I highly recommend them and their company and their product and look forward to our job being completed and being one of the more beautiful houses in the neighborhood. I am writing this review before the installation of the windows; I will update the review once they have been installed.
I had 2 individual meetings for the sale of these windows.

Both groups were experienced in their product and passionate about their company.

Jonathan Chen, Jewel & Kenzkei were extremely nice and knowledgeable and made sure to address all concerns I had. They made the meetings a pleasant experience, and ensured me that they would be there throughout every step of the process.

“A "no soliciting" sign indicates that the property owner does not wish to receive unsolicited visits from salespeople or others seeking to sell goods, services, or donations. It serves as a clear message to solicitors that they are not welcome on the property. Many municipalities have laws or ordinances that support the posting of "no soliciting" signs, potentially leading to legal consequences for those who disregard them” learn to read the signs

A great product. We are excited for the process to begin. Jamison and Grady were both very helpful in explaining the product including benefits, the increase in home value and helping us select our new siding for our home. We recommend this product to others.

Pushy sales people, lack of communication. Even had a different rep knock on the door to sell roof when we were already in the process of a siding job. They didn't even give us the courtesy of letting us know when the project financing fell through as well. Just an awful experience!

The entire experience was ridiculous. Salesman would not leave, his tactics were so predictable, and he made mistakes with his quoting. Extremely unprofessional and lack respect for my time. Told him I had 3 mins to chat about status of siding and he wouldn’t leave for 30 mins after telling him time and time again in not interested in buying.
Wouldn’t even leave me a quote to look at, wanted me to make a 90k decision without consulting my wife or running numbers on budget. 10/10 will never work with this company.

Josh Reed and Jonathan Chen came to my house for a free assessment of my roof and managed to sell me gutters. They made the process easy and hassle-free, working around my schedule and income. Would work with them again in the future.

DaBella has been great to work with thus far. Jamison and Jewel were awesome, informative, and up front with the realities of the work we would need to put into our very old home that has suffered from neglect and bad remodels in the course being flipped so many times over the last decade. Though we aren't currently in a financial position that will allow us to get these major repairs done, they both put in their best efforts to get the cost lowered as much as possible to make it attainable. This and we're going to be working to get rain gutters installed on our home with Dabella, as our home currently doesn't have any.

Christian was fantastic. A Consumate professional ! We were shopping around for quotes. We had no intention of signing anything, but with his ability to answer all of our questions and locking in a great price we committed to a new roof! 5 stars for professionalism, knowledge and the process overall. I wasn't planning on reviewing this company since I decided not to purchase products from them but I think people should be warned before giving them their information. About 2 months ago some sales reps rang my doorbell and informed me about services offered by their siding company. Since I was curious about new siding I decided to set up an appointment to hear more. A few days later, two guys showed up to evaluate the condition of my current siding and offer me a price for complete replacement. Photos were show to me about the condition of the plywood under the siding in my older house which showed some pretty poor conditions. Only problem was, most of the photos were, in my opinion, not of my home at all and were likely stock photos. A particular shot of underneath a window showed material not found on my house, at least not near any window in my house. One photo I even recognized to be a spare sheet of loose plywood laying on the ground near my trashcan. The one area that I did recognize to be my house showed darkened plywood, potentially indicating moisture damage. However, after I declined their bid and they left, I pulled off the siding and compared it to a brand new sheet of plywood I had in the garage. Turns out the color was due to poor lighting in that location and there was no issue whatsoever (nice try though). While it's true, I need new siding, there is a fear tactic being used to get buyers to think they are having safety issues when there may be no issues at all. Fast forward to today and I still receive 3 calls per day EVERYDAY from this company (I can still see the failed attempts after blocking multiple numbers). Legit companies don't do this. I have never been called by Home Depot or Lowes once in my life, let alone 3 times per day. Please be aware of what you are getting into when these guys knock on your door.

We had two different sales reps. They are professional and obviously well organized. We didn't vibe well with the first reps, but I was impressed that they cared enough about our particular financial situation to send someone with more experience who was able to pull some strings at his own personal cost to get us the best deal. Wonderful people

Update: so we've had our siding done now and we're happy with the job. However I want to share some thought on their marketing which I will say at this point was just sleazy. We're in a tight financial situation and we agreed to this project despite that because based on the pictures they showed us a lot of our wood underneath was rotting and needed to be replaced soon. When the siding was taken off the "rot" is no where to be found. So while we're happy with the end result we're not happy with getting this done when we could have waited for a better financial situation.

Jameson and Josh were fun and transparent. They worked hard to get a good price for our siiding. They weren't reading from a script and didn't exaggerate the problems with our home.

Jamison was amazing to work with, and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns and go above and beyond my expectations.

