Larry from Rapid Dry was professional, prompt, and his communication was on point! I had a larger water loss in my home and Rapid Dry was a guiding light. They went above and beyond working together with the insurance company. Highly recommend Rapid Dry for all your mitigation needs.

We had a pipe break and water saturating our finished basement. Wesley and his amazing team swooped in like angels (after hours). Not only did they work tirelessly to remove and mitigate the damage, but they managed all the repairs and got us back to whole. When insurance was only going to cover a basic grade replacement for our carpet, Wesley proactively got a 3rd party analysis and documentation to our carrier so we could replace at the same quality of our loss. From mitigation, to drywall, to paint, to carpet, they gave us our basement back and better than before! They truly care about the details and quality of their work, and it shows.

We came back from vacation to find that our hot water supply line shut off valves had been leaking on two sinks - slowly - but over enough time to damage our hardwood/drywall on the first floor and carpeting and cabinetry in the 2nd floor. After getting a plumber in to swap out the defective valves, we called our insurance company. Inside of 24hrs, Larry and Wesley from Rapid Dry were in the house assessing the extent of the damage. They were efficient, thorough, and clearly experts at water damage mitigation and restoration. After the initial assessment, they had a crew come in and remove any and all damaged flooring, drywall, baseboards, carpeting, and cabinetry. They were careful to preserve sinks, toilets and related plumbing. Then they brought in industrial blowers and dehumidifiers to quickly dry out the remaining areas. They had estimates over to our insurance assessor for the mitigation and restoration work promptly for swift approval so the repair work could start without a hitch. My only description is that they are thorough, quick, efficient, and understand the intricacies of water damage, moisture and mold impact and how to mitigate and restore damage in homes. We're so grateful to have them on the scene in such quick order, turning what could have easily been a nightmare, into something that felt easy and manageable. i was lucky i found them, especially Logan, the project manager. i was pretty horrified to come home from a trip and find a flooded basement. i called a competitor first, and them seemed great too, but for a smaller leak from rain through a window well, started at approx 3k. The owner of restoration With Care began with drying and setting up fans and a dehumidifier, broke down the cost, and assured me i’d have some control. what a relief. They didn’t get defensive! They didn’t say they didn’t want to bother. they were great to me. and i rented the equip and they set it up downstairs, and talked me through repair.

Our house had a waterline break during a cold spell on Jan 16. I'm guessing water flowed into our recently finished basement for 8 hours and flooded our basement throughout. Rapid Dry arrived early on the 17th and had most of the water vacuumed out by noon. It took a week to dry things out completely. My basement is back to normal within a month! Larry, Wesley, and the entire staff at Rapid Dry did an amazing job for us with remodeling our bathroom. They came in mid-project when we realized the contractor that we initially hired was not equipped to safely remove the water damaged materials in our home that contained asbestos. I'm glad I called Rapid Dry for a second opinion because Larry was very knowledgeable about the state laws and regulations for remediating asbestos. They were fantastic every step of the way, but I would specifically recommend them for anyone needing asbestos remediation in their homes. The amount of knowledge and attention to detail they have is invaluable.

Larry is very knowledgeable and professional. He came in for us mid-job after another contractor had severely botched the job and not only completed the job satisfactorily, but went back and fixed the other contractor's shoddy work. No one ever wants to be in a place where they're dealing with a shoddy contractor, but Larry made us feel incredibly supported and showed us what quality work is supposed to look like.

Let's face it...when you call these guys it will likely be under less than ideal circumstances, but Rapid Dry did a great job making a bad situation less painful. They were responsive, thoughtful in their approach to remediation and restoration, and their prices were good given the circumstances and competitive bids.

Larry took a lot of time to explore options with us, explain the pros and cons of all options, pricing and approaches, and made sure we felt comfortable with every step. We will definitely use them again should we need any sort of water damage remediation or restoration, and we will probably call them for most general contracting needs as well.

