Due to past hail storms I hired Colorado Superior Roofing and Construction to replace my roof, window screens, and windows. After meeting with several roofing contractors I selected CSRC because they could complete all phases of the work needed. While in the process of selecting a contractor additional damage occurred and I had to replace my siding. CSRC sub contracted the siding project out to SBJ Contracting. I selected CSRC because they worked in the Parker area and I wanted to use a local contractor. Gabriel, Logan, Seth and Kevin worked with me and my insurance carrier to complete the work. I am satisfied with the final product and would recommend them.

Our roof was struck by lighting, which shattered a number of roof tiles. Superior Roofing responded quickly to our call placing a tarp on the damaged area until insurance estimators could do their job. Superior was quick to complete repairs once given the “green light.” I highly recommend.

Amazing roofing company! We had a roof leak back in May 2024 and I am so glad we called Colorado Superior Roofing. They were very responsive and had someone out to our house the following day. Jacob made the process seamless and answered all of our questions. He was there to walk us through every step. The crew also did a great job and made sure to clean up every single piece of debris. If your roof needs to be replaced, Colorado Superior Roofing should be your first consideration. Their Rep was professional, knowledgeable and customer orientated. He explained in detail the roofing materials, how they will stand up against the different weather conditions and the warranties. The roofing crew did an expert job and protected the surrounding area. The office personnel provides quick response to any inquiries. Five days after the roof was completed, I received a
warranty certificate covering the roofing materials used. The roof looks amazing and certainly adds to the value of my house

These folks were absolutely fantastic! The workers were polite, timely and incredibly efficient, finishing our roof in only 2 days! They were careful to cover areas with tarp and removed the old shake roof quickly--they also looked over the property to find and pick up any loose materials and nails/staples. The new roof looks fantastic and we have gotten a number of compliments on both the color and new look of the house. Many many thanks to Angie, Jeff, Kevin and the crew for a first rate job!!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a skilled, friendly and competitive (not to mention fair) price on a new roof.

Colorado Superior Roofing was very prompt for a roof replacement estimate after we experienced a hail storm. They were very responsive and did a great job meeting with our insurance and handling all paperwork and billing. They also took care of other items on our house like the garage door and paint among other things needed. Overall they did a great job and we were happy with their services.

Rob Korotky at CSR did a great job of working with me to help me understand the insurance process, working through supply problems to get the specific shingles we wanted. The workers were very good at cleaning up after each day of work and we are very pleased with the results.

Called in after a hail storm. Was told they were too backed up after taking on projects in May and didn’t have time for a small project. That’s too bad considering we own multiple properties. Way to pass on business. One star I suppose for at least answering the phone call. Glad I found another company that was willing to give me the time of day.

Jacob came and assessed some potential moisture spots that I was seeing. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He determined the roof was not the source of what we were seeing and gave some other reasons and solutions for our issue. Would definitely work with this company again in the future.

Great work, great staff and affordable. They were quick to respond and get things scheduled. Very great communication especially with the terrencial downpour we had gotten around booking times.

Everyone on the team is friendly and professional. They provided a thorough estimate for roof and gutter repairs in a timely manner. They were always on-time and communicated well, letting us know exactly what to expect. The repairs were scheduled and completed within a week of my first contact with them.

We had a leaky roof. The company rep did a thorough assessment of the problem. Once we signed the contract, they got to us quickly for the repair. On time and efficient. Clearly explained work done. Cleaned up area. We won’t know until the next snow if the repair worked.

Great company to work with! I called them up and Jacob came out to inspect the roof after a bad hail storm. Found damage and recommended I file a claim with insurance. Jacob answered all my questions about the process and made it very simple. Peter was the field manager that oversaw all the work being done and made sure it was all done correctly. He was very friendly and always answered any questions I had in person and on the phone. The crew was professional and clean, no nails or trash in the yards, they did an awesome job! I would highly recommend Colorado Superior Roofing and exteriors if you want the job done right the first time and without any headaches!

Initially, I worked with Jacob, who completed the inspection on our roof for a suspect leak. After inspecting the roof (and climbing around the attic to confirm), he found that there were no major problems but suggested that there were a few minor things that could become a problem. He suggested a very cheap option (fixing just the one spot where a minor leak was happening) or do a complete roof tune up. I chose to do the roof tune up as it's been about 11+ years since the roof on the house was done. I appreciated that he didn't try to oversell.