Kenzkei was great. He knows his stuff and answered all our questions, explained all the processes really well and was very friendly. We would definitely work him again.

I'm a little anxious about having my name attached to this, I'm honestly a little worried they'll harass me for my review, but I really want to talk about my experience.

The guy came to my house and was really insistent on setting up a free appointment, I said they could give me a bid but it was almost positively a no. He does it anyway. They say the appointment will be at 4 the next day. Sure.

The next day they come and do all their measurements. They show me pictures of issues about my house like I don't live here and see it everyday. Then they tell me all about their company. I have 4 kids and need to make dinner and this is taking an extremely long time. One of the salesmen was really condescending, implying I don't know very much, or getting kind of upset about my pretty early saying it's probably a no. They show me options and give me a bid. $45,000. Like $700 a month. There's no way and I tell them realistically I could afford $100-$200. They say they can knock off like $2000 off for $650 a month. So I say no. They call their manager and he says they can do $35,000 a 20 year loan for $330ish a month. I say that's more realistic and the salesman tries to shake my hand on the deal but I tell them I need to talk to my husband and they can call at 7:30 and I'll give them my answer. At this point they've been here for an hour and a half I have 4 sick kids and I have to cook dinner. They say, we'll wait in the car for me to talk to him. Super duper persistent. One says they can't hold this deal for long. Very pushy, very insistent. But I send them away because I want to do some math.

Quick math lesson. What is 35000÷20÷12? It's $145. That's $180 in interest for 20 YEARS. We would pay off our house before we ever payed off the siding. And how much interest is that over 20 years? $43,000. That's crazy.

This company seemed manipulative and aggressive. I would recommend running far far away from these people and do not give them your business. There are a lot of other reviews that echo what I am saying.

When I got the phone call I said I would not be moving forward and the same condescending salesman was very clearly angry about it.

Do not recommend. Don't even let them in your house. I guess unless you have a lose 45,000 laying around.

Cooper and Jamison were fantastic!!! Great guys. Super personable! Got us a heck of a deal! I recommend this company to anybody needing new siding! Sooner rather than later! I really appreciated the in depth explanation of what we needed.

Cooper and Jamison are really informative. They explain everything plainly, and they give you plenty of options. They work with you to find a plan financially and don't pressure you. If you need work done i highly recommend.

I can't speak for DaBella as a company because we ended up having to hold off on the project. However, we worked with Christian Ludvigson, a sales contractor for Dabella and he was amazing throughout the process. He was easy to work with and did a thorough job during the inspection so we knew what we were dealing with. I would recommend working with him in the future.

Cooper roberts and Bailey came to my house to help me set up windows. they did and excelent job. great comunication. the windows were done very quick and easy it only took 3 hrs. my windows are beautiful. and have already helped my home. thank you dabella and thanks taylor for helping me at the end.

These guys scam senior citizens. BEWARE. They go door to door and quote astronomical amounts for a new roof. They use car salesman tactics by calling their manager to get a "reduced price" on the roof. Before the seniors are able to get a second quote, they'll come back and swindle them into signing a contract. Can't say how disgusted I am with them by targeting the elderly and pushing $40k roof jobs. Stay away! You've been warned!

Taylor and Jamison came in and were both kind, respectful and pleasant to learn about updating our home, they made the process fun and almost entertaining , they bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable with the entire process. So very excited to start this process and to see the transformation of the end product. Thanks guys!

Alex and Drew were very pushy. I was called by the company and told the salesmen wanted to meet me then they asked me why I scheduled the meeting. They tried to get me sell all of my stuff to pay for the project. They wouldn’t accept no and pushed me until I said yes. I still have staples in my yard. I had to fix my security camera because their customer service is terrible

Kaden was very knowledgeable and fast during the measurement and contract signing appointment. Great windows. We look forward to the installation.

Christian is an awesome salesman! Personable, not pushy. Unfortunately the cost was out of my price range. Christian tried his best to get to a comfort level but was not successful..

Absolutely terrible company, I’m a general contractor and have worked with several window companies. These guys show up at my front door and say they do windows…. My wife and I entertained the fact since we were in the market for windows. The sales rep was at our house for 4 HOURS! Yep! 4 HOURS! Trying to explain why you can’t get better than what they have. The bid started at 57k for 14 windows…… after telling him I’m gathering bids, he insisted on stating how can we make a deal today, I said we can’t I’m gather bids. He then calls “his manager” which is a sales tactic. Says we can do 35k….. I said again we are gathering bids to determine what to do. Then he says let me call my manager again…… I said whatever man do what ya need to. Then he says 27k for windows….. DO WE HAVE A DEAL????? I said yet again, I’m gathering bids to see what suits us. Here I am getting 14 new windows 4 months later for $12k. Call Randy the window guy instead of these door to door salesman. These guys are a joke. I’ve heard from several insurance adjusters I work with that these guys also go around promising new roofs for people on the insurance companies dimes and often leave people high and dry when billing comes. AVOID THESE CROOKS. Terrible sales tactics and Terrible pricing,

