Had our roof replaced yesterday. Tony Lopez was our project manager and was a pleasure to work with. The process was incredibly easy. All we had to do was pick out the shingles we wanted. GreenPoint roofing took care of EVERYTHING else! They even contacted our insurance agent the same day to apply for a rate reduction on our homeowners policy! Couldn't have been any easier. The work crew was excellent, courteous and professional. They took great care in making sure the landscaped beds were covered with tarps and did a great job in cleaning up afterwards. Great experience with Emilio and the team at GreenPointe roofing. Had exterior home damage after hail storm in 2024. After a thorough search, then unanimous approval of our condo HOA, we selected GreenPoint to re-roof our entire six-townhouse building. We have never had a more positive experience working with a contractor. Scott and his entire team were extremely professional and thorough, as well as personable. Their work was efficient yet careful, with full attention to the smallest finish details. Crew leaders, like Jorge, introduced themselves and took the time to check in with us and keep us informed of schedules and possible disruptions to access. They anticipated encountering some hidden damage in such old construction, and they handled all necessary repairs with a degree of craftsmanship that left our building in better-than-original condition, more suited to withstand the next several decades of Front Range conditions. Crickets were added, flashing and gutters replaced, worn siding was touched-up or replaced, and existing systems like attic fans and individual AC units, added over the years, were seamlessly integrated into the final roof profile for a finished, professional look. GreenPoint's crews were impeccably neat with drop-cloths in the yards and a final clean-up that left things better than they started. I can't think of a single negative criticism; I highly recommend GreenPoint Roofing.

My review is based entirely on Sean Clancy, a project manager for GreenPoint Roofing. My intent was to get 3 bids. I invited GreenPoint to come and submit a bid because my insurance agent in Longmont had employed GreenPoint and their recommendation was glowing even though their cost was highest of those who bid on their home. Sean and I hit it off immediately. When he first came to our home, after a nice detailed sales conversation, Sean was leaving and as we were walking out the door, he turned and said that we would not have to pay more than our deductible. So, we talked some more, I felt like Sean was a person with integrity, so I signed up. As we worked together, I found that he was easy to work with, competent, and full of integrity. Over time we became friends as well. I would recommend Sean with GreenPoint Roofing to anyone who was concerned about their roof.

GreenPoint Roofing did an excellent job fixing my roof. Since I had a cement tile roof, there were many issues with replacing it or even repairing it after it sustained hail damage in 2022. We had extensive damage to our home following a severe hailstorm in our neighborhood. As you can imagine, the roofers were out in force going door to door the day after the storm. I spoke to several roofers but the one that stood out was Steve Speliotes at GreenPoint Roofing. He had a lot of patience for my questions and took a lot of time helping me understand the process of working with them and our insurance company. He really focused on earning the business not just signing us up for roofing services. We did select GreenPoint and Steve was instrumental in helping us with the claims process and correcting mistakes or inadequate damage assessment. GreenPoint also managed the repair of the bulk of our damage, not just the roof and really helped us find the right contractors to fix a great deal of damage. GreenPoint was also patient as we worked through the reimbursement process from the insurance company and never pressured us to pay them before we collected from our insurer. Everyone we worked with at GreenPoint was kind, respectful, helpful, and professional at all stages of the process. It was unfortunate that we experienced a very large loss from a very bad hailstorm. But, we were very fortunate to work with Steve and GreenPoint to restore us back to normal. I highly recommend them and we would use them again.

I manage a large condominium property in Snowmass Village. We had Greenpoint come out and do eight of our buildings. We have had a couple minor warranty issues (With 8 massive roofs thats pretty damned good) and they have taken care of them ASAP. Scott and the gentlemen he uses do top notch work. GreenPoint Roofing has treated us very well on multiple occasions and I'd recommend them to anyone. They replaced our roof about 9 years ago. The professionalism and attention to detail was definitely noticed at that point. The communication was great and they handled all the details to make the insurance bit a breeze. They also installed 2 new skylights in our roof at that point. Beyond that, all I noticed was that we didn't have to worry about our roof for years.

Fast forward to about a week ago when one of our skylights broke. We assumed it was due to the snow we had on the roof or some sort of issue with the skylight. The Greenpoint team was quick to assess the problem. As it turns out, the issue wasn't at all related to any issue with the skylight or the install. The skylight was hit by something (that's another story). Still GreenPoint covered the labor to install a new skylight and handled it all quickly.

On both occasions they did a great job, from the initial answer of my phone call all the way to the site clean up. Most roofing companies seem to leave debris and nails all over the place from my past experiences. Just another detail that makes a big difference.

Our house has blown in insulation in the attic that has covered the soffit vents. The temperature would sore really high up there and stay elevated for quite some time well after the sun goes down in the summertime. Vent baffles installed when the roofing was built would have stopped this issue from occurring. We were due for a new roof and called Green Point to help.
Tyler Urbania, our project manager listened to our concerns and we came up with a plan to help our older home have better airflow in the attic area. He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He also stepped in when needed to assist with the insurance portion as well.

Mid roof vents were installed to bypass the soffit/eave vents that were doing absolutely nothing since the insulation rendered them useless. Another wind turbine was installed for a total of 3. This greatly improved our roof ventilation and kept the residual heat from building up in the level below the attic. Shout out to the installation crew who were courteous, efficient, and tidy. We will contact Green Point again for any future roofing needs. Overall the whole process was smooth, and not rushed in anyway. Tyler was Superb, he treated us well and we are pleased with the services provided to us.

What can I say, we first try ourselves with our insurance but come to find out that there are other ways. Keifer Headrick, our project manager, got to us thru a neighbor recommendation and he started working right away. Much to my dismay, a seven-year old roof with wind- and hail-resistant shingles on my house was severely damaged and had to be replaced after a major spring hailstorm. Tyler Urbania at GreenPoint Roofing was the project manager for my roof replacement project.

Tyler's customer service was second to none! He kept me updated on status at every step of the project. When I reached out to Tyler with myriad questions and a few concerns, he took my phone calls, replied to my text messages, and even stopped by my house. He quickly resolved issues as they arose and kept close watch on the work being done to ensure that it was of the highest quality and, just as importantly to him, that I was a happy customer.

After a Longmont hailstorm the insurance said there was no damage. Tyler Urbania came by and pointed out all the clearly visible damage to the adjuster and worked with me and the insurance company to finally get a beautiful new roof. Tyler stayed with the project till the end and made everything just perfect.

Tyler and the crew were great. The work is top notch, as well as the communication and follow-through. I was pleasantly surprised when the class-4 Malarkey product they recommended saved us over $700/ year on our insurance. All the work was done in one day and they were incredibly conscientious with the cleanup (nails , debris, etc.).

GreenPoint Roofing did an excellent job replacing a 25+ year old roof on a rental property of ours. We ended up going with Malarkey Vista AR Class 4 shingles in Storm Grey and they look great!