Wesley completed a mold restoration project in the basement of our rental property. I received a detailed quote and the final bill ended up being slightly less the original quote. I am out of state and they executed the project successfully. The tenants were also happy with their intersections and stated that they left the area clean and were kind and respectful.

I contacted Rapid Dry Restoration the day after sub-contractors started a fire in our home using their own equipment to remove flooring. I was in a panic because the sub-contractor’s insurance company was slow to respond and even slower to start any clean-up process. I spoke to Larry Aragon and told him what had happened mentioning that my husband had health issues. Larry was 30 minutes away, and it was close to end of his business day. But after asking lots of questions and getting our address, he came right over to access the damage. Our house emitted a strong smoke smell, but he walked through it listening to our comments and concerns, and sharing his thoughts. He stated the facts as he saw them, and we invited him back the next day to take pictures and provide an estimate for restoration. The damage was bad, the sub’s insurance company unresponsive so, for health reasons, we moved into an extended stay hotel. After opening our own claim, Larry brought in his team to thoroughly clean walls, ceilings, floors, rugs, windows, furniture and anything else exposed to the smoke. He was always available via e-mail or phone, always listened to our thoughts respectfully, and made certain that we were back in our home as quickly as possible. We appreciated his professionalism, honesty, attentiveness to our questions and concerns, and were so impressed with his initial response to our situation. We had a leak from our upstairs laundry room into our entryway - required quite a bit of gutting, drying and restoration. They were on it quick and it actually looks as good (or better since we picked new flooring) than it did before.

When our basement flooded, Rapid Dry saved us from a disaster that another company left behind. They know how to talk to your insurance, and everything was very well managed. They gave us excellent guidance. Everyone who worked with them were skilled at their jobs, and our basement now looks wonderful. Integrity and commitment to excellence are hard to find these days. We had a water pipe break in the wall of our finished basement. Once we discovered the wet floors (carpet and tile) we began searching for help. I found Rapid Dry on line and was impressed by positive reviews. Larry returned my call almost immediately and analyzed the situation. He explained in detail how they would proceed. I was very impressed by his knowledge and reassurance! He and Wesley were here within the hour! With minimal disruption, they identified the leak, set up fans and dehumidifier and began the cleanup. They were extremely pleasant, efficient, and thorough. Luckily, the damage was less than we anticipated (and so was the bill!). I would not hesitate to recommend Rapid Dry Restoration to anyone! They were amazing!

A hose pipe burst during the first freeze and created an inch of water in 500 square feet of finished, carpeted basement. I was quoted 2500 to 3000 dollars cost. After the remediation I was served a bill over 4000 dollars with no explanation as to the reason for the significant increase and no communication during the process to warn is that costs had exceeded the original estimate by 33 to 50%

When I noticed my basement was flooded, Larry came out the same day that I called him. He and his crew took care of everything, including dealing with my insurance, clean up, restoration and general contracting. I was always kept up to date with what was going on. The finished product was beautiful, when all was said and done. I had an excellent experience, good quality work, and didn't have to manage anything myself. I would highly recommend Rapid Dry Restoration to anyone who, like myself, has to deal with water damage and clean up.

I'd like to give my highest compliments to Rapid Dry Restoration. We had sewage water damage in our basement and they came out immediately. They cleaned it all up and since they are also a general contractor, they fixed up everything. Flooring, plumbing, baseboards, etc. were all completed in a timely manner. Wes and his team were professional, courteous, prompt and had clear communication throughout the process. I urge you to contact this family owned business if you ever have a disaster involving fire, water, asbestos, or mold.

They showed up on very short notice and quickly isolated and stopped a sprinkler system water leak that had began affecting the finished basement. They thoroughly explained all the issues and what work they would be doing to remove moisture and prevent further damage, and gave advice on next steps once their work was done. Final invoice was lower than the initial estimate, too. Very friendly, efficient, and professional.

