I bought a car from Lebanon premising motors it was a lemon I gave them 10k cash and Kasey the general manager told me he doesn’t have a crystal ball and he won’t spend months fixing it. Before purchasing I told them I needed a realible vehicle for my wife and my 2 new born baby’s shortly after leaving it left me stranded on highway throwing a bunch of codes left in limp mode and they still refuse to fix the issue. I don’t recommend them as they are just like the other scammer car lots who just want your hard earned dollars. Clearly this company is just money hungry and don’t care about there customers.

I will start by saying, this was easily the BEST experience that me and my wife have ever had buying a vehicle and we have bought more than a couple in our years! Here is how it went down. I was wanting to trade in my current pickup on a new GMC. I was first dealing with Jered over the phone on a Monday evening regarding the deal that I wanted to see happen. He made it so easy; I told him what I wanted out of my trade in and the amount we would like our payments to be at. He made it happen, and the only way he could do this was by coming way way down on the price of the new AT4X. When a dealership believes in making customers for life and Not trying to get every penny out of every sale, you know you have found a dealership that has their customer service and sales team model in check!
Jered asked me if I wanted to; my wife and I could head to the dealership, meet up with Erick and finish the deal. Now this was at 6:30 pm and we first both thought, ugg this is usually long process. But I was excited obviously, so we went there. We were greeted by Erick and he got right to work with a wonderful personality and understanding of wanting us to get home quickly with our new pickup.

During the purchase process buying a truck, I met with several members of staff. They all made us feel at home. The staff was very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I did call in advance and let Mark, the salesman I worked with, know which vehicle I was interested in. He made sure it was ready for me when I got there, which was nice, since the truck was delivered that morning. I recommend giving them a look if you are in the market for a vehicle.

This review is being written by Zac West, no google account for myself. I recently purchased a truck from the team at Primasing. It was honestly the easiest and most pleasant vehicle purchase I have made yet. I flew in from out of state to buy from them for a few reasons. Their pricing in the truck was by far better than anywhere in my home state or other dealers in Oregon. Not only was the truck priced great but they gave me a great price on an extended warranty which I generally am not a fan of purchasing due to how much dealers tend to increase the prices on them. Also a great deal on ceramic coating which I normally wouldn’t buy from a dealer but at that price I couldn’t pass it up and they did a really good job with it, my paint is nice and slick to repel contaminants. They also arranged a ride from another town when I flew in. Sarah from sales actually took the time to drive about 35-40 minutes one way to pick me up and haul me back to complete the transaction. She kept me up to date with photos, videos and getting the truck prepped for my delivery. Kim the office manager was awesome and up front out of the gate. She was very helpful and answered a lot of my questions for a few weeks before I could arrange the transaction and pick up of the truck. Great communication all around. Casey the general manager and owner was a pleasure to talk to when I first inquired on the truck. No one was pushy or pressuring me. Truly a very easy and pleasant car buying experience from start to finish. I have made quite a few vehicle purchases from many places and I appreciate the kind of car buying experience I just had with this team.

Their service department is top notch. Everytime I have needed service they’ve accommodated me rapidly, provided courtesy shuttle and have always been fair priced. The only dealership I bring my truck to.

They sold me a car that was in a wreak and didn’t tell me they wouldn’t help me they said they told me why in the hell Would I buy a 30,000 car that was in a wreak payments that where already outrageous I was trying to trade my car for a bigger one cause family growing I found out by another dealership that told me that it was in a wreak I called them to tell them and they said oh the car fax takes awhile to go threw with anything I will never go back they screwd me over my car is only worth 5 and sold it to me for 30,000 so if u go there make sure all there facts are straight and really look into the car u are buying thanks think u guys should get me into something else but you won’t and scary not knowing what else u guys lied about

These people get it, my time is valuable and so is theirs. Sarah was extremely polite, and professional. I explained what I wanted and they got the deal done in less than one hour, including the test drive. If you are shopping for a GM, or Chevy product, these people are fair, polite, and easy to deal with. I will buy many more vehicles from them. Family owned and they treat you that way, and they offer a free a 12 month warranty on a used vehicle..... Can't beat that............

I am very happy and pleased with my experience with the service department. Josh, Matthew and the mechanics went the extra mile to help resolve the tricky problem with my truck. I paid for the initial problem but it wasn't that easy to resolve. I kept taking it back until the problem was fixed with no extra charges to me. I will not take my vehicle to anyone else going forward. I love these guys.

While on our way to the Oregon coast from Montana our power steering went out. Luckily we were only 3 or 4 miles from this dealership. Shortly after we pulled in the Parts man came out and diagnosed potential issues and gave us several options. We opted for the easiest; a new battery. Trevor installed it for us and the issue cleared. Everyone we met was super friendly and professional. We would highly recommend this dealership team to anyone.

I absolutely recommend working with this dealership! I saw a truck online that they were selling so made the drive over to check it out. Brayden had the truck ready for me to test drive and was so great to communicate with. He showed me all the other trucks they had on their lot that I might be interested in too and most importantly, he never tried to up sale me on something I couldn’t afford like so many of the other dealerships did. I just bought my third Silverado at Primasing Motors in Lebanon. If you need a new truck I recommend that you talk to Brayden Childress on the sales staff. He will work hard to get you the best deal possible. I was really pleased with the trade in value for my 2018 2500 duramax and the final price on a 2024 3500 duramax.

Just purchased a 2017 GMC Sierra 3500 from Steffen. First thing buying experience was awesome everything I looked at was nice and not trashed, price was great I didn’t even feel a need to try talking them down due to the price is already fair. I test drove the truck and saw it before it even went into the shop, fast forward a few days and picked up the truck nice and clean, all ready to go. After about 100 miles of driving it in the first day the check engine light came on. I text Steffen gave him a heads up, took it back and was instantly greeted by Steffen, grabbed the service manager and scanned the code to find out a sensor went out. They instantly replace the sensor and sent me on my way. Great service great experience I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle! Thanks Jared, Steffen and everyone else! I will be back for the next!

Clear communication between staff and customer. Mechanic answered my questions clearly (not easy to do when the customer is as mechanically illiterate as myself) Upfront about costs and expectations. Complimentary car wash was included.
Only thing I would change is a bigger customer parking lot :)

I will never go back they told me that they would talk to the bank when they didn’t and never been to a place that the sales guy is the finance guy too lots of red flags and took them over two weeks to do the deal and I had to call them when I wanted a update not good service at all .

I purchased my Buick enclave here a few years back and had the BEST experience, but this review is for their service department. I did not have an appointment and called to see if they could take me in right away. Not only were they accommodating, but every staff member is very kind and helpful. I felt very taken care of and they did not try to and sell me on anything I did not need like other places I have been. I will only be getting my car serviced here from now on.

This was the most wonderful car shopping experience in my life! Not only was every single person who assisted me very kind and very helpful, they all went out of their way, and above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get financed for the vehicle I wanted. They all even stayed after hours so that I could get my kids put to bed and come back to be able to sign the paperwork and get everything finalized that night since I was going on a trip the next day.
