I want to give a huge "shout out" to Bo Kirby and the Regal Roofing team. Bo was instrumental in assessing, explaining, documenting, overseeing, answering any questions and addressing any needs and concerns we had beginning to end. Bo worked closely with us on assessing our potential roof damage from a recent hailstorm. He took the time to thoroughly assess any potential damage and took photos of all the damage. He subsequently took the time to sit down with us and explain every aspect of the damage. Bo worked very closely with our insurance adjustor. He walked the entire roof with the adjustor to discuss the entire damage. Our claim was approved, and the Regal team were out as soon as the rain allowed. Bo was very active in working directly the installation team from start to finish. Their team arrived at 6:15 AM and worked non-stop the entire day and were completely finished by 8:00 PM. This included a complete clean-up of our property including a nail-sweep of our lawn. The installation team were phenomenal as well. They displayed excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail and customer satisfaction. We are completely satisfied with the entire experience. My wife and I would HIGHLY recommend Bo and the Regal team.

Had a great experience with Regal Roofing. Jake came out promptly to inspect a leak that was causing a long water spot on my ceiling. Within 10 minutes, he identified the issue — a piece of fascia had come loose — and he nailed it back in place right then and there. He didn’t charge me anything for the fix, which was incredibly kind. Super professional, easy to work with, and just an all-around great experience. Highly recommend and will be calling again for any future issues!

The crew he assembled were fast and furious when it comes to installing a new roof on a high pitch A-Frame home. They were professional and polite to me and my wife and made extra effort to ensure the area was clean and free of debris and nails. They completed the major project in one day!! We had Regal Roofing work on our entire roof and they did everything to communicate with our insurance company to approve the claim. There was a bit of a hiccup where some of the shingles installed were a different color, but they were very prompt with fixing the mistake without extra charge. Kudos to them for working in the cold and clean up was done well. Nothing was damaged outside the home.

Jake was great to work with, providing a timely inspection that included plenty of pictures to include in our insurance claim. The process went exactly as he said it would, and we have a new roof less than 2 months later- partially paid for by insurance! The crew worked through frigid temperatures and snow flurries to ensure that that roof was installed on schedule. The finished product looks amazing!

Regal Roofing did a great job on our recent roof replacement. Jacob did a great job walking us through the process and working with our home insurance inspection. Alex was great in helping us pick our next roof. They spent extra time as we debated between two different colors without any pressure. The crew was great and very respectful of the landscaping. Afterwards we had one small cosmetic complaint during the final walkthrough and Jacob was great at getting it fixed within 3 days. We would recommend them to anyone with a roof issue or storm damage.

We recently had Regal Roofing put a new roof on our house. Alex and Alton were extremely professional and the crew that installed our roof was very friendly and knowledgeable. They worked with our insurance company and we had zero issues. They even painted our vent pipes black to match the roof(most roofers just leave them white). I would definitely recommend them.

I didn’t know what to expect, because I have had some really bad experience with contractors and salesmen in the past. Ryan was huge help and he went above and beyond to make sure we knew what to expect and that we were satisfied. He did everything, except install the roof itself.

Ryan was very professional and he made sure the job was done the right way. He made sure we were satisfied with the work, said we could call anytime with any questions or concerns. He managed every aspect of the installation and made sure every inch of our yard and driveway was cleaned, no nails and no debris. He even came back the next day to do an additional sweep for nails, and debris, even though I said we were good.

He even made a follow up call to make sure everything was still good. I hope I don”t need another roof anytime soon, but if I do, I will be calling Ryan.

I have been in development for over 35 years, I have seen my share of subcontractors in every industry, including roofing. However, unwillingly I responded to knock on my door from a young man named Ryan Bennett. He looked so sincere, professional, customer focused, aware of his industry, and his weaknesses and strengths. We talked about 15-20 minutes, and in a secret way I was interviewing him. I was so impressed with his honesty, Sincerity, and knowledge about roofing. Without telling him what I did, I asked him a lot of questions, HE KNEW HIS STUFF. He promised a me turnkey operation, with no hassle, a solid price with no hidden agendas, and personal supervision of installation to assure quality control of the work. He DID all that and more. We were beginning to have some roof leak issues after severe windstorms this past spring and summer. Ryan and his team had completed a job on my neighbors home that looked great and the owner was happy with the work. So when Ryan asked me if I would like an inspection for potential wind damage I was happy for them to have a look. His crew of four checked every inch of our roof. Damage was found and Ryan guided me through the claim and adjuster process in a professional manner.