UPDATED TO ADDRESS THEIR COMMENT: My father in law and I were in contact also working with Larry everyday. All last week Larry kept pushing out the time to get us an abatement estimate even though we requested that separate. Last Friday, I had reached out to my father in law if he had heard anything from Larry and he said he left a voicemail and emails with Larry that Larry also didn't respond to. That is why I called and found out instead of getting an estimate, he just went on vacation. So to address RAPID DRY: I was in constant contact with all parties on my side for this situation. STOP making excuses for your ineptitude and lack of respect when myself and my father in Law reached out to you countless times and even past the response, we still have heard nothing from RAPID DRY. If I could give zero stars, I would due to their "excuses" to try to recover from them messing up.

Wow what I thought was going to be a win for our situation turned out to be the exact opposite. We had Larry out on Weds Sept 1 for an asbestos abatement estimate and a reconstruction estimate. We had serious damage done to our kitchen and was hoping to find a one stop shop for the rest of this nightmare situation. What we got was Larry showing up, arrogantly judging work that we had other professionals do before he arrived which we never asked him to do. "Fine" I thought. He was highly intelligent and maybe he is just really good at what he does I thought. We had already gotten two abatement estimates and wanted to get one from him as the others didn't do reconstruction. Since a abatement permit takes 11 business days, He said he would have it to us on the 3rd. Flash to the next week, he keeps saying he'll have it he'll have it. So we waited. Friday (10th) rolls around and still nothing. At this point, we have wasted 5 business days waiting for him. I called his office and was told he WENT ON VACATION and still didn't have it. If you can't respect my time to even get me an estimate, how can I trust that you will do good work or communicate at all for a large project like this? The gentlemen that answered told me he would help and get it to me which never happened. It is now the 14th and we just haven't heard anything. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. All we asked was for communication, now have wasted precious time to get our house back together and the "professional" that said he would help, doesn't even have the decency to even call to apologize and has just ghosted us instead. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. There are many other businesses out there that would be happy to take our business. I will never recommend this company. I shouldn't have to manage or try this hard to get the owner to just communicate. Ridiculous DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Cant recommend Rapid Dry enough- so grateful to have called them to help with a flood we had in our basement earlier this year. They responded within 2 hours of my call and started the clean up/drying process immediately. We ended up using them for our entire basement remodel and they were top notch throughout the entire project. I had called during an emergency with my bathroom flooding..... The gentleman that I spoke to was not friendly and when given his cell phone number to text information I was being questioned if I had even sent the text. 30 minutes past the phone call I sent another text as well as call and leave a message. It is now over 3 hours and I have not heard back. I now have to reach out to another company. Sadly I wouldn't recommend this company.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. We were in real trouble after the sub zero temperatures a couple of months ago, and they came out, identified the problem and gave us the most honest and straightforward approach to solving the problem. I believe they went above and beyond to help and we are tremendously grateful (to Larry in particular.)

We were unfortunate enough to use a different company for water cleanup for a sump pump failure. They were grossly over charging us for things that they didn't do or didn't have to do. We called rapid dry restoration to come by our house to see if we still needed to get fans to dry the rest of the basement. We still had the other company's equipment in our basement when rapid dry restoration came (they were picking it up later that day. They wanted to charge us $1k to use it one more day). He noticed everything that they didn't have to do and that our basement was fine and within code. We showed him the invoice, and he quickly noticed that they were charging us items that we did not have. With his help, we were able to fight the other company and saved $3k. I regret not going with rapid dry restorations. They called me back 10 minutes after the other company answered. I felt too bad to cancel the other company, but now I wish I have! Rapid dry restoration has the experience, honestly, and affordability that you are looking for.

