From meeting with Rachel, who is so energetic and helpful, to getting everything scheduled and having Jordan out to inspect, it was a smooth and efficient process.

I kind of picked a better roofing company. They fought hard with my insurance company to get coverage their installation was neat and efficient even our neighbors had compliments for them!

West Pro installed roofs on two houses for us this month. Both houses look great. Alex Acerra, Luke Cross and Erick Bowman and the West Pro team have been great to work with. I especially want to thank Eric for his help working with the insurance. Kept us informed through the process, great service and follow up. Recommended solutions for some of my roof issues were presented without pressure were greatly appreciated. The crews working on the roof have a great team leader and were organized, friendly, stayed focused and completed the work quickly, cleaned up after the jobs were completed. I recommend West Pro to anyone looking for positive experience with a team that gets it done.

Very positive experience working with WestPro to get new windows installed at our house. Their whole team was very professional and solid communicators. If we had an appointment time set up they literally knocked on our team at that exact time for each one. Windows look great and had a few things that needed to be tweaked after install and they handled quickly. Highly recommend them to anybody needing help, won't hesitate to use them again for any other home projects. These are fiberglass Pella windows. A good bit more expensive than vinyl but worth every penny.

We contracted with WestPro for our siding and gutters a couple years ago. It was the best experience of all the contractors we utilized for our outdoor upgrade. We have remained in contact with Natalie Villalón who is extremely responsive to my emails, and always helps guide me to the appropriate person when I need to problem solve issues that arise, or get recommendations for businesses outside of WestPro's scope. We recently had a French drain issue, to which Diego Villalón of WestPro was sent on site to provide a quote. He was exceptionally professional, and very helpful. WestPro's customer service is top notch, and both Natalie and Diego are outstanding examples. Do not hesitate to contract with WestPro for your project!

I feel fortunate to have found WestPro to replace my roof and gutters. After a bad hail storm I saw their crew do great work on a neighbors house and decided to call the number on their yard sign. Right away, Patrick came to my house and inspected/documented hail damage to my property. He was great at explaining the process and steps involved to complete the project. I appreciate WestPro sticking through the long debacle that my home insurance provider started when they originally denied the need for a roof replacement. Then they eventually circled around, admitted some evidence of hail damage and tried to recommend a partial roof replacement, which I’ve never heard of such a thing before. After everyone digging in their heel's, WestPro and a 3rd party insurance adjuster/appraiser provided overwhelming documentation to prove my entire roof and gutters were severely compromised by the hail storm. Then, my home insurer paid the entire claim. This process took roughly two years. Mine was a rare case but it should mean something that a company would stand behind their beliefs and their customers benefit over their own. WestPro took the extra time and a lot of extra effort to help me get through this ordeal. Once it was time to start the actual work, the installation crews were great. My particular roof is steep and complex to work on. I saw them work really hard and safely with fall protection on when appropriate. The roof and gutters came out looking better than I could’ve expected. I also appreciated Kris (crew lead) and Jeremy (project manager) communicating well with me during the project. The job started and finished when they said. When there was a minor accident where a trailer clipped my stone wall, they immediately notified me. They took ownership of that and had a professional repair it immediately. There were no games, I didn’t have to do anything and the stone wall looks better than before. When everything was completed, we scheduled a final walkthrough which was nice. They really wanted me to be thoroughly satisfied with the final results of the entire project. When it was time to pay my invoice, Nick answered my questions over the phone and the online portal was simple and convenient to use. I have since recommended WestPro to a friend that also needed a new roof and they reported a great experience as well.

This is my 4th roofing project; one really bad, one okay and two excellent. This is one of the top two. Crew was efficient, thorough and our project manager, Braiden, was really responsive, helpful and professional, everything you want in a person in that position (this comment is coming from a career HR professional used to evaluating performance). The roofs look great, they found and fixed problems that were exposed during the process and the approach the crew had to its job inspired trust. And we weren’t disappointed.

West Pro responded the same day I contacted them, they continued to follow up in a professional way throughout the process, and they ultimately did what they said they would do.

Under normal circumstances this would seem unremarkable, but it was head and shoulder above the rest of the roofers I contacted. I contacted two other roofers who each indicated they did roof repairs in my area, I'm still waiting for a call back from them. Likewise I was not able to get a call back from the company that put my current roof on just four years ago and gave a five year guarantee.

