We are currently selling our house and ended up needing to get our roof inspected and Brandon came out the next day to inspect it. The owners genuinely DO NOT CARE about the damage they caused. Maybe it was your subcontractor's first time doing a roof, but still shocking how bad this all went.
I was able to get professional opinions from licensed roofers, and I think the general consensus is that Roof source has no clue what they're doing.

To your reply- I've tried talking to you directly. No, you were not helpful to any of my neighbors - who are also STILL dealing with the aftermath of your company.This is the closest thing to an apology you've said. You've had 6 months to "make it right" as one of your employees claimed you would. Responding to my review is the most effort you've put into any of this.

His crew not only fixed that problem, but caulked around other areas where there were vents and other roof penetrations. Preston and the crews from Roof Source are outstanding. They've replaced the roof on two houses for ‎me in the past 18 months and, especially after this last one, I would not use anyone else. Not only is ‎Preston knowledgeable, easy to work with and trusted by insurance companies, but he goes the ‎extra mile for his clients. ‎

In our recent case, the insurance adjuster initially denied a hail claim saying we had normal blistering ‎and cracking, but Preston came out again and collected evidence showing that the damage was ‎consistent with hail damage, and the insurance company reversed course and accepted the claim.‎

Preston's hard-working crew were polite and careful, and finished the job including cleanup in one ‎day. I've walked around the house multiple times and have not found a nail or scrap of old shingles, ‎felt, etc., anywhere — I'm so very impressed with their work.‎

Cash came out to look at my roof because a shingle had blown off the hinge. He was able to use a replacement shingle I had to quickly repair it and fortify with extra nails. I will definitely be calling them when we need more major work done. Highly recommend!

It’s a full time job managing an insurance claim after damage from a natural disaster, and we quickly discovered that we needed a hand. I recently needed to replace my roof and my neighbor recommended Brian Williams with Roof Source. Brian was great to work with; he worked well with the insurance adjuster, explained the process in detail, the different charges, upgrades that I could choose for a minimal charge and followed through with everything that was promised. I needed the gutter company to come back and install a kick-out extension. Brian contacted them and they came out within a couple of days to fix the problem. And there was no additional cost. I was really pleased with the whole process and would definitely recommend Roof Source and Brian Williams as the roofing contractor.

I first called Roof Source because of their great reviews and as I worked with Jason throughout my project, all of the high star reviews were spot on. Great communication, provided guidance navigating insurance, best shingle options, really made the entire experience super easy. The crew on the roof worked hard to make everything right and up to high standards. While I hope I don't need a reroof anytime soon, I'll definitely be calling RoofSource for any future roofing projects.

Very much appreciated working with Jason and Roof Source. They replaced the roof on my mother's home in Loveland. It has some very steep roof angles and lots of hips and ridges, but they did an excellent job. The finished roof looks great, and their cleanup was superb. Thanks, Jason!

Our home is 30 years old and has a beautiful italian tile roof. The underlayment, however, was worn, causing roof leaks. We did not want to destroy the look of the house with traditional slate tiles. We checked several roofers and none were willing to reuse our tiles until we found Roof Source. They did a process called "re-work" where their crew moved our tiles to one side (section by section), replaced the underlayment and then put the tiles back in place. It was exactly what we wanted. Now we have a 30-year underlayment and our tiles back in place. Roof Source did an excellent job and Jason was awesome to work with. He was very responsive whenever I had a question. FIVE STARS! We would highly recommend them for your roof project.

Roof Source did a great job replacing my roof in September 2024. We ran into some special issues.

Our first issue was we under estimated the amount of roofing that needed be removed. The crew from Roof Source removed all the existing shingles to the bare wood! I thought there were two layers but there were more.

Once down to the bare wood, we decided to have Roof Source re-deck the entire roof to ensure code compliance. The crew visited our local big box store for materials. The additional cost was reasonable.

Even with these delays, the crew finished in one day! Complete demolition and new roof installation! They also added more vents, helping with temperature control. (They had to use flashlights for the final clean up but they did finish!)

I would highly recommend Roof Source for any roofing project! I had several bids and they came in lowest and the service we got was AMAZING! From start to finish, Roof Source made it easy and painless.

Roof Source did a good job of replacing our roof, but also acted as a general contractor for all of the other damages to our home, including dealing with the insurance company. Very helpful.

Following a lot of damage from a hailstorm last summer, I worked with Cash Case from Roofsource and the repair process couldn't have been smoother. I highly recommend Cash and Roofsource. They know what customer service is all about.

Roof Source was hired by our HOA to replace the roof on our condo building in Fort Collins. Their workers broke through the roof and ceiling of several of the homes in this building, damaging drywall, ceilings, and personal belongings. 2 Days later it rained and they had not completed the repairs. All 3 floors of my home flooded. It has been over a month and no repair work has started, and we are not allowed to access the home. Roofsource is denying liability and not helping with insurance, and we are still not able to live in the home. They denied to help cover alternative living for us and some of our belongings will be thrown out. Avoid working with this company that does not take responsibility for their negligent actions.

Everything went like clockwork- no surprises. The estimation process was easy. The crew showed up early and worked efficiently through the day!

What a fantastic experience with Roof Source! My roof was damaged in a hail storm in May of 2023. After checking the roof myself, I called my insurance company and spoke with several roofing companies to get estimates and advice on how to proceed. I decided to go with Roof Source and I'm glad I did. The insurance company repeatedly denied my claim, even though there was obvious damage to the roof. Roof Source assigned Charles Lane as the project manager and he got right to work.
Charles and Roof Source had all the right resources in place to get the claim approved. With new roof decking, extremely hail-resistant shingles, and improved venting for the roof, I confident that the roof is one thing I won't have to worry about for a very long time. Charles' crew did a great job. The new roof looks amazing! Even several of the neighbors commented on how fast, efficient, and professional the entire roofing crew were.