Brandon was the most helpful and knowledgeable sales rep for DaBella! He did a wonderful job explaining everything about the company and their products. We were planning to simply get some information about siding our home and then pull the trigger at a later date but after learning so much about DaBella’s fiber cement siding, the company’s 30 year warranty, and their professional installation, we were excited to make the purchase that day! Bridger and Jonathan were amazing. We completely forget our scheduled appointment and double booked our night. They were completely understanding and offered to reschedule for the next day at a time that worked for us. They were super nice and straight forward with what the process for doing all our windows would be. They were extremely friendly and professional through the whole appointment and didn't push us into a deal we didn't want. If you have the need for any of Debella's services ask specifically for them.

Christian & Brandon were amazing! They throughly checked our roof outside & inside, pointing out things that needed attention that we didn’t know about. Their presentation was so well explained. We really love how they didn’t push something on you, they worked with you! The way they went above & beyond to work with the final cost was so appreciated! You guys are awesome!!!

I live with my boyfriend and his mom. These two gentlemen Brandon and Kenzie came in with full honestly and help us see the problems with the roof. They also helped with all the financials. Because like most people not everyone has a pot of gold hidden in our backyards. They were very transparent throughout the whole process and very understanding. Thanks to these two we are getting a new roof. Very much needed!

Jonathan & Kaden came to give me an estimate on my shower. They were awesome! Very friendly & personable. They were very patient answering my many questions and I didn’t feel any pressure from them to make decisions right then & there. Which was very much appreciated!

Dawson came by my home to do a siding assessment. He was completely thorough and even did it in a down pour. Afterwards he went over my siding in detail and pointed out the concerns he had and what needed to be done. He also went over every payment option they had and was determined to find the one that would save me the most as well as being best suited for me financially. Dawson was awesome to work with and a true professional. I highly recommend him and Dabella to anyone in need of home repairs from top to bottom. Thanks Dawson.

I would be very cautious with this company. At first the employees seemed very trustworthy and polite. After looking at my roof and windows they started trying to sell me on a new roof. They showed me pictures of wet trusses and warped baseboards, telling me my roof was damn near about to collapse.

They then quoted me 30k for a new roof! For reference my house is a single story with a simple pitch roof. I had a moment of clarity and stopped at the last moment from signing a contract.

Before they left one of the salesmen told me I should get a tarp to stop the active leak. So I ventured up into my attic and was shocked to see zero evidence of water and none of my baseboards or trusses were warped/wet! I'm 95% sure the salesman showed me pictures of another person's roof, be careful with this company. They will be anything but honest and try to pressure you into signing a contract.

As customers with DaBella of Ogden, we did experience a few unexpected issues after the windows were replaced. Thank you, Jordyn Bushell, for your due diligence and all of your efforts to rectify all of our concerns. It was greatly appreciated! She worked well with us, above and beyond! Excellent customer service!

Kaden is amazing! Very patient with all my questions and worked so hard to find a option that would work for our family! He was very honest and transparent. Hard to find these days. Actually that is what sold me.

Not happy they will take advantage of you can't get anyone to call me back in office they just give a run around to talk to any supper visor rep was very rude when I called him about cancel my windows because I can't get them get it going forward they took 10,000 out of my account haven't for deposit now I can't get it refund and cance my windows customer service won't return my calls this is joke dont recommend them

No salesman has ever made us feel safer or more at home than Kenzkei. We would recommend Kenzkei to anyone.

Dabella salesman Cooper was very knowledgeable about the product and helpful in explaining the window and siding replacement options to us.

They come say things like “Must’ve really been able to lowball with everything wrong with this place” or “This was built in a year they were shirking codes”. Then after assuming you are dumb enough to be scared they try to get you to commit to spending 100k RIGHT THEN. If you balk at that number they make a pretend phone call right in front of you and tell you their “boss” has magically approved a 20k price drop. They first try the 100k just to see if you’re dumb enough to bite. They warn you against reading their reviews to. I would be pretty mad at this if it wasn’t so absurd it became comical.

We had Ryan come out and inspect our windows and he did an amazing job! Showed us all of our options and gave us a deal that worked just for us!

Taylor & Dawson came out today very pleasant gentlemen, easy walk through good communication, quality work fast and on time. My neighbors have all complimented the work. Bridger to begin the process was amazing as well. Highly recommended thanks dabella.

Alex was great!! He did a very thorough look over at all my windows. Took several pictures explaining what was going wrong, and why! Very knowledgeable young man.