Replacing a roof is no joke. Our roof was 32 years old, so it was time for a replacement. We were so lucky to bump into Andy Adams in our neighborhood. He came over, inspected our roof and explained everything, from materials to warranties to process to pricing. We were then introduced to our project manager Luke Cross, who was a pleasure to work with. The WestPro people did everything for us including contacting a crew to take down our solar panels, replacing some damaged siding, repainting some of the facia and of course installing our beautiful, new roof. The best part about the entire process was the constant clear communication we had with Luke. He would remind us when the crew would arrive, he would let us know if they would be a little late, every detail was clearly communicated and explained. WestPro made everything easy for us, and I highly recommend them for any exterior work that has to be done on your home.

Congratulations to WestPro on the well-deserved honor of being named Longmont’s Business of the Year! From first contact with Jordan through completion of my roofing project with Clay, Braiden and their teams, everyone at WestPro was fantastic and the project was completed in a high quality manner! I initially experienced a snowmelt leak from the roof into my third floor landing and their quick response time astonished me! They came out and patched the area until the weather cleared enough to get the team out to replace the roof and, thus, saved my ceiling and my carpet from any real damage. The architecture in my neighborhood isn’t exactly typical of Longmont, but the WestPro team handled replacement of the uppermost flat roof, application of EPDM/deck coating, securing loose tiles and coating of gutters at a three-story height safely and with ease. Throughout the project, the team was courteous, professional and kept me well-informed.

Once again, a very high-quality job, and at what I considered to be a reasonable price for a specialized roofing project!! Definitely a FIVE-STAR company, with wonderful people, that I highly recommend!!!

Contacted several very highly rated companies to get quotes on residing our house. I felt that the process with WestPro was the best experience. Robert came by to take a look at the house, answer all my questions, and explain what they do, how they work, the materials they use, about their crews, etc. He was great, both professional and easy-going, and he gave me the most info out of all the estimators I spoke with.

After the initial visit, Robert put together a quote and returned a few days later to go over the details with me and answer any questions I had. I thought that was a great touch, and they were the only ones to do it. During that second visit (which was about 15-20 min), it was very nice to have the detailed quote in front of me and be able to read through it and ask any questions I could think of. Theirs was also the most detailed and informative quote by far. And I felt zero pressure to make any kind of a decision right there. I can tell these guys are awesome at what they do and have plenty of business without having to try to convince anyone to choose them. : -)

We very seriously considered going with WestPro and Hardie siding. WestPro is one of the only James Hardie "elite preferred" installers in the area, so they definitely know what they're doing. Not only that, but their quote came in significantly less than two other quotes we received, one for Hardie and one for LP. Ultimately we ended up going with a different material for our siding project, but if we had gone with Hardie I would have chosen WestPro in a second. I think they would have done the best job, had the best communication, and they certainly had the best price.

Luke Cross and his crew made it very easy to get everything repaired and completed. I had a bad experience with a previous contractor and have had very high expectations since. Luke and his crew gave me absolutely nothing to worry about. Glad I can bring in a crew with no hassle and make it easy and get the job done to my satisfaction!

When unexpected difficulties surface on your project, how will your contractor treat you? WestPro recently resided my house and their communication--both from the on-site crew leader and the roving construction manager--was excellent. When issues and problems arose on my home--and there are almost always things that come up with any major home construction project--WestPro offered solutions and executed them. The siding crew did great work, and WestPro itself was one of the easiest contractors to work with I have experienced.

When they came to give me an estimate for hail damage, they left a brochure with product information and steps that would be taken for the entire process. More importantly, they also helped me appeal to my insurance company and get a second adjuster, when my first claim was denied. I now have a beautiful roof with class 4 shingles and a 50 year warranty. Thanks to Jeremy, Diego, Sean and all the staff!

How these places get 5 star reviews is beyond me. Avoid at all costs. A rip off. Excessive estimate for a simple skylight replacement. Will instead try to sell you a roof you don't need. Will ask about your insurance coverage to unnecessarily claim hail damage. Under no circumstances should you allow these people on your roof unsupervised or where you can't see them. Please see photos -- this was done to skylight rubber flashing with a razor to cause a leak.
