This company was so great! I had a leak in my garage that had been fixed twice by others with no results. They came out and took care of it quickly and with no hassle. They even gave me a little extra time to pay my full bill as I had to pay a large vet bill for my kitty who got sick at the same time. What company does that? I'll tell you - one that is great and filled with good people. I'd highly recommend them.

I took a chance on a flyer in my mailbox after the major storms earlier this year. American Roofing worked with me to get the information my insurance company needed and installed a great product. Installation took less than a day and the roof looks great.

It is with much relief that I do this review. Having been in the roofing industry many years ago myself, I was aware of the potential problems with getting a new roof done.

We got 9 bids after careful screening of companies based on Google reviews, BBB complaints and word of mouth referrals.

American Roofing and Metal provided the best overall value of passing the quality screening and price provided. In fact, their price was second lowest.

The results are fabulous! The sales experience was flawless with Nick Ayers. They set a date and stuck with it. The crew did the whole house in one day, about 10 hrs and took only a short break one time. My wife walked around the house after they left and found only 1 nail from the entire tear off!

I got up on the roof myself with Jason Smallwood, the project manager and we walked it completely. I was unable to find a single concern.

We have done a complete remodeI of our home and I wish all our experiences could go as well as this did.

Overall great experience working with Brody at American Roofing. My insurance company initially refused to replace my roof after a significant wind and hail damage. Brody helped provide my insurance company with the necessary documentation to make a case for a full replacement. All around, it was a smooth process.

Professional treatment by Brandon and installing crew. No job is too small. It took the crew 3 hours to install the new roof in my home. I would certainly recommend this company.

Replacing a roof is such an investment in your home and you want to get it right. I did a fair amount of research before selecting American Roofing and Metal. I was very satisfied with the results of their work.

Braxton with American Roofing and Metal was able to secure us a full roof replacement when no other company would even try after it was rejected the first time from State Farm. I struggled for months fighting with them myself until I was referred to American Metal and Roofing. Braxton came out within a few days and assured me he would help me get this taken care of. He was thorough with his documentation, called our insurance company daily to hold them accountable, and kept us updated every step of the way. In one month he accomplished what we couldn't in the previous six. Can't say enough good things about this company! Would give them 10 stars if I could!

Shout out to Brandon Cates at American Roofing for getting me a new roof through insurance. I had contractors turn me away with the mention of State Farm, but not Brandon. He walked me through the entire process even after an adjuster rejected the claim. Brandon knew that I had wind damage and kept at it. State Farm ended up sending out a third party who agreed with Brandon on the wind damage and now I have a new roof. Installation went smoothly and they cleaned up every day before leaving. Thank you!!!

They worked to assist with an insurance claim; once funds were available, they were prompt to schedule, arrived early, and took care of business in a very professional and prompt manner. Expectations were explained to me, leaving no room for questions. Even the clean-up was fantastic, not leaving a single nail or piece of old shingle.

We were extremely satisfied with the service. The response time when emailing or texting with questions was great. Dealt mainly with Daniel Harris who was great to work with.

I found them as a whole to be kind people and honest. Along the way they tried their best to explain details and work with me. When mistakes or communication broke down they were quick to remedy all aspects and made sure the job was to my satisfaction. They are a solid company to work with.

They did an outstanding job installing a new premium shingle and standing seam roof. Jason and the crew did an outstanding job communicating each day of the job and left the worksite clean and tidy. I had called American Roofing and metal for a quote on replacing my roof. George came out exactly when he said he would. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The quote was meticulous so there were no surprises when I received the bill. They came when they said and completed the job in the time they had allowed. The crew was amazing. They worked extremely well together. Very hard working and professional also. They cleaned up my place better than it was before they started. They had to come back for about 3 hours the next day to complete. They cleaned up again and had a pile neatly off to the side for pickup of product that was left over. Chris the project manager was very friendly and professional. He answered all our question. The next day he picked up the pile of leftovers and told us to call if there were any issues. This is one of the best companies of any kind I have dealt with. I would highly recommend them. They will not be your cheapest bid but I’m convinced the job will be done right. My roof looks beautiful.

