Our experience with Archway Roofing turned out not to be the best. The company was hired via our rental company to replace our gutters. The process seemed to be elongated and I ended up speaking with a very polite woman on the phone who informed me that due to scheduling and workload that it would be at least 2 weeks before we heard anything. Though it took a bit longer someone was finally able to come out and inspect to give a recommendation on what to do. After that we had to wait several more weeks (and make another call) before someone actually came out to do the work. When they arrived it was without the notice I was told we would receive (which was needed due to the noise of construction and I work from home with several ‘off mute’ meetings).
Though the process was a tad frustrating it was the state that the property was left in that was most upsetting. Several rusty nails were left along the deck, including right outside our back door. My daughter even stepped on one when exiting but luckily it did not pierce fully through her shoe. Metal shavings were left along the deck and railings, pieces of aluminum in the garden bed, and my deck furniture was left in disarray.

Archway’s crew replaced my roof in one day. They stayed until it was finished and left everything clean and tidy. I have a lot of landscaping around my house and they were very mindful of that. None of the shrubs or flowers were damaged. Alex was very communicative and also really helpful dealing directly with the insurance adjuster. Highly recommend. A++
Alex is great! He helped me through the process working with the insurance company and always there to answers questions or supply me with what my insurance company needed! Very knowledgeable on the process! The crew was prompt, courteous and worked nonstop until the job was completed. They were also very thorough on cleaning up the debris from old roof nails etc. I would highly recommend them for all your roofing needs!
