anyone whose looking for DaBella’s services!!

Even though I ended up not going forward with the shower renovation, they were extremely knowledgeable about all of their products and were professional and courteous the entire time. The appraisal they provided was thorough and insightful and very helpful to our family. When we are ready for the renovation, we are looking forward to working with their entire office!

I just finished meeting with Dave and Jakob from DaBella roofing. They completed a thorough inspection of our HOA clubhouse roof. It was very educational and revealed issues that I was unaware of that will lead to greater damage, if not addressed. They were professional and spent a lot of time ensuring all of my concerns were addressed. I am looking forward to getting this project underway so that our facility lasts for many more years. This company has been harassing us for months. We’ve told them over ten times to stop contacting us. They call, text and show up at our door unannounced even after telling them we went with another company due to them being unwilling to give us the time we wanted to figure out financing etc. the level of harassment to a potential customer is like nothing I’ve ever seen before. They showed up the other day (woke up the baby), we told them in person to STOP (number i dont know even know what anymore) that we went with someone else, now they’re texting to make another appointment! I’d never recommend a company who cannot honor a customers or potential customers simple request: daily harassment is out of control, including late night calls and multiple calls a day. My husband even tried explaining to one caller please stop calling we’ve asked so many times and they just hung up on him… then still proceeded to keep calling!

We never even initiated contact with them to begin with they showed up unannounced one day at our door and my husband was polite enough to listen to their sales people, watch the window demonstration etc. because we are in need of new windows. Their inability to put notes in a system and not harass potential customers cost those salesman a sale.

Justice and Roman are great salesmen and I am really looking forward to having our windows installed. Daniella has a great reputation and an outstanding warranty. I am looking forward to our future home improvement projects.

David came out to give a quote on a new roof. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Great customer service! His boss should give him a raise. Or buy him a great dinner.

*Second update*
No one ever called back or came to fix the problems I complained about. Thank goodness I don't have to deal with them ever again. Sold my house. I wouldn't recommend using DaBella in Bremerton for your siding needs or replacement of anything.

*UPDATE*
The DaBella install team showed up out of the blue, no warning, no phone call, no communication on when it was being done. Just suddenly showed up one day at the house.
Ok, fine, no biggie, I was able to accommodate that. After they were done, though, I noticed issues... they threw away a bunch of stuff into my dumpster causing extra weight I have to pay for, they broke my new dryer vent and didn't tell me and just covered it up, missed a lot of caulking, made it so I cannot access my water if it needs to be completely replaced, plus it was leaking from underneath the siding when it wasn't before, loose boards, etc. I called, and I texted, and still nothing has been done to fix anything. Needless to say, I'm pissed, and it's been since October. I'll change my rating if they fix their problems.
