Busy Beaver - Moundsville, WV

I went in to the Moundsville Busy Beaver to look at my choices for a new faucet. Amy the GM, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the faucets. She also made sure I got everything I needed to get my project complete. Everyone there was friendly. I will be returning in the near future.

That place is way over priced it’s a joke no wonder I never see anyone there shopping.
$34 For a dog collar. When you can get the same one at tractor supply for $12.
A 220 plug with No cord just the male end. Busy Beaver is selling it for $58.99 At Walmart same thing $9.99.
That store is definitely not busy at all

I shop Busy Beaver on a regular basis! Prices aren't bad and the service is very good. Rebecca is always upbeat and friendly and always willing to help, as well as the other store associates.

The place to go! Great service from Rebecca, John, and Amy. They know where everything is in the store. Prices are great, and sales every week. Everyone there is a great help.

Great experience again with John Freshwater!! He’s are go to person! Called, ordered, paid for it and he had it ready when we got to the store. Him & Bill loaded it right up for us. John’s always on his game & great service. Great team work !!

John, Amy, and Matt and most of the other employees are always really helpful when my father and I come in often because of the great deals, decent stock and the friendly and helpful employees down here, highly recommend shopping here.

The lady manager Amy is very good and uses common sense I have had to deal with her twice and both times she amazed me with her efficiency. I returned an unopened plumbing part a week passed the grace period. Most managers will look at the receipt then look at you then look at the part then call for a price check and on and on ..even taking a smoke break while I'm standing there not this lady. She come up looked at the receipt looked at me and said we will have to give you a store credit..i said perfect..end of story She is a gem..busy beaver ..Keep her!!..so now it's may 2025 and I'm heading to busy beaver for a small piece of pipe for the pressure switch on my well. I don't even know if they carry something like this. I asked a guy i found out his name is Dale,just point me in the direction of parts for water wells. I tried explaining what I needed and this guy turns out to be an encyclopedia of knowledge..he also has a well. Needless to say thanks to Dale I left there knowing more about my system than when I went in.. also a pat on the back to assistant manager? Jason?I thank him for his help on some painting advice he gave me a few weeks ago Been a long time since I been in a store where everyone puts the customer first..5 stars in my book Thanks everyone much appreciated!!

Busy beaver is a good improvement store for a budget if you need something they usually have it for s decent price

Even though they did not have what I was looking for, an employee went out of his way to look over every inch of the store and even looked up to see if they carried what I was looking for. Even though I walked out without a purchase, that is the kind of service that sets apart great stores from ordinary stores. The amount of attention the employee showed for what I was looking for I've never seen in a store. Highly recommend this place.

I was checking out and an employee walked behind me. He yelled "Heil H!tler" followed by "Me!n Kampf" followed by "Ghengis Khan" - and I (female of color who was alone) proceeded to be infuriated at the boisterous laughter from all 5 of the employees in the general vicinity. This is not acceptable as it was screamed throughout the front of the store.

Great place to buy stuff shells are always stock fool the people work there can't help you enough very polite and considerate Busy Beavers one of my top choices

David ( the sales person) was very helpful in the decision making process for what my project was. Every time I go in there everybody is very helpful and informative.

I am always treated with respect at the Moundsville, WV Beaver!!! I'm an old woman, on my own, and they are patient and helpful each time I go in perplexed!!! They get 10 out of 10 from me!!
