Friendly and courteous employees who quickly were able to help us with all our questions and assist us with finding the items we were looking for.

Everyone is very helpful and always friendly. The store is clean, and they have a little bit of everything at affordable prices.

This review is in reference to the garden center, which is always a pleasure to visit. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help me find what I need even if it’s not something they have in stock. I was excited to be directed to other small local nurseries that I have not had a chance to visit, and it’s awesome to see business supporting each other! I have visited several times for some niche horticulture needs and the very kind and attentive staff went above and beyond each time to help. Thanks so much!

Paint dept person was a bit under pressure with large volume of customers at one time. He called for help but it took a while. He was friendly and helpful through it all and multitasked well to try to get through the crowd as quickly as possible! Good job!

Summit has everything one would need for new builds, home improvement and most DIY projects. There's nice, helpful, friendly people working there and everything is easy to find.

This is the sister store behind the original ACE that faces Tangent St. I found this store to be warm, welcoming, bright, and clean. Ultimately I didn't purchase anything, I didn't find exactly what I was looking for, but the prices seemed to be slightly higher from, say, Wal*mart or Bi-Mart. I think Wilco would be the comparable store here. Regardless, I shall return when I progress further on my yard projects. It's good to have options!

I've known this business with a different name,but 40years as a local lumber yard and now known as summit/ace this crew working there will bend over backwards to see that you get what you need.

I needed to reroof my house. I could have never done it without their help and knowledge. I am so thankful for their kindness.

My wife and I drove here from Corvallis, about 20 miles away, to pick up a specialty item that they had in stock (and the local big box hardware stores did not). It was a revelation! This store is incredibly well-stocked, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and the prices are very competitive. The garden center in particular is amazing!

Enjoy the customer service at this location. We’ve also purchased Stihl products and appreciate being able to have our tools serviced here.

The staff is always helpful and gives advice and tool options when needing advice on new projects. I've never had as much help from other places as these guys do. Usually always have what I need so that's a plus. Beats driving out to Albany when you live in Lebanon

Emily in the paint department helped me over the phone. She definitely went out of her way to help me out! I was so very impressed with her....watch out I may be stealing this employee customer service was perfect!

This is a business that still cares and shines in customer service! The whole team is knowledgeable in products, helpful and friendly. We have a great experience every time.

Refuses to honor the lifetime warranty on Craftsman tools because they had some rust on them.
*** Despite the fact that the website says the warranty covers product failures for ANY REASON, with no exception.
It says just return the product to any stocking retailer and redeem them for another..
I even showed the dude where it says that on the website and pointed out that they ARE a stocking retailer. He still refused to honor the warranty.
Will def be directing my business elsewhere, at least someplace the employee's can read and understand the obligations they have to their customers, that are imposed by their suppliers.

Update: I emailed customer service @ Craftsman and sent them pictures of the tools I had and they sent me brand new replacements, with free shipping!!!

Lifetime Warranty means...

Fast, friendly and very knowledgeable. I originally went into the wrong building, they pointed me to the right location. As soon as I had the stuff I needed ordered, they helped me get it loaded then I was on my way back to work again.

Came in for a new chainsaw blade. Left with a new favorite Ace! Cannot recommend enough. Super friendly staff and quick service. Will definitely be back!

Went to get some interior paint for the house. The staff was very informative and helpful. I even brought a gallon back so they could retint it so I could use in a different room.
They have a great paint service area with everything you need in one place. You might find a cheaper price somewhere else but you can get all right here at Ace. No long walks into other big chain stores and standing in line forever. Just in and out. It's worth paying just a little more and not skimping on cheap paint. They have good sales too. Sign up for their Ace rewards program too. Definitely recommend going here!

Certainly not the best price. Staff very helpful & they sell quality products, with a good return policy!

Super helpful knowledgeable staff. The gentleman that helped us actually had the exact project we did with the same snags, and he advised us we'll to painlessly finish our project.

The new garden side is lovely, but the old "Ace' side is "home". I love what they have done with the place

Here from out of town and needed a few things from a hardware store. Summit Ace had everything I needed and incredibly helpful and friendly staff. I am so glad to know that places like this still exist.

I've been using this store for nearly 3 yrs now and I can say it's hands down a better experience than anywhere else. Friendly, informed staff in a well-organized and clean store.

Local hardware store. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Store is well supplied with whatever I need and it's close by when I need something in a pinch. Good selection of tools, they sell lumber and landscaping supplies. The garden center is a plus.

I really appreciated how willing they are to help you. They even brought my things out the car. The workers are very respectful. Their plants are really nice and healthy.

It's still a pleasure to go to your local hardware store. Very personable and willing to help with your needs.

Vibe is low key compared to Home Depot and Lowe’s. Emily also Rocks! Donna always treats me amazing in the garden section.
