Contacted for plumbing services. Super fast service, very professional and friendly, everything was explained well and the price was fair.

I need to change the AC capacitor immediately so I made an emergency appointment. There was an extra charge but I really don’t mind because I’m very satisfied with the quick service. Tech Roy did a great job!

I have used Just Better Home services twice now.

The first time (an amateur had done the plumbing before and so had a total house backup and clog) I had to call FIVE companies to come out to identify my issue and NONE of them could (though they did take 1000s from me). Just Better Home Services was the ONLY one who did the work right. They found the issue and redid all my internal pipes. NO ISSUES SINCE.

For my second issue, the main water line sprung a leak. Called them out for same day service and same day fix. They explained my options and allowed me to make a choice of my own free will but with their expert opinion.

They have been professional, friendly, and knowledgeable every time and I appreciate their service.

Lastly, I want to note that they use GreenSky for their financing which seems to have the best loan rates for home repair imo. Makes everything easy and convenient if financing is needed.

You can compare rates by calling other companies, but you could also save yourself some time by getting the job down RIGHT THE FIRST TIME and for a respectable price.

Just Better Homes Services did an outstanding job replacing two AC units. They were very professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to perfection. David did a good job clean up his mess. But had to cut a hole in my wall to install the recess lighting and Just Better Home services doesn’t repair the hole in the wall which sucks I think they should repair it. Now I have to put out more money to repair the wall. Other than that he did a good job!

Estimate for electrical work. The electrician spent time with me today to come up with ways to problem solve the work needed to be done. He was helpful and efficient I am waiting for the invoice to arrange to have the work done.

Very happy!!! Beginning with an actual person who picked up the phone and scheduled an appointment that very same week. I received text messages to remind me of my upcoming appointment as well as phone call when the technician was on their way. The electrician that arrived was very knowledgeable and hard working. All of our electrical concerns were addressed the same day.

Roy was fantastic — he took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my HVAC system and walked me through the repair process without rushing. He was upfront and transparent about the pricing, which I really appreciated. The work was done efficiently and thoroughly, and the system has been running smoothly since. Showed up at the time scheduled. Met me with a handshake and was very polite and respectful. Listened to what I was wanting/needing done . The technician / David added his thoughts and knowledge to it and Was very thorough and detailed. Went over the estimate with me and was able to get me on the books to be serviced in a short time.

The service was prompt and thorough. The techs were easy to talk to and made sure all our needs were met. This is my second time, each time for a different service.

I had some small repairs in my bathroom. The gentleman that was at the house was really nice and fixed what needed to be fixed. No complaints about that. But the cost for the repairs was way too high for what he did. He wasn’t even there for a whole hour and I paid almost $300. Because of the pricing I wouldn’t deal with that company again.

We called Just Better Home Services to help us when our toilets weren't flushing at our commercial building. Tyler came out as scheduled, explained everything clearly, and was very polite and professional. He kept me informed at each step, and was happy to explain anything I didn't understand. Wesley joined him when he needed additional equipment and was equally as friendly and helpful. My problem was fixed within a couple of hours. I cannot recommend them enough! Thanks Tyler and Wesley!

Dave was very helpful. He answered all of our questions and concerns. He arrived on time and was very professional with the job.

We had Just Better Home Services come out to our home over the weekend. They sent their service man Tyler out on Saturday. He was very professional and worked all day trying to find a solution to our water pressure issue. He exhausted all the possible solutions and unfortunately for us it was our well pump. He came back out with his other service member Tyler to change the pump the next day. JBH did an excellent job of installing a propane water heater for my house. They made sure to follow the required process and complete every step carefully. After the inspector from the Community of Development found a minor issue, they took care of it until no issue was left. They are professional and trustworthy.

Tyler who works for Just Better Plumbing did a great job in addressing our plumbing issue on 5/1/25. He was professional and pleasant to work with.

I needed my lake pump and outdoor shower de-winterized. The pump was turned on with no issues. The outdoor shower however had a leak on the inside at the shut off valve which was repaired with no problem.

This company always does a great job. They were in and out of here in less than an hour today, all is well

David was courteous & polite, asking us questions to get the back story on the electrical problem. His troubleshooting was thorough and found the issue, which was not easily identified. David worked most of a day repairing the problem AND bringing our kitchen up to today’s code (last renovations completed in 1993). He always kept us informed of what he was doing.

So as a first time home buyer anything regarding the septic system, plumbing and electrical work is super scary to me because more than likely it’ll be big bucks for a fix. My whole house would gurgle in the shower, sink and toilets so I assumed a blockage or the pump had failed. That sounds like big bucks to me!! I called Just Better Home Services to receive help and they came the same day just for a fee of $65 which I had called other companies in the area and they had the best offer in my opinion. Once they arrived I was greeted by Lee, he was super friendly and very informative. Like I said, i’m a first time home owner so I had little information regarding the plumping system/septic tanks so he was a massive help. Lee explained everything and kept me informed throughout the whole process such as what was the issue, trouble shooting and how the pricing changed throughout his visit. For the help and fix he provided, I would say it was well worth the cost. I honestly thought it would have been more. It is my first time dealing with a plumbing company but I had spoken to a few in the area and in my opinion you can’t beat Just Better Home Services prices. I will use them again if anything else were to occur and I would recommend to anyone who needs help!

