Brisco Roofing company is fantastic! They did such a good job fixing my roof. I was impressed by their efforts to make sure everything was done correctly. They are the best around!

These guys are great! From the estimate to the clean-up, we couldn't have asked for a more honest crew. They made this process easy and flawless. The foreman communicated with us each step of the way. We felt at ease leaving while they were working. We had two other contractors come out gave us estimates one stated we had extensive mold in our attic and showed us pics ( we already were in the attic, there was no black mold, so those pics were frauds) these guys said they didn't find any mold. They have several styles and colors to choose from. They even fixed our roof vents that were off the mark when the house was built and fixed the wiring on two vents that were vented into one. Can't go wrong with these guys. We have had two other neighbors who have used them and another neighbor is getting their roof done by them soon. Highly recommend this company.

Zero complaints, loved Brisco from start to finish. You should call them, they show you can get a great roof, great service, without emptying your bank account.

We knew we were going to eventually need a new roof and of course we found a leak mid-winter. We talked with a number of roofing companies - ones either we or friends had worked with before - and it came down to the very first folks we talked with, when we were looking at buying this house.

Because we had a leak, they bumped us higher in the "when the weather is good enough" queue, watched the weather carefully and got it done in a remarkable 3 1/2 days, and that's including addition of a skylight, a solar tube, replacing all the exhaust and adding new intake vents. Oh, and replacing 28 sheets of plywood, because the roof was more leaky that we'd realized (you can see the moist plywood in the photo). And we had 41 squares for our roof - it's lower pitch, but it's *big*.

They also determined that the 2nd skylight we'd hoped to add in would not work b/c of the framing there, the skylight would have cut into some structural members. We talked out alternatives, and in the end decided we'd go with the one skylight we could get in and they were super supportive while we explored options.

Great communication with the crew and the office answering questions, excellent follow up, transparent pricing (can you believe that some companies don't include the 8.5% tax in their bid, which makes their price seem more competative. Brisco made sure the tax was spelled out up front, which I really appreciated). They made sure we had the warranty information and final invoice printed out at the end, too.

I feel like we got great value for our money. Thank you Brisco, I'm so glad we found you!

(they don't do the drywall for the skylight, so no picture of that available yet as the skylight is doing a great job of lighting the attic right now, but no lightwell yet into the room below)

Other than a delay due to the weather, the repairs at two of our units went well. Work was done professionally and Robert explained the problems and what he will do to correct the water leaks to the roof areas. Thank you.

I would have given 5 stars as I'm overall pleased with the work so far but I had to wait quite a while for the crew to arrive as the window of time I was given was 9-10am and they showed up at 1.30pm. Also there was a some issue with the repair and they had to visit a 2nd time to make it thorough which I appreciated. Over all pleased with the work.

We were very happy with the work of the Brisco folks! There was no upselling: they gave us a straightforward bid that was a lot more affordable than the other bids we took, and their work was quick, professional, and high quality. I would definitely go with them again!

Briscoe is a great company to deal with. David, the estimator, was fair and transparent. Compared to other roofing companies that I got bids from, he did not oversell. There were no extras that he tried to pad the bid with.

The crew that did the job was friendly and was comprised of very experienced roofers. They seemed to really care about the quality of their work and it showed. They found a couple of places where board replacement was needed and fixed the problem. The extra charge was under $200, more than fair.

Overall, I would highly recommend Briscoe. Every aspect of their service was exceptional. Replacing a roof is never a wonderful experience. It is expensive and disruptive no matter who does it. However, Briscoe was a pleasure to deal with--trustworthy, fair and committed to quality.

It says a lot about a company that guarantees their product and workmanship, when 4 years later, you can give them 5 stars. During a home inspection when selling my house, the buyer’s inspector commented on a part of the roof that could be better sealed. Mind you, I’ve never had an issue with the roof since installation.

However, when I called Brisco, they came out within a few days, and they did the work a few days later after they took a look. No criticism of the inspector. They just got it done so I could sell my house. Also, they were busy but they said that the customers under warranty were priority. Which given, they fully honored the warranty and there wasn’t a fee, I have to admire their integrity. I think they have their priorities straight! Really recommend highly and would use them again whenever I need a new roof or need one fixed.

My wife and I were extremely happy with the job performance from Brisco Roofing. From the first day they arrived to do an estimate on cleaning the moss off our roof and securing our gutters to today when they completed the job, we were sold on both the professionalism and performance of the Brisco team. They were efficient in completing the jobs and cleaned up all the debris from the gutter cleaning and moss. They hauled off at least 6 full garbage bags! Talk about service! If any of you folks are having doubt about this company, no need! Call them up, get an estimate, and see how you feel about their dedication to the job. We will definately be using Brisco again AND referring to our friends and neighbors. Great job guys!

I was very impressed with Brisco Roofing from the time I first contacted them to request an estimate for the replacement of my roof through the final inpection once the job had been completed. No high pressure tactics, they simply allow their work to speak for itself. a solar attic fan installed. We called Brisco roofing on the recommendation of our home inspector. David immediately
reached out and did an inspection and concluded that a solar
attic fan will resolved our moisture problem. We received his

We had a vacation planned but didn’t want roof done while we were gone, they put us on the list and worked dates out with us. The work team showed up on predetermined hour daily and maintained good work ethics. Some of the hardest workers I’ve seen. I’d recommend them to anyone.

We really enjoyed having this company do ventilation work on our older home we just purchased. They were really quick, installing so many vents, and they paid attention to detail (even found an attic room we weren't aware of). They were communatitve, easy to deal with, and they stuck to their bid to the cent!! Fantastic! Would recommend!