Approximately 3-4 years prior to replacing the roofs of 10 buildings (38 homes), we used American Roofing to maintain our roofs to extend the lifetime of the roofs: gutter cleaning, facia repairs, tile replacements and drone inspections for wind damage, etc. Finally, the time came to replace our roofs and gutters. The HOA Board of Directors received bids from numerous well-established roofers, but ultimately chose American Roofing and Metal. As an HOA having to replace the roofs of 38 residents (10 buildings), we were absolutely delighted with American Roofing on all accounts: inspections, proposals, detailed contract, timely and very professional work ethics, smooth installation process and final inspection review. We would gladly recommend American Roofing and Metal who seemed to bend over backwards to accommodate us both financially and with service. Kudos to Travis Goetz who guided and overlooked the entire process from beginning to end.

American Roofing replaced the roof on our main office building for One Vision Credit Union in Clarksville, Indiana. They provided information about what to expect before they even came out to do the job. Their employees showed up on time and completed the work in just a couple of days. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves and our new roof looks very nice. We would definitely call them again if we needed roof repair work.

From the start American Roofing was easy to work with and very professional. My roof looks phenomenal! I love the way it looks and I am proud to say "that's my house". My metal roof from another installer has had problems after it was installed. American roofing new what to do to make the roof work. Original install had made mistakes. American roofing corrected the mistakes. I feel good that it is now a 50 year metal roof. Will out last my life time. This is why I went with a metal roof in the first place.

I contacted them initially about a possible repair job to a shingle roof, but it turned out I needed more work than I expected. Their estimate was complete and well supported and the price was reasonable. The work was done promptly, and they assigned enough people to the job that I felt they were able to take the care needed and still finish quickly. The final result was beautiful, especially the new vents! Clean-up was superb! I was especially impressed by how well Wes Beams communicated and kept me in the loop, even though I lived out of the area.

I had a leak in my roof shortly after moving into a new house. Every contractor I contacted wouldn't return my calls, didn't want the job or couldn't get to me for another 2-3 months. I contacted American Roofing and Metal (Wes Beams was my contact person) and within a few minutes, we had an appointment for Wes to come out at a time that was convenient for me the next day. Wes was knowledgable and kind. He made a point to be there when my insurance adjuster came out and was always available for any questions I may have. When the crew came to do the work they were fast and effective and completely cleaned their mess afterwards. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Our initial communications with the sales rep were great. We signed a contract for a new roof on the garage and a new flat roof to cover a kitchen addition on the back of our house. Once the project was underway, we discovered that the actual roofing structure was rotted out underneath, so it turned into a much bigger job.

But the job took almost two months in total to complete. Along the way, days (even a week) would go by with no work crew on site, and no updates from the project manager. I felt like we'd been forgotten, or at least deprioritized. I understand the company is very busy, but perhaps they're taking on too many simultaneous contracts.

The quality of the materials used was top notch and the finished roofs look great. But it took several tries -- the work crew left a bunch of stuff lying on the lawn for over a week at one point(tarps, wheelbarrow, ladders, materials), which killed all the grass. Then, once the installation was completed, they left gutters hanging unattached with pieces missing. This took three weeks to get resolved, only after calls and texts to the project manager (our only point of contact). In the meantime, we received an invoice from the company in the mail, before the job had been completed. We're happy with the resulting roof but relieved to be done with this project and with the company.

Wow! American Roofing was great. They patiently answered all of my questions and promptly responded to my emails. Roof replacement was done in one day. They cleaned up afterwards and even cleared vines from my patio. Above and beyond. Everyone I dealt with was professional, polite and helpful. Next time I need roofing services I will be using American Roofing.

American Roofing came when they said they would to do a bid which involved two separate teams -- roof installation on the house and repairs on a carport. When they had supply issues during the roof installation, they communicated often and sent a worker to make sure there were no issues during rain. Due to weather and supply issues, it took longer to complete both jobs. Whenever we called, they were very responsive.