Phenomenal response time, professionalism, and honesty through the whole project. We had a burst pipe that flooded our kitchen and they we're willing to come out that night. My husband and I were out of town. Kids at house and noticed flooded basement and water pipe broken. After calling Service Master and getting NO response, I called Rapid Dry Restoration. What a blessing! They were at the house within 1 1/2 hrs. and had the mess cleaned up, carpet torn out, dry wall on one wall torn out, and fans going within hours. Contacted them on Saturday and they responded within 2 hours, had a broken pipe they replaced and immediately started cleaning and dying the area of concern. They set up equipment to monitor taking moisture readings every day, they are professional and friendly and kept us informed of the process. They we’re able to help with the cost because our insurance denied our claim, with the same insurance company for 25 + years , cannot tell you how disappointed we are with our insurance. These guys really saved our bacon in a tough situation. Had a line break in our basement 2 days before we were to leave on vacation for a week. Immediately called these guys after discovering the water leak and they were there within 2 hours to start the mitigation process. They were amazing in handling the situation for us while we were away! Put a lockbox on the front door for security, that way they could take care of business while we were gone. Had the ability to offer the repair work as well and even handled the insurance company side of things for us! Always answered the phone and always kept us informed on our situation. COULD NOT HAVE HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE with these guys. Would absolutely recommend

I cannot recommend this crew enough. Larry and his son, Wesley, are absolutely wonderful. They've been consistent and clear with verbal and written communication, stopped by personally multiple times, called to check in, and gone above and beyond. Further, the quality of work is INCREDIBLE. Our wood floors, some drywall, and carpeting needed remediation and restore work...all of the work has been TOP NOTCH. I'm tempted to have my 4 y/o flood the basement again just to have these guys around. We had a leak recently and Wesley and Larry were quick to respond, very professional, and very easy to work with. So far, we have done the initial drying/remediation work, which went very well. Although there was a lot of water under our floors and it initially looked like we would have to replace them, they got them dried up and the restoration work will be fairly minimal.

Larry responded immediately, went boy to the house right away, assessed the situation and took care of every detail. They were kind, courteous, professional and did exactly what they said they’d when they said they’d do it couldn’t ask fir better service or nicer people. I am a RE agent who had a client who moved into a new home. They neglected to take their hose off of their hosebib which lead to a pipe that burst during a cold snap. I called Larry and he was very prompt in responding to the situation for my clients. He was able to remove quickly the wet drywall and insulation, as well as the wet carpet pad, and get the area dried out. They did a great job.

No one ever anticipates having to deal with a flood, at least I never did. Thankfully, when our washer decided to flood our laundry room and into the basement Rapid Dry was quick to respond. All within the hour the team had the washer and dryer moved, cleaned out all excess water that remained behind, had the floors pulled up, and fans placed to dry what has soaked into the bottom layer before it was completely ruined. Larry and team did a fantastic job with our restoration project. We had large commercial sprinkler leak damage to ceiling, walls and floor. Rapid Dry Restoration was immediately on site to handle the leak, abated the damage quickly (which was important, given the sprinkler output smell) and made the area look as good as new with drywall and paint work. We will use them without reservation in the future.

Rapid Dry came to my new house due to a smoke smell. The smell was so potent I wasn’t even able to live in it. When Rapid Dry came out they were timely, reasonably priced, and very professional. They treated the home and gave me suggestions of how to help the smell that was in my furniture and bedding. After two days the smell was fully removed. Very pleased with their work.

I was the representative of an estate and just 2 weeks before we were ready to put the house on the market there was a broken pipe causing water damage. Once I saw the water I called Rapid Dry Restoration and they arrived within the hour. They found the source and started the process of evaluating the damage. They worked with the insurance company flawlessly and were so very helpful. There was a lot to deal with from asbestos and removal, removing the entire kitchen, laundry room and 3/4 bath. We sustained water damage in our finished basement during one of Colorado's terrible hail storms. Rapid Dry responded to our call for help within 2 hours and was able to begin the process of restoration immediately. They were able to explain pricing, options regarding insurance, and even looked at my gutters-free of charge to be sure they were up to code. The employee was timely, friendly, honest about expectations, and communicated well to monitor the progress.