Corey came to clean the outside AC Coils. This job was recommended as a result of the annual AC service provided with the Just Better Home Services maintenance contract we have. Corey has been here before; I like it when I see a familiar worker because it tells me the company must treat their employees well to retain people. As with all the Just Better service reps, Corey was polite, courteous and thorough.

Just Better Home Services is the best. I have had a few people from Just Better come out to my house with their protection plan and it is extremely worth it. Had Tyler just come out today for checking on my HVAC and he was wonderful. Nothing was pushed, explained everything that he was doing, and was just great overall to talk with. I have also had an electrician and a plumber come out and they were great. HIGHLY recommend doing any business you need with this company and make sure you request Tyler for plumbing and HVAC!

I recently had an issue with my garbage disposal and reached out to Better Home Services. Tyler arrived right on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had my garbage disposal unjammed in no time. I'm truly grateful for his prompt, professional service and would highly recommend Better Home Services and Tyler to anyone in need of reliable home repair solutions.

Just Better did a great job for us. We were experiencing low and varying water pressure (well system). Tyler checked out the system and explained how the system worked and the most likely sources of the problem. Fortunately the problem wasn’t serious and we now have great water pressure. It was a relatively inexpensive fix, but Tyler did not try to upsell us. Will definitely use Just Better again when I need a plumber.

This is the third time I have had electrical work done and first time plumbing work done by them. The technicians always call 20 to 30 minutes before they will arrive and are on time. The work is done quickly and efficiently. They have become my goto contractor all things Plumbing, Electrical, & HVAC. Billy and Lee have been great to work with and Jennifer at the Ruckersville office is very easy to work with on scheduling service.

I hired just better to diagnose my whole house generator. I have issues with the outcome. I have called there office and requested to speak with the owner numerous times..never got any response..based on the high rate of customer satisfaction I'm baffled as to why I can't speak to the owner! I will give him an opportunity to call me to discuss the issue before giving a bad review

I had power go out in my room, I call Just Better Home Services, they were quick to respond and send an electrician out. They ended up charging me $441 for several hours of troubleshooting. and I still did not have power in my room. They did quote me over $3000 to run new circuits to 2 of my rooms. I had another electrician come out a few days later. He found the issue in less than 30 minutes and charged me significate less. I do not recommend Just Better Services electrician services.

We had an issue removing a stuck shower valve cartridge. We had gone and gotten the cartridge puller, but to no avail. So…. We made the call to someone that actually knows what they’re doing. We figured it’s better than breaking something and making the issue much worse.
Tyler came out and gave us a couple options to fix the issue. He also explained how he would do it. Definitely made us feel much more comfortable. We went with the more expensive fix. That being said it was the safer bet and more long term. He also helped us figure out financing part. With a little help from the lady back at the office.
We will totally be using them again. Hopefully not anytime soon. But, totally recommend anyone in need to call them first. No need to call anyone else.

Fast, friendly service from my tech. Good initial service from the call center as well. Cost of replacing old breakers and adding a surge protector was what I expected, reasonable. Will call on this company for future electrical issues.

Jennifer, who handles the phones, is unfailingly friendly, competent and professional and everyone who has been sent to our house to fix anything has always called ahead to let us know they are on their way, has shown up on time, and has fixed whatever the problem is. The service has always been seamless.

The plumber was friendly and communicated well with us. He listened to the history of the problem and explained that he would first troubleshoot it. He then explained what the cost would be to proceed, we approved that, and he started the troubleshooting. He ended up running a scope to locate where the problem was located. He showed us pictures of the problem and described the issue. We asked what the solution would be and he explained that as well.

He then gave us an estimate for the repair work. We told him we wanted to go ahead with the repair. He checked the work schedule and said they could begin in two days. He was careful to explain everything, was courteous, and professional. In very little time the plumbing issue was resolved and the bathroom was useable again.

In just one visit, we had a diagnosis, a repaired fixture, and a permanent corrective repair lined up all within the next two days. Truly amazing!

Wesley and Tyler are the technicians who have assisted us through in the last couple months through Just Better Home Services. They have both been outstanding! They’ve explained everything really clearly, made necessary modifications to the job as they were needed, and were friendly & courteous. Both gentlemen left the job site clean also, which other technicians we’ve hired have not. Additionally, JB had technicians available much more quickly than other companies. We will be calling Just Better Home Services next time we need help.

We are extremely pleased with the work that Wesley and Just Better Homes did for us. Wesley listened to what our issues were and quickly developed a plan to solve them...We are very pleased with the outcome.

Corey took the lead on a job to replace our HVAC system, as well as, installing a whole house surge protector, and Chris was assisting on this hugh job. Even though it was time consuming (ten hours) with a need for a lot of attention to detail, they both remained cordial and engaging the entire time. We really appreciate that Jennifer suggested their maintenance service plan. It was during that service plan visit that Corey discovered several burnt wires inside the HVAC unit! To which he was amazed, it had initially checked out as functional and was still working. Our amazement was that God had kept us safe from a potential disastrous fire! We count it as a blessing that of the five vendors I had contacted, Just Better Home Services was the one I chose.

I always know Just Better Homes will take care of any repair. I appreciate the way they work around my busy teaching schedule. They explain each step along the way of each repair. Highly recommend!

As always, Corey was great. Fixed a plumbing issue then went on to do the a/c seasonal maintenance. He explained the service for the coils indoor and outdoor that was needed and performed the outdoor the same day. I always understand what is being done and given reasonable quotes with Just Better Home Services, they are my go to company.