Step 2 was when Dominic came out to complete the roof tune up. He was great about messaging me with his ETA and when he got done early, he was able to adjust to give me a few extra minutes to get home. Mind you, I didn't need to be there for him to complete the work as it was all on the exterior of the roof, but I had wanted to be there to ask some questions.

Both Jacob and Dominic were great to work with - even the dogs loved them!

If something comes up with my roof in the future, I will be sure to reach back out to CO Superior Roofing.

I had a bad experience with another company, These guys handled everything in a professional manner, were quick, on time and cheaper than the previous company that failed to fix my roof leak. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing roof repairs or installation.

My experience with Colorado Superior Roofing was excellent. I called them out on suggestion from our insurance company to get to the source of a troublesome leak in our home. Got a call back and an appointment right away.

Rob showed up on time, was really nice and super helpful. He took the time to listen to all of the issues we've been having, see the water damage we've incurred and get up on the roof to check it out. He actually told me that our roof is in excellent shape and that our issue is likely plumbing (which was our original suspicion anyhow).

It is refreshing to have someone take the time to hear you out, and make a considered and honest opinion and not be at all 'sales-y".

I highly recommend Colorado Superior Roofing & Exteriors. This company completed siding and roof repair maintenance that other companies were unwilling to do.
Pete and his team were very professional and courteous during the entire project. Great communication and quality of work, as Pete kept me informed and explained what they were doing along the way.

We were disappointed and somewhat upset that the first Colorado Superior Roofing person we had close contact with....Jacob....had not had _ANY_ Covid vaccinations.

We got that straightened out, and Jacob was replaced with Pete Amador.

Pete Amador was our "Field Manager/roofing guy". We think he did a good job. He kept in close contact with us, from start to finish.
Pete was very patient with us, sat down with us and answered all questions before any papers were signed.

The job itself looks good. To our UNTRAINED EYE, it appears that the workmanship is good. Clean-up was pretty good.

Any "surprises" that occured were mostly trivial ....and/or easily explained.

Something we didn't understand completely........there was 1 unopened bundle of shingles left over. We thought that Colorado Superior
should have kept that bundle, and give us $$ credit for the value of that bundle. Instead, the bundle was left with us.

If anyone asks us about our new house and garage roof.........I'll be happy to show them Pete Amador's business card, along with

Have called on CO Superior Roofing now twice, to address roof repairs. They were able to promptly come out to assess the issues and discuss them transparently as well as laying out options to resolve. It's nice to have company you know you can trust to call on when you need keep the roof over your head in sound shape!

I had a tree fall onto my roof. The Colorado Superior Roofing team was on-site the next day, assessing the damage, walking me through their assessment which I thought was sensible and not not just out to make a buck. We did run into a roofing material challenge and they called and guided me through options. And they worked directly with my insurance company for the repair, but also bringing my roof up to current code and also getting the detached garage roof repaired from hail damage. The roof replacements were also completed in a single day, which really made me happy. Highly recommend and I have already called again for a roof on another property.

I found CSR on a search for Colorado Roofing Companies. Todd and his crew were very thorough from our initial contact through the completion of the project. The replacement of decking of a 102 year old home was fascinating to watch. They worked very well without my insurance company.

Superior roofing did a fantastic job. I had a house going through a sale. They were able to get me a completed roof in less than 2 weeks and my closing was still on time. They are very professional and helped me with the insurance process. You can’t go wrong working with this company.

This company delivered -- x10. Our roof suffered hail damage, but we hadn't been home -- and didn't know what had happened to the roof, because it's pretty invisible from the ground, especially when you never look up, and we hadn't investigated (I feel dumb now, because we knew hail hit this area and left tree debris laying around, but we also had a mindset of never making a claim). This company found the damage while bidding a different home improvement project we were pursuing. They recommended calling insurance, which we did, and sure enough, we needed a roof and gutter replacement due to the June 19 hail storm. You could have knocked me over with a feather. They were expert at establishing partnership with us, our insurance, and our city zoning to get this job done and protect against interior damage. And when it came to the actual work, involving 18.000 pounds of removal and 18,000 pounds of replacement, I don't know if I've ever seen a crew work so hard. Massively impressed with the dedication and competence of the people they have.

The experience I have had with Colorado Superior Roofing has been great. They have done work for me both personally and for projects at work. They have always communicated very well and done excellent work. A few of the projects required additional thought on how to complete the project. Andrew was great with his suggestions on how to accomplish our goals. They are the first people I call if I have a roof issue both at home and at work
