We had metal roofing and a stone veneer chimney installed on our home property about 5 years ago. No issues until we recently noticed some leaking around the inside of the chimney onto our wood burning stove. We called Colorado Superior Roofing & Exteriors since there is a 10 year warranty on their work and Logan Forsyth immediately contacted me and came out as soon as the weather allowed. He and his work partner were pleasant, efficient, and professional. They sealed up the holes/problem areas and took a look from the inside attic as well. I have nothing but gratitude for them and their quick and professional service. I definitely would not hesitate to contact them again if we had any more issues within our warranty period. In all the interactions we had even from initial roof installation, Logan was the best person we worked with and we appreciate him!

Hired CSR to fix a leak in our roof at a skylight. They did a great job - excellent work, quick response and service, reasonable price. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

Logan was AWESOME. He above and beyond. The thing I really like about him because he is very patient. If I ever need more work done he will be my first call.

Colorado Superior Roofing did a great job for me. They were working on a rental house, and the tenant (and the tenant's dogs) were minimally disturbed. The work was fast and efficient.

Excellent experience from CSR. From the inspector to the installation team. I was treated with the utmost respect. Being a retired veteran, that meant a lot. They exceeded my expectations from a roofing company. Called them in February and had my new roof as soon as the weather broke. They keep me in the loop with good communication on a weekly basis. I interviewed several other companies in the area, supposedly top notch, and I’m so glad I passed on all of them. You will not go wrong with CSR! I recommend highly!

I can't thank Logan and his team enough! I needed a new roof due to the hail storm in May of 2023. My insurance company did not identify my shingles correctly and was trying to lowball me on reimbursement! Colorado Superior worked with the insurance company for months until the insurance company FINALLY did the right thing!! The work was done last week and the crew did a GREAT job, the roof looks great, they did a great job of cleaning up, and the follow-up has been fantastic! I highly recommend Logan and the people at Colorado Superior!

Gabriel showed up on time to look over my roof in order to give me an estimate. He befriended my dog, who had acted hostile. He checked the roof from looking in the attic as well as inspecting it from on top. He was thorough and professional.

Overall we had a good experience with CSR.

- Quote process was quick and easy.
- Had to wait quite a while for them to start the work but that was due to overall shingle shortages, nothing on their part. Once they started, it was done very quick.
- Received fairly quick responses via email when I had additional questions.

Edit: Had to work with Superior a few times to get additional documentation for our insurance company and Kevin was amazing about getting back to me quickly with the relevant information.

I had Colorado Superior Roofing & Exteriors inspect my roof for a leak around the chimney. They quickly diagnosed the problem which had not been resolved by another roofing company and did the repair in a very timely manner. I am happy to say I have not had a leak since they did the repair. I highly recommend this company for any and all roofing issues. They were prompt and reasonably priced for the work they performed. I have recommended them to several friends.

This review uses a star rating aimed to not hurt or help this business as my only interaction was by phone in an effort to obtain a quote. I did not do business with this company. I did call to set up an estimate for either a full roof replacement or repair of the broken concrete tiles on our home. An answering type of service answered the call, took my contact information and said their sales team was all on calls, but someone would call me back in 15-minuites.

A man called me back from their main number about 30 minutes later and I explained our needs briefly. In short, a large home with concrete tile roof in need if either repair or replacement. The caller, in a rude “I don’t want your business” way, said “my minimum to even look at anything is $2,500.” I told him a project of our scope is not going to start this way and I hung up. It was really odd, like he was doing me a favor. My initial call was to the Parker location, but the call back came from the main office in Lakewood.

I originally added them to the companies I wanted quotes from as they had 5-stars on 44 reviews (Parker). Since my experience was so odd, I looked the company up a bit more. While their website says they have been in business since 2002, the secretary of state shows them registering under this name in 2015. There were similar names that have expired, but those even date back only to 2010, not 2002. Their website (and even Google) says “free estimates,” which clearly is also wrong or misleading from my direct contact.

What also came up were building permits under the companies name in Douglas County, which dated back to only 2010. It is odd that they have only 44 reviews when they claim to be in business for 22 years and from the number of permits pulled in Douglas County (a lot). Lastly, Google also shows they were sued in 2019 for failing to pay $79K of workman’s comp insurance premiums over a two year period before the policy was canceled.

