This company is amazing! When we choose to buy a bigger home, we had a lot of concern about the older home in our neighborhood. Mandy is one stop shopping. She can do the inspection, mold test and everything in-between. Easiest call we ever made!
What a great experience. The inspector was very prompt in responding to my request and was able to provide all the information I needed before beginning. The inspector was very friendly and provided a thorough inspection with a lot of information throughout the process. The report provided went into a lot more detail and gave pictures. No problem was too small to point out which is greatly appreciated. This ensures I know exactly what I am buying and makes the process a lot less scary. Thanks so much.
