Our service with Electric O was fantastic!! We had a new service done on our house, along with a diagnosis for lighting on our breezeway that hasn't worked for years. Dave and his crew were quick, professional, friendly, responsive and always on time. Highly recommend them for any of your electrical needs!!

Electric O provided a phenomenal service on three separate occasions at two locations that required State and Mon Power Inspections without fail. Our personal residence included exterior pole/meter/200 Amp panel replacement. The 2nd & 3rd occasions occurred at a new steel building that required a new service line from the pole to interior building. In addition to installing a 200-amp Service panel and a dedicated garage door opener outlet 19' high. The 3rd visit included installation of 6 ceiling lights installed with two 3-way switches at two entry ways on a 3,000 sq ft building with lighting requirements designed by Dave and his team.
The Products, services, and professionalism displayed by his team are the reason we keep calling them back! Enough can't be said for the quality service you receive for the price you pay.

Called and made an appointment and they never showed. I gave them some grace and called again, accepted their apology and rescheduled...didn't show again. Linda,who took my call twice was friendly.

I called another company. They actually showed up, fixed my problem (from the previous homeowner) and got paid. They even offered to swing by and test my outlets that I plan on swapping out. Good customer relations starts with just showing up...pretty simple.

The entire team at Electric O are fantastic! When I contacted them for a project, they quickly scheduled a visit to provide the estimate and then had the work completed within only a couple of days. The individuals that worked in my home were respectful, pleasant, and very professional. The project was completed exactly as discussed and the work was of great quality. Additionally, the costs for the services were very reasonable. Once the project was completed, I was contacted to ensure that I was satisfied with the work and that all was in order. Had the outside meter and new electrical box replaced they were very professional and went above and beyond making sure everything was working properly I would highly recommend them if you need work done

As any homeowner may expect you run into some complications over the years. We have called Electric O for a couple projects now. Always 5 Stars 10 out of 10 service. They have a great operation and the owner Dave is a great guy who seems to be very hands on with the projects. We had an issue with one light getting low voltage numbers, had some family and friends who had experience come take a look and say it was a difficult task with the old wiring in the house and the location. The Electric O team showed up promptly on time and had the issue resolved in 2 hours on the dot. Highly recommended.

More than fair. Dave made time during the holidays. He had the answer within 5 minutes of a quick troubleshoot. Can’t beat the customer service and professionalism.

My wife and I recently moved back to the area and bought a house built in the 1950’s. Although previous owners kept it in good condition and upgraded various parts, the electrical piece needed serious attention. We had Electric O move the line from the street to a more safe part of the house, added a whole house surge protector, redo the main breaker box from 100 amps to 200 amps, as well as change out all of our wall switches and outlets. They also added a couple of outlets inside and outside. It was a huge job and the crews that came through were kind, motivated, and knowledgeable. They completed the job over the course of a few weeks and Dave was in contact with us every step of the way. Even the inspector that had to check some of the work commented on how great of a company this is. Please consider giving Dave and the guys a chance to earn your business. You won’t regret it!

Dave and his team are awesome. Professional, stellar group of guys who quickly took care of my family in an emergency situation. These guys have a busy schedule, to be expected with quality work, but they were still very patient, kind and accommodating. Dave truly cares about his customers and it shows. Dave and his crew are very professional and work hard. They will not stop until the job is completed to the highest standards! Dave is also the nicest guy and even got a follow up call asking if everything was working properly. I had Electric O run external electrical outlets for security cameras (second floor level) and install 3 LED spotlights on top of my roof. His team showed up on time and did a magnificent job! The workers are professionals and they have top-notch equipment. I give them the highest recommendation possible. I am very pleased and will call on them for all my electrical needs.

A couple of years ago we had our basement refinished and the electrical work was so poorly done it could have caused a fire. Dave from Electric O came and corrected all of the problems and brought everything up to code. I would highly recommend Electric O for any electrical work.

I recently had electrical work done at my home. Dave and his crew was extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional. I had another electric company send thru home advisor. After 3 visits and 8 hours my electrical problem, was not fixed. My mistake was using home advisor and not using a local electrician. Honestly at first, my problem was a concern, but unlike the other company, giving up after 8 hours, Dave and his technician put there heads together and solved my problem . I felt extremely confident and comfortable with his quality of work, and , expertise, I hired his company to put in a new circuit breaker box.,after my first experience.went extremely well.With the piece of mind, of the work done, I sleep better knowing I'm safe, and a job well done. Sure I can for sure justify giving 5 stars, But in my opinion there isn't enough stars in the sky for dave and his wonderful company. All the work was explained in " layman " terms for me to understand. There is alot of electrical companies to choose from A to Z , so do yourself a favor chose "E" for electric O, you will not be disappointed.

Dave is very professional and did a fabulous job on my kitchen remodel. He put in 9 can lights and changed out all the receptacles and placed over cabinet lighting. Exceptional job!

We had an emergency. Lightning struck a tree that ripped all the electrical off our house. David And his crew were there same day and fixed everything within 24 hours. Dave and his team have been rewiring a totally gutted house for us. They have done a fantastic job, are respectful of our property, and very punctual. I highly recommend them, and will be using them for any future electrical work we need done.

He did such a good job on my kitchen light, that I had him come back and do some outside work. He ran power to my pavilion and put in outlets and a fan. He removed the old flood lights and put in new ones. He replaced some old outlets and removed all the old wirering around the house. I defiantly recommend him for any electrical issues you have.