Overall, I’m happy to have come across these issues before having them involved in our project as opposed to deal with problems down the line. I was able to secure three estimate appointments with other companies, all free and without any concerns on the calls. This interaction did have me look into the other companies further also and I eliminated one due to some findings there.

Jacob was very professional. He was able to identify the source of our leak and provided sound recommendations. Unfortunately because the source of our leak was due to solar panel installation we will have to work with the solar company to resolve the issue.

Colorado Superior Roofing helped install our new roof a few years back after a hail storm. Recently we had some issue with snow melt overrunning a gutter and going behind a stucco wall, and we called them to help fix the issue. The issue was difficult to troubleshoot, but they sent over several team members to take a look at the problem area and did thorough inspections including water tests. They had to make several trips to identify the source of the problem and come up with a permanent fix. They were willing to help, even though this was a small project for them. It was also tricky to find the source of the problem, but they were tenacious. It was easy to get hold of them and they were very communicative. The team members are friendly and willing to explain in details what they were doing and what they would be doing, including showing me the before and after pictures of the work done. I really appreciate the company and the owner Kevin taking on this project even though it's not a money maker for them. It shows that they care. I do highly recommend them to anyone thinking of doing anything roof or exterior related. They are a great company to work with.

This company worked with my insurance company to have my roof replaced due to hail damage. They offered for us to choose a new color, met the claims adjuster at the house so I didn't have to, and worked tirelessly on my behalf to jump through insurance hoops and get me paid. Kevin O was my point person and he was amazingly professional and honest.
The roofers themselves did a great job, too - the roof looks fabulous. But their **exemplary customer service** is what really makes me want to tell everyone I know about this company.

Very professional. Good communication, called to explain time schedule and called prior to arriving the day of scheduled work. Explained everything they would be doing. Dominic Spaulding, Production Manager, is one employee who I worked with on a roofing leak problem. Dominic was friendly, on time, and professional. It’s the little things like having a positive attitude and manner that make him stand out. Most importantly, returning my phone calls and arriving on time. Dominic takes the time to explain the problem and how it will be resolved. Colorado Superior Roofing replaced my roof after a hail storm and did a fantastic job and everyone on their crew was wonderful. When I called them about a repair problem, they responded immediately. It’s great to deal with a company that has awesome employees.

We had a leak in our roof and hail damaged skylights. Brad came out quickly, checked out the roof and gave us a very reasonable estimate for repairs. We forget to tell him about the skylights, but he caught it as part of his inspection. He showed up as soon as he could after the last snow, worked diligently, repaired tiles on the roof, replaced the skylights and fixed our leak. Brad was very professional, explained everything and indicated where we might have issues in the future. He didn't try to upsell us, but clearly and honestly explained what we might need to do. The work looks great. We will definitely call them when we need to replace the whole roof.

We used Co-Superior to replace our roof in September 2020. They did a fantastic job! Everybody from the office staff to the managers delivered excellent customer service. Their salesman was knowledgeable and direct. Their workmen were skilled and quality-oriented. Everybody there cares about quality in their work and value for customers. We were selling our house when the roof was replaced and Co-Superior graciously provided extra work that was demanded by our buyers even after a successful county inspection. We needed a lot of extra help dealing with mortgage and insurance and Co-Superior assisted us at every step. If we ever need roof work, we will never use anybody else. Co-Superior are THE BEST!

My roofing job was late in the year and it required a a dry warm couple of days. Waiting on the weather made planning a little difficult but Superior Roofing kept me in the loop every step of the way. They did a great job and managed to save me a bit of money over their competition.

I hired Colorado Superior Roofing & Construction to Replace the Metal Roofing on my House and Out Building. After a bit of a rocky start and some miscommunication, Peter Amador was assigned to my project. From that point on my project went smoothly. Peter was extremely professional and personable. He always kept me informed of where the project was in terms of material order and delivery as well as installation scheduling and was always very accurate. He was on site when installations were taking place and made sure that everything was being done as promised and expected. Even though there always seems to be some bobbles along the way, he went out of his way to make us comfortable with the fact that everything would be taken care of and that their company will stand behind their work and they did. Nothing in construction ever goes perfectly but I have a great respect for a company that does what they say they will do and works hard to make it right.
