Had a great experience with them! They got my inspection scheduled a couple days after I reached out and had great communication throughout. Gabriel was friendly, professional, answered all of my questions and then some, and even played a little fetch with my dogs in between jumping on and off the roof. As a first time home owner I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but feel reassured and confident with the process going forward. Would definitely recommend!

Had a free inspection done and Dmarco was fantastic. He showed me pictures of what was found during the inspection. He was honest about the roof condition and didn't try to push a sale. I really appreciated the honesty.

Jose did a very thorough inspection of our roof looking for the cause of the leak. He used a drone, looked in our attic and got on our roof twice. He determined that water had entered through an attic vent that hadn't been seal correctly by the original roofing contractor.
He took the time to explain what he found, and how the repair can be made.
He showed up the following morning and made the repairs.
I thought the customer service was excellent. We will certainly recommend Jose and Colorado Superior Roofing to our friends and neighbors.

My wife called for a roof inspection (we have had several issues with a new homes roof and wanted someone to take a look at the builders work). Your rep talked down to my wife and insinuated she doesn't know anything about roofs, talked down to her and made sure she should just do as the home builder said, cause they know best.

I had one of their sales people out (Jacob) because an inspector during the house buying process said we needed a new roof. I was expecting to be hard sold a roof which I wasn’t looking forward to. I got up on the roof with Jacob. He was informative about what was going on with the roof. After teaching me a couple of things we concluded we didn’t need a new roof right way. It was really nice to not feel l was being taken advantage of. Jacob might not have sold me a roof this time but I’ll certainly give them my business when I do need a roof.

Rob from Colorado Superior Roofing came by to check out part of my roof that needed repair. He said it was just that some of the flashing had come disconnected and fixed it on the spot. He fixed it very quickly and refused any type of payment! He also inspected my roof and gutters for wear and tear. He was super professional and very nice. I will definitely be using this company when it's time for a new roof.

Colorado Superior Roofing was the best roofing experience we ever had! From the first call for water leaking from our ceiling to Josh who came out the same day for inspection to Pete Amador and his top crew who removed and repaired roof expertly and cleaned up so well! Colorado Superior Roofing did a great job on our roof. Tear-down of multiple layers, decking, new shingles. Ron Korotky was wonderful to work with and carefully explained everything along the way. He was also there for the install and everything went very smoothly. Looks great and the crew did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Colorado Superior Roofing & Construction of Longmont. We were under a lot of pressure from our insurance company to move things along very quickly. Mr. Todd Meyer (our project manager) was extremely helpful, professional, responsive and fast acting. He supported us throughout the entire process and had our back the entire time. The crew sent out was kind, professional, fast and very clean. Todd was onsite as well during the job. ***USE Colorado Superior! They are "the best!"

Our house and business were hit by a large hail storm in August 2019. We chose Colorado Superior Roofing after speaking to Rob and hearing more about the company. Rob was courteous, punctual and professional at all times. With a roof replacement on one house and two barns including solar removal/reattach, there were at the most 15 people on site at any time and Rob was present to ensure that things were moving smoothly. There were quite a few issues found where the previous roof had caused damage, and during the process I was kept informed and things were brought up to code. The city and mortgage company inspections both passed first time with zero issues. Once work began, it was completed swiftly, beating all our expectations. Debris removal was a huge issue for us due to having horses on site, and Rob was meticulous in ensuring that no nails were left anywhere.

I contacted Colorado Superior Roofing after having numerous storm chaser companies come to give estimates for a roof replacement after the hail storm in 2018. I wasn't comfortable with the estimates I was being given so reached out on my own for another opinion. The estimate from Colorado Superior Roofing was reasonable and the work was completed quickly, 3 days on a very complicated roof line with a steep pitch. Rob (Project Manager) was attentive and responded to any concerns or questions I had quickly. The job has been completed for over 6 months and they still check in to make sure everything is ok and if I need anything looked at. As a very picky customer I have to say I couldn't be happier with the job they did. Highly recommend CSR if you need the job done quickly and done correctly the first time. - R.C.

Tom and the whole team CSR was fantastic to work with. We were int eh middle of selling the house when hail damage was discovered. They worked directly with my insurance company and moved things right along so that we were able to keep the sale process right on schedule.

Initial contact was made on a Saturday, Tom was at our house later that day. All other companies I called that day requested that I leave a message and that it would be returned on Monday.

Many roof contractors are in our neighborhood and from what I can see most are doing a good job. What stands out in our experience with Superior is the attention and cooperation we received from the field manager assigned to our job. Peter Amador was attentive, competent and always available to us. We had complete confidence in him. The job was done on time and as promised in all respects.

Tom was great and drove downtown to meet me twice to go over paperwork and collect the checks. They also were great about working with me when I was trying to sell my property to transfer the warranty.

Getting my roof replaced by Colorado Superior Roofing couldn’t have been easier. They came out quickly and worked with my insurance company throughout the whole process. They let me know what would or wouldn’t be covered by insurance so I could decide which if I wanted to pay for those additions. My roof seems to have been one of the first ones replaced in my neighborhood, which tells me that this team was more efficient than other companies. The work was excellent. When I noticed something didn’t seem quite right, they came back out just 2 days later to fix it. Great team!
