Tanner came out to review our insurance assessment. Took time to help me clarify a few questions. Was very pleasant and professional. Always appreciate good and honest people.

I replaced the gutters and downspouts, matching an existing paint color and repairing one section of the gutter. I received two quotes before going with the Gutter Guys. Besides the price difference with the second quote, the salesperson went on the roof and inspected the gutters so I felt better about knowing they knew what they were getting into. The work was done quickly but appears to be done correctly and since we've had some rains afterwards, I feel confident that my gutters are installed correctly. All communication were adequate to get the job done in a timely manner. Overall I was very satisfied.

Selling our home and had a few roof issues and concerns noted on home inspection. Jay responded quickly, resolved the issues during his inspection and answered any areas of concern. If Jay is a reflection the employees of Roof Guys, l would recommend contacting them for any work as we will in the future.

100% recommendation for these guys. I called on a Saturday, when most companies are closed. We had water coming into the house through the roof from a massive rainstorm and thought it was going to cost thousands to repair. They found the issue and repaired it in minutes!!! With no charge. I love doing business with honest and hardworking people. Roof Guys will be the only company I call when dealing with any roof issues in the future.

John and Max were so helpful and professional! I called this morning, and they came out today (same day) to do the repairs. Also, I called 6 other companies this morning, none of which could make it happen for us before tomorrow. Very grateful!

Very fast and great job!
They came in a few days before and dropped a dumpster off for old roof material.
The first day of work they they removed the old roof and replaced it with new shingles and cleaned up all debris and nails in less than 12 hours.
Start to finish was under 12 hours work.
Unbelievable!
Got dumpster the next business day.

I called on Saturday afternoon after finding shingles in my yard. Travis came out the same day. He confirmed wind and hail damage. While waiting for the adjuster I noticed a leak. Again, Travis came out the same day to protect from further damage. He also met with my adjuster and I was quickly scheduled for roof replacement. The install crew was quick and cleaned up better than I had expected. Love my roof. I highly recommend!

Harrison Mc Henry is the best and most honest person I've met in this business. In today's world people like him are unfortunately very rare. Lucky are those who had the privilege to have worked with him and have his expertise. I can't say enough good things about him. A truly genuine and nice man. I can whole heartedly recommended him to anyone needing his expertise on any roof related matters!

I had a guy come out (Travis) on 7/2 to take a look at some soffit areas for an estimate. A never received the estimate, even after reaching out on 7/8 as a reminder. It's 7/15 and still no estimate. Needless to say, won't be using this company or recommending them!

Weve had several estimates and Travis with Roof Guys explained the repair and the finances of the repair we need. I was impressed with the inspection and Travis' ability to articulate where we need to begin with replacing our roof! I know he was honest and knew what he was talking about from previous estimates!!!

Roof Guys did a wonderful job, Harrison stuck with it, & did an excellent job at a time in need! I highly recommend!!

If I were just reviewing the actual work they did, I would give them five stars. But I can’t do that, and this is why:

They kept communicating only with me after we already asked them to direct their messages to my wife.

They tried to change the date and time of the work and then ask us about it afterwards instead of checking first.

The crew they sent stayed up on our roof 2.5 hours after they were supposed to have left for the day. We called someone twice, and it didn’t help. Our infant son got to bed late that night because the noise kept him awake.

When the job was done, we were quoted a price, which we paid. Then, we were told we still owed them a further $500 because they “didn’t have the final notice in front of them.”

Based on the actual construction, they did fine. Based on the way they handled the situation, I wouldn’t recommend them to build a lemonade stand.

Jay was really helpful. Every question I had , he had an answer. It was a very smooth process and felt taken care of 100% of the time!

Contractors were super friendly and communicated well. As soon as I paid, the contractor came out and did the job the very next business day!

They came the next day. Fast service looked over my roof. And pointed out that my problem was the chimney and not my roof. Honest person plus he took the time to remove some seal around the chimney that had rotted out and put new seal. Glad he came out. 100% recommend ROOFGUYS

We are neighbors where the ‘Roof Guys’ replaced a roof. April 5, 2025, I sent receipt as requested by Jon Crawford for a new mailbox to replace the one that the ‘Roof Guys’ trailer damaged. We installed a new mailbox ourselves, therefore, only requested the cost of the mailbox. The truck with trailer was even captured on a neighbor’s camera. It has been over 2 months and Jon nor the office will return my calls. This is no way to run a reputable company.After post, I received the check for cost of the mailbox.

