I was extremely happy with the work that was done. It was on time, done right and came in as quoted. I will use them next time I have a roof repair.

I appreciated the quick responses efficient communication and excellent job on our property issues. We needed roof repairs new gutters and a play house repaired from hail. They did a wonderful job on clean up also. This company was a blessing to us!

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with John, the manager at Christian Brothers Roofing, and I must say it was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. John's lack of professionalism and incompetence made the entire process a complete nightmare.

First and foremost, John displayed a complete disregard for customer service. He was consistently unresponsive to my inquiries and failed to provide timely updates on the progress of the roofing project. It felt as though he had no respect for my time or concerns. Whenever I tried to communicate my issues or ask for clarification, he brushed me off or provided vague and unhelpful responses.

Furthermore, John's lack of knowledge and expertise in the roofing industry was glaringly obvious. He seemed ill-prepared and unable to answer basic questions about the materials, procedures, and warranties related to the roofing project. It was clear that he lacked the necessary skills and experience to effectively manage such an important undertaking.

In addition to his incompetence, John displayed a complete lack of professionalism throughout our interactions. He was frequently late to scheduled appointments and often arrived without the necessary documents or equipment. His disorganized approach added unnecessary delays and complications to the project, causing further frustration for me as the customer.

To make matters worse, the quality of the work performed by Christian Brothers Roofing was subpar. The finished product fell far short of my expectations, with numerous issues such as leaks and improperly installed shingles. Despite my attempts to address these concerns with John, he failed to take any responsibility or provide a satisfactory resolution. It was clear that he prioritized his own convenience over ensuring customer satisfaction.

Overall, my experience with John, the manager at Christian Brothers Roofing, was nothing short of a nightmare. His lack of professionalism, incompetence, and disregard for customer service made the entire process a highly frustrating and disappointing one. I would strongly advise against working with this company as long as John remains in a managerial position.

Excellent service. I hired Christian Brothers to inspect and repair my roof and siding. They did such an awesome job, I decided to use them for an additional interior construction project. Marvin and his team worked fast, and clean, while delivering a customer service experience that was unlike any other contracting company I have used in the past. Communication was easy, and professional.I was always able to contact my project manager, Bo, without feeling like they were “on the up-sell ” or that I was being pressured to purchase something I did not need. Bottom line: This is a professional outfit, that cares about the customer. Top notch work at a fair and honest price. Trust me, these are the guys you want for your project! 10/10

Adam and his team were extremely professional and expedient. They added a large front glass window to my house. It looks amazing. Totally energy efficient, plus modernizing the house. The job was completed on time and on budget. Clean up was immaculate. I will definitely be using them again for my roofing and outdoor cosmetic and damage repairs. I highly suggest using Christian Brothers. Most roofing and home improvement companies see you as a number, they don’t. They listened to my needs and did exactly what they said they would. Very trustworthy, honest, and helpful. Don’t hesitate to use the company!

Larry and his crew have worked for me on various jobs over the past ten years. At work they replaced the roof on our building. At home they’ve replaced the goiters, did carpentry and repainted the entire house. They always have done excellent work and stood by it if any remedial repairs were required. Thanks

So far as I am concerned Christian Brothers is the only place for roof repair/replacement. I have been working with Larry for years and he is the best of the best. He is just as likely to say its not time yet as you need a new roof. Total honesty and the best possible quality. Thank You

I got three bids for my job and while Christian Brother’s wasn’t the cheapest, their commitment to quality and excellence were worth every single penny. Everyone—and I mean EVERYONE from the office to my sales consultant to the foreman to the installation crew was responsive at all times. I felt they treated my property as if it were their own. My project was large (whole house re-siding with lots of carpentry) but they came in ON TIME and ON BUDGET. The quality control is excellent. They included me on every major decision and kept me informed of everything they were doing. I have no regrets and would recommend this company for any large project be it siding, roofing or carpentry.

Time fly's as they say and I can"t find the paper work so I'll wing it, Approximately a year ago give or take, I asked Christian brothers to replace my roof and as expected, it was a very pleasant experience. I have known Blake and Diane for over 25 years and you cannot find better business owners to deal with. Blake and I got together and within a short time I had a new upgraded roof on my home. His product knowledge and many years in the business made it easy to just let him and his team get it done! I can tell you that the job is super and I can say that after the clean up my yard around my home looks better than it did before the work was done.

These guys are excellent. Quick, polite, great work, and reasonably priced. They helped me out in a big way with a leak/roofing issue with a house I was selling. The issue needed to be resolved quickly to satisfy the buyers, and Blake and his team made it happen. I will definitely use Christian Brothers again.

We had this company come out for an estimate. The estimator was very nice and took his time going over everything. They were not the cheapest estimate we got but decided to use them. What I did not like was the speed in which they went. Took one day. Needless to say the next rain and the sky light leaked. Came out several times and could'nt stop leak. They said it was the skylight itself leaking. Went on the roof myself with a tube of roofing cement and caulked around the skylight underneath the shingles. Problem solved. Now you want to tell me why I had to figure this out. Not the best experience, but they did leave a clean job site.