With a wet forecast, they left inadequate tarping on the roof for willow lane area, likely causing 10s of thousands of dollars of damage. We have water pouring through the wall and down the cabinets through all the lights. Their emergency line does not work.

Update

This has not gotten any better. Our hoa management hired code 3, which has done a great job removing water and mitigation of damage. But roof source continues to obstinate in our opinion, our original asks for very reasonable accommodations we're denied, and the only responsible place in town offered is far from adequate due to a lack of work space. The hig hotel we asked for was also only $10 more a night and was a far better fit. That single option was not available over the weekend, and when asking what we should do, we get gas lit. I will leave this quote

"We deeply apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. However, we are still trying to run a business, and I can't solve all of these problems."

I'm also sorry if fixing your mistakes is an inconvenience, but that is part of running your business, and absolutely, it is your problem to solve. Whos problem it should not be to solve is the tenent that you appear to have botched a roof job and flooded their home.

The owner did ask me to remove this review, but the way we are continually treated, I can't in good faith do so.

3 months and not a single repair as roof source abducted it's responsible for flooding 5 units.

Another Inspector was hired to look at the roof pointing that the shingles are laid incorrect in areas, wrong caulking materials used exposed wood and missing flashing and that the job was done poorly can be interpreted by the fi findings

If you are looking for a company you can trust and timely and efficient professionalism, then go with Roof Source! Charles Lane is incredibly kind and dedicated. My roof needed to be repaired quickly (which Roof Source did!) but the situation was complicated so I found myself dealing with the insurance company and financial followup for weeks afterward. Charles stuck by me every step of the way and he knows the industry well so his ethical "lead" was invaluable. I now have a high quality roof and the peace of mind that no one was taken advantage of. Sometimes the worst part about taking on a task one is unsure about is whether or not you can trust. You can trust Roof Source!

We have a concrete tile roof and had water leaking into the foyer of our home so we contacted Preston at Roof Source. He responded quickly and was able to send someone out for repairs immediately. They were able to remove a portion of our tile roof, perform the necessary repairs including replacing rotten decking, fixing flashing, and returning/replacing the roof tiles. I am on the board of my HOA. It's a townhome HOA and we are responsible for the roofing. We have had struggles in the past with horrible roofers that have provided nothing but leaking roofs. We have had struggles in the past with "quality" roofers that have viewed us as a "cash cow"; they did a great job but they ghosted us after we paid the inflated invoice.

Preston Nimtz has been the face of Roof Source for me. He clearly values long term relationships. I cannot speak highly enough on his behalf. He has put in the effort to address smaller needs that every other roofer I've come across has essentially "balked" at. At the same time, he has recently completed a full re-roof project for us.

This evening I did a quality walk to inspect his work on a recent large capital improvement project. I was skeptical going into this "inspection" because of recent past experiences with roofers; but I was ultimately taken aback by the the small details that I personally know to recognize. Most roofers won't install kick out flashing where it's not technically necessary but it is a "quality" necessity. It was there. I saw areas where I didn't think we needed step flashing replaced. Nonetheless, Preston made sure it was replaced and above code, where he deemed necessary. I saw step flashing modified to have the same "affect" as kick out flashing in areas that were appropriate. I saw small signs of quality details that I didn't think of on the front end. However, the fact that Preston had the forethought to preempt and ensure we had that...just blew my mind.

I would prefer to only work with Preston on future projects.

I had hail damage and wanted to replace my asphalt roof with a metal one. It looks stunning with incredible attention to detail. After a series of trips over the spring and summer I finally had enough time to follow up on roof repairs from that big hail storm in May. I had some cards from some other companies and started reaching out. Some never called back, others seems overly pushy, and the rest were getting a bad reputation on Nextdoor. Looking around I could see nearly all my neighbors went with Roof Source, so I gave them a call. I got a hold of Charles Lane who was already familiar with the area and said he'd be right over to take a look at my roof. Sure enough he showed up on time and was able to quickly assess my roof. Next day I got an email and he started working with my insurance company as the project manager for the roof replacement. Charles was able to walk me through the process of dealing with insurance, the solar companies, and each step of the entire project. He was always communicative and able to reach either by text, phone, or coming by the house. He really did a lot of heavy lifting with the details which helped a lot because of my busy schedule. Roof Source was incredibly flexible and agile when it came to scheduling around my solar company. Honestly I was blown away. The crew was able to do the entire job in a single day, which is incredible. One of my neighbors went with a different company and it took 3 days to do a much smaller job. After the work was complete Charles did a through walk through in the evening and did another detailed cleaning check the next morning. The roof looks amazing and their crew did an excellent job with the cleaning. 100% I will go with Charles and Roof Source the next time a big hail storm comes through!

We had our roof replaced by Roof Source with the help of Charles Lane as our project manager and the whole process was FANTASTIC. Charles and Roof Source are incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Charles worked closely with our insurance which was a huge help. The crew was so fast and respectful of our home and the fact that have little kids and dogs, so they kept the area really safe and clean. They even helped us choose the right style, type, and color shingles. I cannot recommend this company and Charles Lane enough!

I worked with Charles Lane at Roof Source after he was recommended to me by someone I volunteer with. Charles was responsive and answered my many questions and really worked with me on the price of replacing my roof since my insurance policy wasn’t up to snuff. He got me on the schedule quickly and his crew was done in one day.