Travis and Kendall were able to come out next day and quickly repaired a roof leak I had. Also did great work a year ago when I had all the gutters knocked off the roof in a bad storm. Also was fixed next day very cheap and with quality work. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

Very happy with our service and results! I called on a Tuesday and they were at our home assessing on Wednesday. Roof guys came in and were honest and thorough telling us where and what needed to be done. They were quick, found, and fixed our leak immediately. Next time I need something they can help with they will be getting a call. Thanks!!!

We had a serious leak into our main bathroom and they were out the day after we called and ended up being able to fix it right then and there. Jay was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!!

I had a great experience with Roof Guys! From my experience they are honest, helpful and not going to sell you on something you don’t need.

We had some loose shingles, which our neighbor pointed out to us since we were oblivious. Arranged for a different company to come out, earliest appointment Monday. Friday before, neighbor sent a picture of the sheet of shingles totally off. Monday guy said sorry…we don’t work on weekends. Called Roof Guys as bad weather was on the way. Jay came out and did an emergency repair. We are impressed and very happy. Next time, we call Roof Guys first!

Roof Guys was a great company to deal with. One of their inspectors and an owner came out the same morning we had the hail storm.

Their inspector worked with us through the entire process to deal with our insurance company, and met at our house with the insurance adjuster.

Our roof was put on in a day. They did a great job with the installation. They even went around with a magnet after the job was over to pick up some nails from the roof tear off.

I would highly recommend Roof Guys and their inspector, Harrison. We have in fact recommended them to other neighbors and family members.

We initially called the Roof Guys for a small roof repair and ended up getting a new roof and siding (for the entire house) thru our insurance). Communication was GREAT throughout the entire process. We can't say enough great things about Jay and his team! As new homeowners, we've unfortunately encountered several issues due to a poor home build — the latest being a roof leak that caused water to collect in the siding of our covered front porch, eventually tripping a breaker inside the house. Caleb was super friendly. I got lucky he was looking at my neighbors roof and was more than happy to come over and check out my issue. He gave me an honest break down of the issue, how it could be resolved and his opinion on how to proceed. I will definitely use him again for my larger projects when those come along.

No work done, but an employee was a total jerk at the Pilot in Simpsonville today (3-27-25)around 4, cut in front of my daughter to get to the pump we were waiting for. He had to go around us and there wasn’t that much room. It wasn’t like we were just in line for the heck of it. It won’t let me post his picture but he was younger and had a mustache and shaggy hair. WHAT A JERK!

Had some water spot on my ceiling called Roof Guys they came out promptly and after inspection determined it was just a nail pop. They sealed and were very honest about the problem. Would highly recommend!

Great experience start to finish. They showed up on a weekend to evaluate my leak and tarp the problem areas. They worked with my insurance company and adjuster to ensure all appropriate documentation was submitted. And they completed our large project efficiently on a windy day and cleaned up everything despite materials blowing all over the place. Nick, Caleb, and the Roof Guys crew did a fantastic job of repairing the gutter/facia board problem on front of our house! The recent snow/ice storm ripped the gutter and facia board from the front of our house. I met with Nick and Caleb to survey the damage and a couple of days later, their crew showed up, and within a couple of hours had replaced the facia board and installed a beautiful new gutter. My wife checked it out and noticed that it seemed higher in the middle than the old gutter. I said, "Yep, that's the way it should be."
I am very happy with my experience with the Roof Guys and I highly recommend them to everyone needing any roof or gutter work. These guys are great!

We had a great experience with calling into the roof guys to have somebody come out and look at our roof, it is getting older and we wanted to make sure there were no missing shingles, they sent out Nicholas and he was very professional! He quoted what it would be to have it repaired and replaced!

I had a minor leak as a result of another company not flashing a valley on my roof correctly. I called the Roof Guys on Monday At 8 AM and they came to the house at 2 o’clock the same day. They inspected two areas where I had roof leaks and determined the flashing was not done correctly by another company. They did a great job of fixing My roof and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs. They are very honest.

I would highly recommend Roof Guys. Tanner submitted the claim with our insurance company. The insurance company denied the full roof replacement and Tanner worked with our insurance and was able to get the full roof replaced.

Jon, who leads the team, was kind, thoughtful, patient, and so helpful helping me pick out shingles, discussing issues found on the roof, and sending photos to document problematic areas. The Roof Guys recently replaced our entire roof. They did an amazing job. They started on Thursday afternoon removing the old roof and started back on Friday morning. They finished the entire job on Friday afternoon. The work crew was very efficient and cleaned everything up and picked up all nails before they left. This was an insurance claim. Jon, the owner, stepped us through the whole insurance process and worked with our adjuster to get the claim approved. I highly recommend this company. I have nothing but high praises to say about them.
