I got a quote from AE&I Construction to get new windows. Steve came out and I ended up replacing my windows on the front of my house. They were able to match them to the rest of the windows in the house and the crews did a great job and were in and out in one day.

If you’re looking for quality work and integrity at the same time then AE&I is the company!! I cannot say enough great things about them. They started on time and completed the job before the expected date and did an exceptionally great job at cleaning they even took some downed branches we had in our backyard without even charging us or us asking. I highly recommend this company! From start to finish, they went above and beyond. The communication, quality of work, and price were all great! My roof was in very poor shape with rotten plywood underneath, so I was concerned about change orders after speaking to some other roofing companies. AE&I were very transparent on their pricing, letting me know what I was paying for and what to expect if they found more problems. After the job was done they followed up to do a final walk through and make sure I had no concerns. If you are looking for a a company that communicates well, shows up early and does quality work, AE&I is it!

Pretty shoddy work. TPO roof over living space that also serves as a large deck overseeing the Columbia River. Left large amount of construction debris hidden under stairs and in gutters for me to find later including metal flashing and wood with rusty nails sticking out for my toddler to get stuck with. Multiple areas where water pools and stays on the deck, does not drain off at all. Very short strips of TPO with seams that are raised and catch on everything and probably will leak very soon. On the plus side, it was relatively cheap and I said I didn’t really care what it looked like as long as it lasted. I just don’t think it will.

We hired AE&I to re-side and insulate the south side of our 1961 house. I was really sold on the companies commitment to do the right thing in tough situations. From the beginning and they had some great suggestions on the siding that made the wall look even better than I was thinking. They offered great financing options. There was some minor contract and communication issues, but they did the right thing and corrected them right away and more than made it up to us on the tail end. Thanks for a job done right!

Steve came out and gave me an estimate on my roof. I had some personal things going on so I was not able to move forward yet but when I’m ready I will be calling AE&I Construction back. They were by far the most thorough company. They checked my attic and found active leaks and were $4,000 less than the previous estimate I got! I would recommend these guys to anyone!

Aaron and the team did an amazing job with our Kitchen remodel. Our project required full removal of everything in our kitchen and a full rebuild with a whole new layout. We are thrilled with the results and the team did a great job. They had to manage a bunch of tasks to get everything done, but they set a schedule and mostly kept to it (even when unexpected issues came up). We have shared their contact info with several friends and they would definitely get a recommendation from us.

They made a great impression from the beginning of the process. Used quality product. Approachable, easy to communicate with and extremely accessible through the entire project. The crew was friendly and professional. We are soooo happy with the finished project. Will definitely recommend them and will use them for future projects.

Had the guys out from AE&I Roofing and Construction come out to my house give me a quote, put on a new roof that was a complete tear off, Peaks cut back within I believe it was 8 days after meeting them! Phenomenal! James was awesome to work with and got the ball rolling, I believe Michael was the foreman for the roofing crew and this wasn't his first rodeo! Very efficient and thorough, clean up was Top Notch could barely even tell they were here other than the million dollar views of our new roof! And Aaron tied everything all together to finish the project on an extremely tight deadline! Can't say enough about these guys great work!

Aaron and his team did my aunts remodling a few weeks ago! They were friendly and worked fast.The prices he provided were comparable to other places. Aaron & his team are top notch! They replaced 16 windows and a slider for me, along with trimming out each window on the interior, retrimmed out a couple pillars on the front of the house, and installed a new front door for me. the communication was great and the end result was outstanding! The owner was onsite numerous times and also put in a ton of work himself on the project. They also did the roof after my project across the street from me and they were also very happy with the end result. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I just had my roof replaced by the wonderful crew of AE&I. THey did a terrific job of repairing some dry rot and replacing a leaking skylight. From the first encounter with James Way, who was extra attentive throughout the process from showing me other houses in my neighborhood that his company had re-roofed, to the clear estimate, to the final check through, this was done professionally and completed as promised and within a much-needed timeline. The roofing crew were so hard-working and did a fantastic job of cleaning up each day. I am so thrilled with the final product. My experience with AE&I was excellent.

AE&I Construction have been a great contractor to work with. Job sites are always clean and organized. Their job sites are always ready for our sub work when it's scheduled.

Working with Aaron as the team lead to get estimates on my flooring project was a breeze. He had great communication, super reasonable and competitive pricing, and working with a local family owned business was just overall far preferable to trying to work with a big corporation that outsources their labor and is not flexible on pricing or timing! Aaron and his team started working on my flooring within just a few days of the estimate. Seth is their flooring guy and you can tell he is experienced - he and his team did a great job and got everything done with just a few days of work. Will definitely use these guys again for other projects.

After a handful of quotes, AE&I was the best-priced option. Little did I know we were also picking the best customer service option for the most inexpensive option. This company was reasonable beyond any other companies I've done business with. Here are some of the things that amazed me:
1.) The owner of the company responded to my texts directly and promptly. This is not a huge company where I got buried with other customers.
2.) The owner gave a discount simply for putting a sign up in the yard.
3.) The owner split some of the financing cost, AFTER I had already agreed to pay it. Meaning there was ZERO reason for him to do it... he just did. I cannot think of a single company that does this. I will without a doubt use this company again if what I need falls within the scope of their company.
4.) The owner was understanding of logistics of payments (paychecks coming on certain days, tight months, etc.)
5.) The roof was completed in two 12-hour days. The roofers were professional and even allowed my 5-year old son see some of the equipment they use after he expressed an interest (safely of course!)
6.) The owner continued giving discounts for small reasons throughout the entirety of the process... AND AFTER (100$ off for posting on social media/reviews/etc.)

I cannot say enough great things about this company, the owner, and his employees. Incredible work!
