It's great to find a retail establishment that still offers amazing customer service. My wife and I recently purchased a new Husqvarna riding mower from this store. We had some issues with assembly and Will and Chris went out of their way to make our issues go away. Thank you both for giving your time and attention to solve these issues and to provide the type of customer service that is deserving of all people.

I needed an all brass water hose nozzle and Busy Beaver was the only place that had them in stock. Great price too.

I always find what I need. Prices may be a wee bit higher than other options, but it's so worth it to get better quality and in / out much faster.

Picked up my order and grabbed some other thing without any hassels the way I like it ,in and out quickly

This store is extremely clean and bright They carried what I was looking for and all the shelves were full.

Fair hardware store, decent lumber yard. Not the very best at either, but convenient, friendly, and good enough. I plan to go there often.

This Busy Beaver is honestly a joke to try to shop at. I’ve been in the store probably 15 times within the past few months and there is consistently 1 poor girl working register with a line of 20 people leading all the way to the back of the store. You’d think after weeks of seeing this pattern that management would hire more help. Especially on a Saturday morning. We walked in, saw the line to the back of the store and walked straight out. And we were not the only ones. Management couldn’t be found anywhere to help. Will be making the extra 15 minute drive to Lowe’s in Steubenville from now on. It’s worth it to not have to deal with this store. Don’t even waste your time trying to shop here. You find what you need in 5 minutes and then sit in line for 30 minutes just to check out.

This is a really nice multi purpose store. Have a little of everything and the associates are knowledgeable and friendly.

Lumber prices are going down. And big sale on screws. Great people been going there for years. Always help full. And they price match. If you find it cheaper.

We were there a few days ago looking for paint for our sons room and there were two other people in the paint isle ...the manager came to the paint station to mix our paint and we walked by the mixing machine as did one of the other customers..at that time the machine kicked on ..no one touched it..the manager was trying to accuse one of the 4 of us of messing with the buttons on the machine...no one touched the machine everyone was trying to pick out paint.A few days later my mother in law and I go so she can get paint ....when she got to the counter apparently the worker picked out $40.00 paint and mixed it ..the cashier said she could return it within so many days ...so she decided on a different color and bought it elsewhere..so my husband and i take paint and reciept in to return the paint...they call the manager (same manager that was accusing people rudely of touching the paint machine).i start by explaining the shorter end of the story..that my mother in law did not want the paint color could we return it...He says we dont return mixed paint .(but there is a miss tint cart in the paint section that they sell miss tint paint from)..he says is there somthing wrong with the paint i said no she doesnt want it...so my husband starts telling the guy about the price situation also..so then he said to me so your lyeing then its a price problem..and my husband said dont call my wife a liar ..there is a color and price problem...so he said well we dont return mixed paint but we will do it this time...now i brought my husband because i wanted him to see a few things i had my eye on for remodeling our home...honestly i have no desire to go buy another thing there...thats the second time the manager has been beyond ignorant and mean ...

Folks were very helpful. Found items that I haven't seen in other stores that I frequent. Haven't been to Busy Beaver in years but I'll be going back.

We love this place! The service is always great. The staff is always helpful. We always get a great buy on clothes!

I needed to replace a non worki g commode a d wanted a good replacement at a good price. Busy Beaver had both in stock and at a great price. The best part however was the superior service i was given both pre and post sale. I was unsure of the best toilet to purchase as it was to be for an handicapped person. The sales person showwd me the best choices and explained their benefits. He the carried the box to the counter and then to my car. All without me asking for any help. If you are looking for a good hardware store with great service. This is the best place i know