We had a elec. fire in the attic, My husband was in the hospital when we heard of Rapid Dry. When we came home Larry was at the house to tell us what needed to be done. ( We didn't know a thing ) Larry was very helpfull 5 months latter our house is LOT"S better then it was before. They held our hands, had great ideas, helped us, understood what we were going through. I can never thank the whole crew enough.

Rapid Dry Restoration is very professional, caring and patient to your needs. The owner really listens to your concerns and follows up as needed. I'm enjoying the restoration to my condo and I feel as though I'm in a new home. The restoration was also completed quicker than the projected completion date. It was a pleasure to work with Rapid Dry Restoration and his staff. I happily recommend this company for restoration projects.

Over a year ago we had a basement flood emergency 2 days before our home was set to close. Rapid Dry had a great response and a great price. Our realtor was there when we met with the owner of Rapid Dry and he also thought the price and process sounded great. We did have to push the closing out 2 more days so that everything would be completed but that was ok with us and our buyers. On the date of closing we went to check the house out and everything looked great they were just finishing up with the carpet cleaning and I left to get to our closing and they said they would email us our receipt that had to obviously be paid prior to our closing. When it was received it was 2 times what they said it would be. Seriously not even close and with NO warning or communication that it would possibly more than was what discussed. They knew we were in a bind and took advantage of the situation. So my advice it to get a quote in writing...the work was good but when the bill is a huge surprise then you feel like you were taken for a ride, even one year later!

Words I use to express the service I received from Rapid Dry Restoration: outstanding, exceptional, superior, committed, quality. I could go on and on. Larry & Wesley were there for me every step of the way. I returned home from a trip to find a basement bedroom flooded (first thought was the heavy rains). My handyman suggested I call this company. In less than 2 hours, they were at my house to assess the situation. The water came in from a window well. They set up a time to take the room apart and arrived before schedule, which was greatly appreciated. Larry took measurements for me to use when I went to find carpet replacement & recommended companies I could check out for new carpet/padding. The room was cleared, dried & Larry recommended a contractor to work on fixing the window well. Before the window well was repaired, another flood in the same room. I called Wesley & he came right over, vacuumed up the water, and set up fans to dry carpet in the living area (a leak in the sprinkler drip caused this problem). When all was repaired, someone came to install the new carpet, that Wesley picked up and delivered to my house, & did an excellent job. Someone came to clean the carpet in the living area (all arranged by Rapid Dry Restoration with Wesley on the site to make sure everything was proceeding as planned). Wesley put the room back together - doors, beds, furniture. Even though these floods were devastating, I focused on the fact that Larry & Wesley are wonderful human beings and how lucky I was to have called them for help.

Water in the newly remodeled basement...new house, first big rain, black mold, family in from out of town, fried wife...a real mess. Called Larry after reading the reviews at 7:15am. He was there by 1pm. Diagnosed the problem, tore out the infected carpet, pad and tack strip, opened up the wall to make sure the mold wasn't into the framing. Advised me how the fix the problem since I'm a DIY type...but he was prepared to handle it all . He was fair, competent, thorough and timely. What else is there? I'd recommend this outfit to anyone.

After going under contract to sell my home, I returned from a vacation to find that my finished basement (with brand new carpet) was partially flooded. The finish trim carpenter had installed base trim and shot 2 staples in to the hot water heat supply line. I found the problem at midnight on a Saturday night. At 07:30 on Sunday morning, I called Rapid Dry and Larry answered the phone on the third ring. He said he was available and was on the job ready to work in 1 hour.
In short, Larry and Rapid Dry came to the rescue. They got in and repaired the drywall and dried out the wet carpet, then painted- all in less than a week!
The new buyers were not phased by what could have easily been a disaster.
