Archway did a great job replacing our roof. They confirmed the wind damage order the materials, and scheduled the job. They came and all went well. Hard workers and honest. Refreshing these days!

Chris and his crew have worked tirelessly to fix our leaks on a metal roof that is 38 years old. We bought a home a year ago and have had 4 leaks. He was the ONLY company to come (out of over 10!) and not just sell me a new roof. They asked what we really hoped to have accomplished and they delivered! We had our soffits wrapped as well as new caps placed around chimney and pipes. Eliazar is absolutely incredible! He was able to help pinpoint EXACTLY where the problems were. Chris was available to answer any and all questions and concerns we had and sent the guys out the same day when had a spot that was missed. I cannot recommend this company enough! They are honest, hard working and stand behind their word! If the day comes when are metal roof needs a full replacement, we will look no where else! It's Archway Roofing for us!!!

Unfortunately we did not have the best experience with this company..

They were assigned as a vendor through our landlord and I called to confirm they had my contact information and attempted to schedule. The woman I spoke to was very polite and advised the person who schedules projects was out of town the week I called but they would touch base the following week. 2 weeks passed and we heard nothing. We find out from a friend while on vacation they showed up with no notice to do the roof. We can see them knocking on the door on our cameras but no call was made to touch base with us. There was debris and nails left all over our patio, our driveway and on my husbands truck. On the 2nd day they finished around 8:30 PM but didn’t take the trailer and then came back around 11:30PM to pick it up. They moved all patio furniture, flower pots, fire pit and our pool to the middle of our backyard and left it there instead of moving it back where it was when they got there. $30 worth of plants and flowers were flattened in my flower bed near our porch and we can see on the security cameras on our house they just trampled with with no attempt to walk around. There’s nothing like coming home from a long road trip to have to clean up the exterior of your property that was clean when you left.

5 stars only cuz 2 guys who unload me were awesome. Be aware they just have a forklift. NO DOCK, NO UNLOADING RAMP and yes - they don't have a pallet jack . (there was no request for one on BOL)

Archway replaced the gutters on my home and did excellent work. Thank you to Chris Thompson and his work crew who were fast and courteous.

The workers who installed the new roof were a hard-working crew. They corrected all roof problems lurking under the old roofing on our old house and installed a new roof with all protections against future roof problems.
