Eric and his team have done two projects for us so far, and we've been extremely happy both times. The first was a new metal roof installation for our Airbnb. The second was adding additional roof ventilation to our previous home as part of a sales agreement. Both projects were time-sensitive. Eric came through on time and on budget and did a great job, going out of his way to take care of issues that weren't specifically part of the job. We couldn't have been more pleased. I needed some vents replaced before the rain hit this weekend. I called and James worked with my schedule and came to my home the very next day! It was even late in the evening. He looked at the work needing to be done. Gave me an amazing price. He sent out the repair professional the very next morning to complete the work! I was amazed at how well the work was completed.