Brisco Roofing office staff was very helpful, listened to me and addressed my roof vent problem with the roofing staff. The roofing staff was able to come the next day and called me right away when they discovered squirrels in my attic. They replaced plastic roof vents with metal roofs so the squirrels won't chew through them. They were responsive, professional, friendly and I would highly recommend them!

I had multiple roofing companies tell me that I needed to get a new roof. However, after David at Brisco climbed up on my roof to inspect it, he told me I still had a couple years before I needed to replace it. Brisco was fantastic. Got quotes from other roofing companies who wanted 18k to replace my roof. Brisco said that it did not need to be replaced and only needed some minor repairs. they came out the next day and did a great job. I cant say enough about their honesty and integrity.

Within the last year, I have hired Brisco Roofing to replace the roof on my own home and 2 rental houses. They offer fair prices, great communication, and excellent workmanship. They actually listen to what you want and make good suggestions and then do what they say they will do. I have called Dave several times to come out when I have had to have vents installed through the roof and he has always been then exactly when I have needed him to be to help out at no additional charge. I appreciate Brisco's friendly and helpful office staff, also. I have recommended their services to several of my friends and acquaintances.

Brisco Roofing replaced our roof caps and were honest with us about the condition of our roof. I had talked to several other roofers who gave us very different opinions about the condition of our roof: One said it needed replacing immediately and another said it could last another 10-15 years!! But Brisco gave us what I believe is an honest assessment of how many years it has left--and why. They also did the work on the roof caps at a reasonable rate.

Did a great job on my roof but after 4 years I started having nails come through the over hangs. I called them and they took care of it at no charge. They clipped the nails and repainted. I was extremely impressed to there standing up for there workmanship.

I called 3 places to get quotes for a roof and skylight replacement. I went with Brisco because of their good pricing and standard 10 year ,transferable labor warranty. Their standard shingles are "Pabco Premier" with a limited lifetime warranty for the original owner and 30 year transferable warranty from the manufacturer.

They did a great job including clean-up. My job had to be delayed due to weather and someone called me in advance to let me know.

Had several call backs. First, none of my vents were correctly placed. Had to come back for that. Second had to have them fix the flashing that was not set close enough to the facia boards. Third staples for the flashing were not put in and left half out staples to poke hole in the shingle when you would walk on it. Fourth forgot to install vent for kitchen stove. Stay away from these guys. Have several panel boards that should have been replaced that I paid for basically stealing wood from their customers. Used my old flashing on the chimney had to come back for that as well. Do not do business with this company. The workers don’t care about the work they do.

Got here fast. Figured out a solution to my leak and had it fixed before I got home from work. Couldnt be happier!

A tree fell on our house in the horrible April 2017 windstorm. After the tree was removed, we called a long list of contractors to get estimates for re-roofing. Many took a long while to respond and/or come by for an estimate since there were alot of people who suffered damage at the same time. We were quite impressed that Brisco came out promptly and quickly submitted a reasonable bid that included an impressive warranty. They exhibited great customer service and followed through with prompt scheduling. The roofing crew they sent was friendly, efficient, and skillful. They did a great job and cleaned up well afterward! We highly recommend Brisco Roofing.

We highly recommend Brisco Roofing. They have performed our annual gutter and roof maintenance for the past few years and we have found them to be prompt, professional and we can count on them to do an excellent job.

I originally called asking about having a single roof shingle replaced. I was told there was a $150 minimum so I asked about a roof cleaning as well. I was told someone would call me the next day. No one ever called but two days later I got an email with a quote saying they would be at my house to clean my roof Monday and replace the shingle. The quote was for $162. I emailed twice asking about what would be done, when, and trying to make sure the roof was not pressure washed. After not hearing back I called on Monday and was told someone would be there at 9:30am to clean my roof and replace the shingle. At 9:45am I got an email with an invoice for a roof cleaning and shingle replacement. That means they spend less than 15 minutes working on my roof according to the timeline provided. I came home and the roof wasn't cleaned well at all. I called to complain and someone showed up to clean my roof again. Again it was not well cleaned. I had them come back a third time, it was done with at least some care this time, but again the roof still had a lot of moss on it.

I emailed them and asked for a discount or waiver on the price because I was not happy with the work provided and did not want them to come out a fourth time. I was told I only paid for a shingle replacement and that the "light cleaning" was basically a favor. I was told the treatment put on the ridge of the roof would kill the rest of the moss over the next few months.

I was NOT quoted for a "light cleaning". I've have the estimate and invoice stating "clean and treat roofing and replace shingle". It does not say light cleaning. No one at the company ever said a light cleaning.

Basically the work done was not done well (they admit it was a "light cleaning" whatever that means), the shingle replaced does not match the other shingles on my house, and the communication was horrible. The only person who responded to any calls or emails was the office manager. I appreciate that she responded to emails but overall I was very frustrated with the lack of communication throughout the process.

Brisco Roofing is top notch. My roof required a complete tear-off, including most of the rotten decking. 1500+ square feet of roofing material, plywood, vents and flashing, and a new skylight were installed in less than two days. High quality materials were used, the property was left clean, and the roof looks fantastic! These guys are skilled and hard working. I highly recommend them.

I called Brisco Roofing on Monday March1st and they came out that afternoon to check my roof out. I received their quote the next morning and they said my roof was in good shape just needed the main ridge replaced and a little cleaning. The price was reasonable so I told them to schedule me for the repairs. They were here on Thursday morning and completed the job in a reasonable time. I was very pleased with the work they did and everything was cleaned up before they left.

I called secondary to my roof leaking and Mr. Brisco came out right away to evaluate the problem. He immediately found the source and to my relief a roofer came out by noon and fixed the problem. What a relief! as it rained heavily the next day. There are still problems with my roof that need to be fixed and I will definitely trust the work to Brisco Roofing.
